Shpeshher\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim t\u00eb cunguar t\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmit, kryesisht t\u00eb lidhur me nocione t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj pakicave apo fobive ndaj tyre. Mir\u00ebpo komb\u00ebtarizmi q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nd\u00ebrtimin e shtetit komb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qasje e cila jo vet\u00ebm q\u00ebndron n\u00eb thelb t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb shtetit modern qysh nga shekulli i XVIII-t\u00eb, por edhe nj\u00eb realitet i pakund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm nd\u00ebr shtetet europiane dhe fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb shteti komb t\u00eb konsoliduar \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nevoj\u00eb imediate, por domosdoshm\u00ebri historike p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj, mendoj se ashtu si\u00e7 e kan\u00eb shprehur edhe koleg\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb te \u201cRrethi i Ferrit\u201d, zhvillimi dhe p\u00ebrhapja e ideologjis\u00eb komb\u00ebtariste si dhe k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shtet komb modern \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e vetme drejt kap\u00ebrcimit t\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb tranizicionit, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb sot shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Komb\u00ebtarizmi: Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqasje teorike<\/strong><br \/>\nKomb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ideologji q\u00eb u ka sh\u00ebrbyer shum\u00eb kombeve p\u00ebr ta organizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb rreth nj\u00eb shteti me baz\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Shtete si Franca, Italia, Gjermania, Izraeli dhe Sllovenia, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur vet\u00ebm disa, jan\u00eb form\u00ebsuar n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e tyre moderne bazuar te komb\u00ebtarizmi.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga studiuesit q\u00eb shpjegon domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nj\u00eb zgjedhjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sociologu francez, Emil Durkhajm. Ai e konsideron shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u201cqenie\u201d e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndryshme nga shumatorja e individ\u00ebve dhe e grupeve q\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb. Kjo \u201cqenie e nj\u00eb tipi t\u00eb ri\u201d, si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrkufizonte ai shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, nuk ishte nj\u00eb nocion universal, por kishte kufij t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktuar nga klani, fisi, grupet profesionale, feja etj. Secila nga to ka personalitetin e vet, nd\u00ebrgjegjen apo shpirtin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, si dhe ligjin dhe moralitetin q\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtaten. Duke qen\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb burimi dhe gardiani i civilizimit, i dijes dhe eksperienc\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00ebguar nd\u00ebr gjenerata, ajo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00ebfar\u00eb stabiliteti dhe vazhdim\u00ebsie t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur ta gjejm\u00eb tek individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. K\u00ebto principe t\u00eb krijuara n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb stabilizuara si t\u00eb pandryshueshme, krijojn\u00eb \u201cnd\u00ebrgjegjen kolektive\u201d t\u00eb grupit.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, shoq\u00ebria m\u00eb e fuqishme, sipas Durkhajmit, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cshoq\u00ebria politike\u201d dhe \u201catdheu\u201d. Me t\u00eb par\u00ebn ai n\u00ebnkupton shtetin, nd\u00ebrsa nocioni i dyt\u00eb presupozon kombin (La Patrie). Th\u00ebn\u00eb thjesht, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri politike t\u00eb konsoliduar duhet krijuar nj\u00eb shtet-komb i konsoliduar. M\u00eb tej, teoria e Durkhajmit \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar nga Van den Berghe, i cili shpjegon natyr\u00ebn etnike t\u00eb kombeve si dhe e gjen origjin\u00ebn e miteve dhe historis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt tek afrimiteti biologjik midis an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit. Pra, edhe pse jo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shprehimisht t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, teoria sociologjike e Durkhajmit dhe shum\u00eb sociolog\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb modernitetit p\u00ebrkon me shpjegimet komb\u00ebtariste.<\/p>\n<p>Ka dy lloje teorish politike q\u00eb rrjedhin nga koncepti komb\u00ebtarist, komb\u00ebtarizmi etnik dhe ai qytetar (civil). Sipas filozofit modernist Ernest Gellner, ajo \u00e7ka e b\u00ebn t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e zhvillimin t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kombi lidh njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb histori, gjuh\u00eb dhe zakone t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, dhe e organizon shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti, i cili e merr legjitimitetin te kombi.