P\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb bind\u00eb Brukselin se ka luftuar korrupsionin dhe krimin e organizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Brigjet e saj t\u00eb zhveshura dhe malet e pashkelura, duket sikur rr\u00ebfejn\u00eb izolimin e k\u00ebtij vendi, i cili vuajti regjimin komunist p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb shekulli.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e komunizmit, kanali i Korfuzit ishte si nj\u00eb tunel, ku n\u00eb fund mund t\u00eb gjeje drit\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkuar. Shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar tentuan t\u00eb kalonin kufirin p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij kanali, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur ta kalonin me not dhe t\u00eb maskuar me goma automjetesh, disa ia dol\u00ebn, disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jo.<\/p>\n<p>Kur komunizmi m\u00eb n\u00eb fund u dhemb, Shqip\u00ebria hyri n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kolaps, at\u00eb t\u00eb vitit \u201997. Shqip\u00ebria u b\u00eb vendi i fundit n\u00eb Ballkan q\u00eb hyri n\u00eb luft\u00eb civile n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur demokracin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb imazhi ka sot Shqip\u00ebria? P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vende n\u00eb Europ\u00eb mbetet i nj\u00ebjti imazh pozitiv, por ky zgjat derisa shkel n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb e gjith\u00eb riviera me bunker\u00eb i p\u00ebrket s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. \u201cMir\u00eb s\u00eb vini n\u00eb rivier\u00ebn shqiptare\u201d, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb t\u00eb pret tashm\u00eb n\u00eb vij\u00ebn bregdetare, \u00e7adra dielli dhe plazhe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vij\u00ebn ka plazhe dhe lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb bizneset dhe dyqanet, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb u duhet turist\u00ebve. Ka gjelb\u00ebrim dhe palma, ka shabllone, parqe ujore, varka dhe mjete lundruese p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha moshat, si edhe apartamente e hotele nga m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ka gjithashtu edhe shum\u00eb automjete t\u00eb shtrenjta. Era, nj\u00eb shqiptare mjaft e bukur me flok\u00eb t\u00eb zinj, punon si udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese dhe shoq\u00ebruese p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt e huaj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duan t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e re.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb her\u00eb e nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, gjuha e saj e dyt\u00eb ishte rusishtja, por tani \u00ebsht\u00eb anglishtja dhe ajo e flet mjaft mir\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria zhvilloi zgjedhjet parlamentare m\u00eb 23 qershor dhe Era \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e kan\u00ebaqur me rezultatin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShqip\u00ebria po b\u00ebn nj\u00eb progres t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt konsolidimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb\u201d, thot\u00eb ajo p\u00ebr BBC-n\u00eb. \u201cShum\u00eb gj\u00ebra po ndryshojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mir\u00eb k\u00ebtu\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb 40 vje\u00e7e dhe i mban mend mir\u00eb dit\u00ebt e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs s\u00eb err\u00ebt. Kur ajo ishte nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e vog\u00ebl, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ishin t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb punonin n\u00ebp\u00ebr toka bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb dielave. Ata mbillnin bim\u00eb dhe pem\u00eb frutore nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, agrikultura dhe peshkimi jan\u00eb ende mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por rroga mesatarja e nj\u00eb shqiptari \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e vog\u00ebl, 200 paund n\u00eb muaj, 32,800 lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, pensionist\u00ebt marrin m\u00eb pak se gjysm\u00ebn e saj. Njer\u00ebzit ndihmohen shum\u00eb nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre, thot\u00eb Era, dhe sidomos nga t\u00eb ardhurat e t\u00eb af\u00ebrmeve t\u00eb tyre emigrant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, ka edhe probleme t\u00eb tjera me ekonomin\u00eb shqiptare, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tranzicion. Ka shum\u00eb automjete, por jo vende t\u00eb mjaftueshme parkimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka mallra t\u00eb limituara konsumi, por cil\u00ebsia mbetet mjaft e mir\u00eb, si edhe ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb aeroport, i cili mban emrin e N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs.
