T\u00eb gjitha paralajm\u00ebrimet e sondazheve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rezultat t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm mes 75 deri 76 mandate p\u00ebr ish- opozit\u00ebn, duket se kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur regjimin t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb skem\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmbysjes s\u00eb rezultatit. Edhe pse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb besonim se Sali Berisha do t\u2019i fuste duart p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur deri n\u00eb kat\u00ebr mandate, ishte e pap\u00ebrfytyrueshme pas 23 qershorit se ai nuk do t\u00eb hiqte dor\u00eb nga kjo skem\u00eb. Por ja gjith\u00e7ka po ndodh para syve tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pa ankes\u00eb t\u00eb asnj\u00eb subjekti elektoral, por me vullnet t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb s\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, dy qarqet e veriut po shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb rinum\u00ebrim, pasi kutit\u00eb jan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb nj\u00eb regjim sigurie familjare nga Sali Berisha. Nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb vitin 2011, kur Lul\u00ebzim Basha u shpall humb\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe Sali Berisha gjeti vota n\u00eb kuti t\u00eb num\u00ebruara m\u00eb par\u00eb, edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb ai po p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin skenar. Ajo q\u00eb po na shp\u00ebton n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vullneti i Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar humbjen, por diferenca tep\u00ebr e lart\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebt nd\u00ebshkuan regjimin dhe b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb sot ne ta shikojm\u00eb me nervoziz\u00ebm, por t\u00eb pashqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrpjekjen e fundit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij dinosauri p\u00ebr t\u00eb helmuar t\u00eb ardhmen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb as me votat e shtuara dhe as me klonimin e kutive prej njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tij. Ai nuk ka humbur nj\u00eb apo dy mandate, por ka shkuar nga 68 n\u00eb 42 mandate dhe nuk e shp\u00ebton dot askush nga disfata. Ajo nga e cila na kan\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb lufta civile, e cila mund t\u00eb niste sot pas k\u00ebtij akti t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm n\u00ebse diferenca nuk do t\u00eb ishte kaq e madhe. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u2019i fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb me intuit\u00eb i mbyll\u00ebn k\u00ebtij dinosauri \u00e7do shteg p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga shpella e historis\u00eb fam\u00ebkeqe ku do t\u00eb mbyllet pas shtatorit.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00ebse paqen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e shp\u00ebtoi diferenca e thell\u00eb e rezultatit, zgjedhjet u arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb njollosen dhe n\u00eb fakt t\u00eb bastardohen nga regjimi. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr zgjedhjet m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija q\u00eb ka zhvilluar Shqip\u00ebria. Fushata parazgjedhore ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe e pabarabart\u00eb me milionave t\u00eb regjimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb pushtetin q\u00eb po i ikte nga duart dhe nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb q\u00eb kish tet\u00eb vite n\u00eb protesta dhe rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e saj politike. Qeveria p\u00ebrdori \u00e7do arsenal t\u00eb saj, pasurit\u00eb publike, mjetet shtet\u00ebrore, parat\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve, mediat e regjimit dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb t\u00eb pabarabart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo p\u00ebrdori dhun\u00ebn fizike dhe psikologjike p\u00ebr t\u00eb mposhtur opozit\u00ebn dhe propagand\u00ebn g\u00ebbelsiane televizive p\u00ebr t\u00eb dekurajuar fituesit. Kulmi u arrit dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, kur nj\u00eb kandidat i Berish\u00ebs mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjen me arm\u00eb nga ku ngeli i vrar\u00eb nj\u00eb aktivist i opozit\u00ebs. N\u00eb fund humbi dhe shum\u00eb thell\u00eb. Efektet e manipulimit paraelektoral t\u00eb zgjedhjeve kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb frytet e tyre, pasi ndoshta sot mund t\u00eb kishim dhe 90 mandate