Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje spontane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nga sip\u00ebrmarrje, q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb po krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb paorganizuar kishin ardhur t\u00eb shprehnin bujarin\u00eb e tyre, d\u00ebgjoje zotime p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb mij\u00eb buk\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb tek shkodran\u00ebt n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb. Nj\u00eb prodhues qum\u00ebshti ofroi nj\u00eb kamion me kuti qum\u00ebshti l\u00ebng t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb ngujuar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb ujit. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i nj\u00eb kompanie, si me t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhej shum\u00eb publicitet, ofroi 90 mij\u00eb euro dhe mjetet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb grua sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse ofroi me z\u00ebrin e emocionuar q\u00eb i dridhej dhe me gabime n\u00eb shqiptim, 10 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb vendin e ka pushtuar nj\u00eb gar\u00eb solidariteti me t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyturit e Shkodr\u00ebs, q\u00eb i ngjan nj\u00eb ankandi t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb parregullt. Kompanit\u00eb e celular\u00ebve jan\u00eb mbytur nga SMS me vler\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb numrin 5666. Pas nj\u00ebzet vitesh tranzicion, kur mendonim se shum\u00eb vlera ishin brejtur dhe godina shpirt\u00ebrore shqiptare, me ngjyrat e zbehura t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb saj, me nj\u00eb milion bij t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe bot\u00eb, ishte n\u00eb shembje e sip\u00ebr, befas, del pas rr\u00ebkes\u00eb, pas gj\u00ebm\u00ebs nj\u00eb margaritar. U desh\u00ebn derdhjet me qindra miliona met\u00ebr kub uj\u00eb t\u00eb tri hidrocentraleve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj q\u00eb kemi, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb vetveten. N\u00eb takimin e pak dit\u00ebve m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte ardhur edhe nj\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb e moshuar, q\u00eb sigurisht nuk mund t\u00eb ishte sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse. Nuk kuptohej si kishte ardhur, por ishte aty. Nuk foli, nuk u ngrit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund, iu afrua nj\u00eb vajze q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndante numra llogarish bankare tek sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit, nxori nga nj\u00eb shami e zez\u00eb nj\u00ebzet mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra dhe i tha: \u201cMerri, t\u00eb keqen n\u00ebna, \u00e7ojua atyre n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr!\u201d. Syt\u00eb e t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve q\u00eb e pan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sken\u00eb u p\u00ebrlot\u00ebn. Nj\u00ebsoj, me qindra, mij\u00ebra SMS q\u00eb vijn\u00eb tek numri i ndihm\u00ebs i vendosur nga tri kompanit\u00eb celulare, nuk jan\u00eb nga celular\u00eb bosash. Jan\u00eb nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, ndoshta dhe t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, q\u00eb presin fundin e muajit me ankthin se a u dalin parat\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb nj\u00eb, dy e tre SMS p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre shkodran\u00eb. T\u00eb huajt habiten, nj\u00eblloj sikurse u habit\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dhjet\u00eb vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb strehon e mban me muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb refugjat\u00eb sa nj\u00eb e treta e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do shtet tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte gjunj\u00ebzuar, do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte ndihma nj\u00eblloj sikur ta kishte p\u00ebrpir\u00eb uragani apo fundosur t\u00ebrmeti. Shqip\u00ebria priti pa shum\u00eb zhurm\u00eb e buj\u00eb 900 mij\u00eb refugjat\u00eb nga Kosova. Tani, po pa shum\u00eb buj\u00eb dhe zhurm\u00eb ngre, nga t\u00eb gjitha kapilar\u00ebt e saj (jo vet\u00ebm nga sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, por nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, familjar\u00eb, sht\u00ebpiake, fermer\u00eb, pensionist\u00eb) nj\u00eb lum\u00eb ndihme e solidariteti shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh e m\u00eb t\u00eb fryr\u00eb se sa Drini apo Buna. Ende nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb llogarit\u00eb, por pa frik\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se biznesi shqiptar dhe njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi po d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr me dhjet\u00ebra milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb dhurime n\u00eb para dhe n\u00eb ushqime e veshmbathje. Shum\u00eb shpejt, t\u00eb 10 mij\u00eb t\u00eb ngujuarit (t\u00eb ngujuar n\u00eb shpirt jan\u00eb edhe t\u00eb evakuuarit) e Shkodr\u00ebs do t\u00eb njohin v\u00ebrshim t\u00eb ri, krejt t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nga ai i ujit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb v\u00ebrshim dashurie e dhembshurie. Dhe mes lag\u00ebshtis\u00eb s\u00eb lot\u00ebve t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjes kan\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ndjer\u00eb veten shum\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb e t\u00eb paizoluar, shum\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe ndodhive shqiptare nga sa jan\u00eb zakonisht banor\u00ebt e kryeqytetit. Pse sot, kryeqendra e shqet\u00ebsimit dhe mendimit ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Shkodra. Shkodra e pamjeve apokaliptike, por edhe Shkodra e shpres\u00ebs, e g\u00ebzimit se nuk kemi humbur deri tani as edhe nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb vetme njer\u00ebzore. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb momente sa t\u00eb trishtimit p\u00ebr fatin e keq t\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve e motrave tona atje, aq edhe t\u00eb krenaris\u00eb q\u00eb jemi shqiptar\u00eb. Jan\u00eb grimca t\u00eb paharrueshme jete, q\u00eb nuk ta fal dot mozaiku i emigracionit. Kemi gjetur, mir\u00ebfilli kemi gjetur shpirtin rr\u00ebz\u00ebllit\u00ebs shqiptar, q\u00eb kujtonim se e kishim humbur. Ndoshta dhe politika do t\u00eb nis\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb mend nga ky solidaritet njer\u00ebzor i pashembullt dhe do t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshken heshtat e nj\u00eb antagonizmi t\u00eb pabuk\u00eb e mjeran.