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti i nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij legjitimiteti b\u00ebhet k\u00ebsisoj autoriteti i vet\u00ebm politik me legjitimitetin e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar dhe p\u00ebrparuar bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb. Pra, p\u00ebr Gellnerin kriteri historik nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb ekziston vullneti p\u00ebr kombformim. Mir\u00ebpo edhe Gellneri e pranon se principi \u201cnj\u00eb komb-nj\u00eb shtet\u201d, edhe pse i artikuluar relativisht von\u00eb, ka rr\u00ebnj\u00eb t\u00eb thella n\u00eb n\u00ebnnd\u00ebrgjegjen e popujve.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shembull i suksesit t\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmit qytetar t\u00eb propozuar, t\u00eb cituar m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, jan\u00eb SHBA-t\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen ideologjike t\u00eb shtetar\u00ebve si Xhejms Medison, krijuan nj\u00eb shtet-komb t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vlerat qytetare pa pasur luksin e nj\u00eb historie t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtare. N\u00ebn ndikimin e parimeve t\u00eb Revolucionit Francez, k\u00ebta shtetar\u00eb krijuan nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vlerat e barazis\u00eb para ligjit, liris\u00eb individuale dhe tejkalimit t\u00eb shtres\u00ebzimit shoq\u00ebror aristokratik.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rrym\u00eb teorike \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb e bazon legjitimitetin e shtetit-komb jo vet\u00ebm te vullneti aktual i nj\u00eb grupi, por te rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e tij etno-historike, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shprehura qart\u00eb, por kan\u00eb ekzistuar n\u00eb n\u00ebnnd\u00ebrgjegjen e popullit. Anthoni Smith, nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit modern\u00eb t\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmit, shprehet se komb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ideologji e cila e ka origjin\u00ebn te \u201ckujtesa historike, tradita, mitet dhe simbolet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb etnike, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrshkojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e kaluar t\u00eb popullit\u201d. Th\u00ebn\u00eb thjesht, komb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ideologji e cila ekziston n\u00eb n\u00ebnnd\u00ebrgjegjen e popullit. Historia, lidhjet e gjakut dhe tradita jan\u00eb elemente ky\u00e7e, t\u00eb cilat e p\u00ebrkufizojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjykimin tim, pik\u00ebrisht ky proces nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi ndodhi n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb shekullin e 18-t\u00eb, por m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb dekolonizimit t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb tret\u00eb. Pra, komb\u00ebtarizmi e ka baz\u00ebn e vet mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse n\u00eb dy aspekte t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme: af\u00ebrsia etno-kulturore midis njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit gjak dhe tradit\u00eb, si dhe ristrukturimi i strukturave shoq\u00ebrore p\u00ebr ta reflektuar k\u00ebt\u00eb riorganizim shoq\u00ebror. Ndaj roli i shtetit n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e aspiratave komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb i paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shtet i nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, me rregulla q\u00eb i p\u00ebrforcojn\u00eb lidhjet dhe jo ndasit\u00eb midis n\u00ebngrupeve, si dhe me sens t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs historike, mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb detyrimet ndaj kombit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoj, komb\u00ebtarizmi shnd\u00ebrron edhe disa aspekte themelore t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, duke krijuar nj\u00eb model t\u00eb konsoliduar t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie me rregulla dhe moral t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga bashk\u00ebsia. Legjitimiteti i modelit varet jo vet\u00ebm nga efektiviteti i tij, por edhe nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj dhe q\u00ebllimi i tyre i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Pra, komb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ideologji q\u00eb \u00e7on drejt konsolidimit dhe zhvillimit modern t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kundrejt cop\u00ebzimit dhe dominimit t\u00eb interesave m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla familjare, klanore apo t\u00eb cilitdo grupi tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, komb\u00ebtarizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb vet\u00ebm e shteteve t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore, por ka luajtur dhe luan rol vendimtar