Ka s\u00eb paku dy jav\u00eb q\u00eb opinioni publik shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm rreth m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si qeveria shqiptare ka firmosur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dypal\u00ebshe me Greqin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dhuruar asaj rreth 300 kilometra sip\u00ebrfaqe ujore dhe duke p\u00ebrjashtuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfitimet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kishte nga kontrolli mbi k\u00ebto territore. Nj\u00eb kolonel n\u00eb rezerv\u00eb, Myslym Pashaj, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje opinionin publik. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as paranojak, as drejtues i ndonj\u00eb projekti q\u00eb pret p\u00ebrfitime. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb specialist i hartografis\u00eb, i cili, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb shkolluar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn sovjetike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, njeh mir\u00eb hartat dixhitale dhe jep m\u00ebsim n\u00eb Universitetin e Shkencave mbi hartografin\u00eb satelitore. Pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri me pasione p\u00ebr profesionin e tij, por dhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe atdheun ku jeton.<\/p>\n

Nuk dua t\u2019i hyj debatit sa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ka koloneli dhe sa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt anonim\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb debat jam i nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm, pasi jam me kolonelin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb vetme: Grupi yn\u00eb negociator, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga njer\u00ebz thuajse t\u00eb painteresuar p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb negociat\u00eb si problem komb\u00ebtar, por thjesht si orar zyrtar pune, nuk di t\u00eb m\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast, n\u00ebse n\u00eb 7, 8, apo 10 \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb diskutueshme q\u00eb kishin k\u00ebto negociata, n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb jet\u00eb konsideruar mendimi i pal\u00ebs shqiptare. Kjo statistik\u00eb nuk ekziston. Pra, nuk kemi asnj\u00eb nuanc\u00eb negociatash, por thjesht takime zyrtar\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb nga ajo raca korrekte p\u00ebr dietat dhe udh\u00ebtimet dhe pa asnj\u00eb emocion p\u00ebrtej tetor\u00ebshit zyrtar. Ajo q\u00eb mund t\u00eb diskutohet \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse ky grup negociator \u00ebsht\u00eb sjell\u00eb si i paaft\u00eb me porosi t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb apo thjesht ka dashur t\u00eb mos i hap\u00eb asnj\u00eb problem vetes p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb mendjen qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb le ta sqaroj\u00eb debati publik.<\/p>\n

Problemi q\u00eb un\u00eb dua t\u00eb ngre \u00ebsht\u00eb diferenca mes nj\u00eb qytetari t\u00eb vetangazhuar, si koloneli n\u00eb rezerv\u00eb, Myslym Pashaj n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile shqiptare e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. E ashtuquajtura shoq\u00ebri civile, q\u00eb merr fonde p\u00ebr \u00e7do projekt dhe q\u00eb gati \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb kast\u00eb biznesmen\u00ebsh, nuk ka mundur kurr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vite t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb me pun\u00ebn e saj apo me aksionin e saj qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb debat nj\u00ebditor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nj\u00eb njeri i vet\u00ebm, pa asnj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje, madje kam frik\u00eb se dhe n\u00ebn presion, po fut shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb q\u00eb nes\u00ebr do hyj\u00eb n\u00eb analet e historis\u00eb (n\u00ebse nuk e shkruajn\u00eb k\u00ebta q\u00eb e shkruajn\u00eb tani historin\u00eb), si nj\u00eb turp i qeveris\u00eb aktuale dhe administrat\u00ebs q\u00eb ka firmosur k\u00ebto negociata.<\/p>\n

Diferenca mes kolonelit n\u00eb rezerv\u00eb, Myslym Pashaj, dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hendek i thell\u00eb, dhe prova e gjall\u00eb q\u00eb kemi se sa pak vlen nj\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr projekte dhe par\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Jo, ai dhe \u00e7up\u00eblinat dhe djelmurinat q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb grup, jan\u00eb sjell\u00eb r\u00ebndom si\u00e7 sillen me pun\u00ebt e shtetit dhe nuk e kan\u00eb par\u00eb asnj\u00eb moment si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb dallg\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Kufijt\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb emocion i fort\u00eb, nj\u00eb emocion q\u00eb ka ndar\u00eb njer\u00ebzimin q\u00eb kur \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebpun\u00ebsit tan\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb firmosur k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, jan\u00eb sjell\u00eb me kufijt\u00eb tan\u00eb si me axhend\u00ebn e nj\u00eb seminari t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitsh\u00ebm, ku mezi kan\u00eb pritur t\u00eb mbaroj\u00eb e ta firmosin dhe pastaj t\u00eb dalin n\u00ebp\u00ebr Athin\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb shopping. Diferenca mes tyre dhe kolonelit n\u00eb rezerv\u00eb, Myslym Pashaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete dhe diferenca mes njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon shoq\u00ebria shqiptare dhe njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb pun\u00ebson pushteti.