p\u00ebr ish- opozit\u00ebn. Partia Demokratike ka realisht ato 42 mandate q\u00eb ka dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr ka qen\u00eb vot\u00eb kund\u00ebr tyre, edhe pse u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb aleat\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Por sot q\u00eb diferenca e thell\u00eb na ka shp\u00ebtuar nga lufta, autor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr manipulimin e zgjedhjeve po vazhdojn\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e tyre. Kat\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e KQZ, njer\u00ebzit e Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb ruajn\u00eb kutit\u00eb n\u00eb Lund\u00ebr, dhe gjith\u00eb infrastruktura e p\u00ebrgatitur e manipulimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, meriton jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gjykim penal shembullor, por dhe nj\u00eb leksion d\u00ebnimi q\u00eb askush n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb mos guxoj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prek\u00eb vullnetin e shqiptar\u00ebve, qofshin k\u00ebta dhe njer\u00ebzit e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga k\u00ebto zgjedhje.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha, i cili u ka mohuar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet kat\u00ebr vite m\u00eb par\u00eb hetimin e kutive, bile dhe t\u00eb materialeve t\u00eb votimit, edhe pse kishte hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb ligjore, ai q\u00eb akuzonte Edi Ram\u00ebn se po fyente komisioner\u00ebt e vet duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb se kan\u00eb shitur votat, ai q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguli deri n\u00eb Strasburg dhe Bruksel se hapja e kutive do fuste Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb, ai q\u00eb u tall n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb cinike bile duke i djegur kutit\u00eb e votimit, sot po e rikthen filmin nga vetvetja, duke akuzuar t\u00eb vet\u00ebt se kan\u00eb shitur votat, duke hapur kutit\u00eb pa i k\u00ebrkuar askush, dhe natyrisht duke i manipuluar ato n\u00eb magazinat e Familjes s\u00eb vet. Ai po ik\u00ebn nga historia duke rr\u00ebzuar \u00e7do argument p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn luftoi t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Erdhi si hero antikorrupsion dhe po ik\u00ebn si lideri m\u00eb i korruptuar i historis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, erdhi si nj\u00eb lider demokrat dhe po ik\u00ebn si nj\u00eb vras\u00ebs politik i provuar, erdhi si nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb donte vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb dhe po ik\u00ebn si i vetmi manipulues zgjedhjesh n\u00eb liri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, mbajti pushtetin duke demonizuar opozit\u00ebn pse k\u00ebrkon hetim zgjedhjesh dhe p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb ik\u00eb duke destabilizuar zgjedhjet q\u00eb humbi, u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb pushtetin duke rekrutuar e bler\u00eb mandate deputet\u00ebsh dhe po ik\u00ebn duke nd\u00ebshkuar partin\u00eb e tij ta l\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb batak\u00e7injve q\u00eb i rekrutoi.<\/p>\n<p>Ai po ik\u00ebn si nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk i ngjiti asgj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, asnj\u00eb ide politike, asnj\u00eb shembull i qeverisjes, asnj\u00eb bilanc zgjedhjesh, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha asnj\u00eb fitore. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 22 marsit t\u00eb 1992 kur shqiptar\u00ebt rr\u00ebzuan diktatur\u00ebn, ai nuk arriti dot asnj\u00eb fitore n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, por e shtyu 22 vjet duke mbijetuar me aleanca fluide, vjedhje, blerje dhe q\u00ebrim hesapesh me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Tani i ka ardhur koha t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb m\u00eb asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb zhytur n\u00eb llumin e historis\u00eb me 1 milion vota kund\u00ebr dhe ai po p\u00ebrp\u00eblitet t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb sa mundet n\u00eb at\u00eb llum, ata q\u00eb e nd\u00ebshkuan. E ka kot. I duket vetja ende i fort\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00eb. Pas jav\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shtatorit do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri me t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pun\u00eb vet\u00ebm drejt\u00ebsia. Dhe n\u00eb e kurseft\u00eb Edi Rama, nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kursyer shqiptar\u00ebt.