n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb shteteve kudo n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Kryeministri i par\u00eb indian, Xhauaharlal Nehru, shprehej n\u00eb mbledhjen e par\u00eb t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb Kushtetuese t\u00eb Indis\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur se \u201cne indian\u00ebt, shum\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb pat\u00ebm nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpjekje dhe nj\u00eb pakt me historin\u00eb, ka ardhur koha t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjemi detyrimit dhe t\u00eb vjelim frytet e k\u00ebtij pakti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shqiptar\u00ebt dhe komb\u00ebtarizmi<\/strong><br \/>\nPopulli shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga popujt m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Ballkan dhe Europ\u00eb, dhe ka nj\u00eb histori shum\u00ebshekullore. Me gjith\u00eb luhatjet historike, periudhat n\u00ebn diktatin e fuqive t\u00eb huaja dhe shum\u00eb peripeci t\u00eb tjera, asnj\u00eb burim serioz nuk argumenton mosekzistenc\u00ebn e kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja e par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shtet-komb shqiptar. Megjith\u00ebse e vonuar n\u00eb raport me fqinj\u00ebt, Rilindja ishte mish\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb rind\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi komb\u00ebtar dhe rrug\u00ebtregues ideologjik p\u00ebr ve\u00e7antit\u00eb e komb\u00ebtarizmit shqiptar. Nj\u00ebra nga ve\u00e7antit\u00eb e komb\u00ebtarizmit shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti i post-Londr\u00ebs, i cili na shfaq nj\u00eb komb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb pes\u00eb pjes\u00eb. Rilindja p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite aspirat\u00ebn legjitime t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur shtetin e tyre komb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, rrjedha historike si dhe mungesa e vet\u00ebdij\u00ebsimit t\u00eb elitave politike shqiptare gjat\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb nj\u00ebzet\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fillimshekulli, ka sjell\u00eb munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb vizioni t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe devijimin nga axhenda komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb periudhe disavje\u00e7are n\u00eb sinor\u00ebt e viteve nj\u00ebzet kur demokracia u duk se po funksiononte, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuar nga pari politike t\u00eb interesuara vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00ebn e vet dhe t\u00eb grupit t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mungesa e nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsie t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe vendosja e pushtetit personal dhe klanor mbi interesat komb\u00ebtare nga ana e kryesuesve t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar t\u00eb Londr\u00ebs, e ka shum\u00ebfishuar efektin negativ t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fenomeni.<br \/>\nNga Ahmet Zogu tek Edi Rama, duke kaluar nga Enver Hoxha, Ramiz Alia, Sali Berisha, Fatos Nano dhe Ilir Meta, Shqip\u00ebria londineze ka treguar se pushteti klanor ka mbizot\u00ebruar te paria e Tiran\u00ebs, duke e shp\u00ebrfillur t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht interesin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, tranzicioni mund t\u00eb konsiderohet pa frik\u00eb si eksperiment i d\u00ebshtuar i ideologjive kund\u00ebrshtare t\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmit dhe i pseudo-ideologjive. Kozmopolitanizmi, feudalizmi, komunizmi, europianizmi dhe pseudoteoria e \u201cbashkimit n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn e Bashkuar\u201d jan\u00eb disa nga k\u00ebto. K\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje ideologjike dhe propagandistike t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb topitje n\u00eb popull dhe paqart\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe tek intelektual\u00ebt e rinj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye, me gjith\u00eb korruptimin e elitave politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Maqedoni, duket se boshti i komb\u00ebtarizmit shqiptar po zhvendoset nga Tirana drejt Prishtin\u00ebs. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, paria e Tiran\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar me t\u00eb gjitha forcat komb\u00ebtarizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, me gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet titanike p\u00ebr ta reduktuar komb\u00ebtarizmin shqiptar n\u00eb relikte historike, realiteti shqiptar ka treguar se ideologjia komb\u00ebtariste i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e thella. Mb\u00ebshtetja popullore q\u00eb siguroi AK-ja, edhe pse e shp\u00ebrdoruar keqas nga sharlatan\u00ebria e udh\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb saj, d\u00ebshmon se komb\u00ebtarizmi e ka burimin e fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb vet ideologjike thell\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e popullit. Kjo ideologji mund t\u00eb fashitet p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb e faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, por nuk zhb\u00ebhet. Zhb\u00ebrja e k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrgjegjeje mund t\u00eb realizohet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet asimilimit, apo th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, \u201cvdekjes\u201d s\u00eb nj\u00eb populli. Ndon\u00ebse rreziqet q\u00eb u kanosen shqiptar\u00ebve jan\u00eb realisht t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nuk ka gjasa q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr arsye shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, e cila e b\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb shteti komb t\u00eb konsoliduar shqiptar nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri, \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe rajonal. Mjedisi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar karakterizohet nga nj\u00eb konkurrenc\u00eb e pandalshme midis shteteve, shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb shtete komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, ku \u201ci forti e ha t\u00eb dob\u00ebtin\u201d, forcimi dhe legjitimiteti i shtetit jan\u00eb aspekte themelore p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00ebn e tij. Komb\u00ebtarizmi parashikon nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb brendshme idealiste dhe nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme realiste n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb shteti t\u00eb konsolidohet dhe kombi t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb pozitat. Duhet kuptuar, pra, se kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhje, por domosdoshm\u00ebri, e cila rrjedh edhe nga natyra e sistemit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, n\u00eb nivel rajonal, shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrethuar nga shtet-kombe, t\u00eb cilat jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e fshehin natyr\u00ebn e tyre komb\u00ebtariste, por veprojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb parimeve t\u00eb saj. Pra, mbijetesa e shqiptar\u00ebve si komb varet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe nga nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e komb\u00ebtarizmit si busull orientuese p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimit<\/strong><br \/>\nKomb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjykimin tim ideologjia e duhur dhe e pashmangshme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb zhvilluar. Komb\u00ebtarizmi shqiptar i shekullit t\u00eb nj\u00ebzet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb karakterizohet nga nevoja e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti komb t\u00eb konsoliduar, nevoja e reformimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs nga klanoro-mafioze n\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb me p\u00ebrmasa komb\u00ebtare, ruajtja dhe forcimi i aleancave strategjike t\u00eb popullit shqiptar, sidomos me SHBA-t\u00eb, por edhe vendosja e interesave komb\u00ebtare mbi \u00e7do aspekt tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjes.<\/p>\n<p>Rilindja e popullit shqiptar nuk mund t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr kanalet e llumit t\u00eb rotacionit t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. \u201cRilindja\u201d e nj\u00ebr\u00ebs pal\u00eb t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkoj\u00eb me Rilindjen e shqiptar\u00ebve. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, llumit nuk mund t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihet llumi. Dalja nga k\u00ebllira ku na kan\u00eb futur pal\u00ebt e paris\u00eb presupozon nj\u00eb ndarje drastike me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e paris\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb fillim t\u00eb ri. Nd\u00ebrsa Edi Rama dhe Ilir Meta nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb shans t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb Rilindjen e shqiptar\u00ebve me an\u00eb t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb ardhshme, Sali Berisha dhe cilido qehaja i tij q\u00eb do drejtoj\u00eb nominalisht PD-n\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb opozit\u00ebn q\u00eb u nevojitet shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, fillimi i ri kalon domosdoshm\u00ebrisht nga p\u00ebrqafimi i nj\u00eb ideologjie komb\u00ebtariste, t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e prej shqiptar\u00ebve. Fillimi i ri kalon nga pozicionimi pa kompromis kund\u00ebr bandave t\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Fillimi i ri kalon nga opozita e fort\u00eb me band\u00ebn q\u00eb po vjen, por edhe me band\u00ebn pseudo-opozitare, e cila do e legjitimoj\u00eb band\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet me shpres\u00ebn se do t\u2019i vij\u00eb radha prap\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb tav\u00eb. Fillimi i ri k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrqendrimin e t\u00eb gjitha energjive pozitive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve rreth domosdoshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti komb, t\u00eb konsoliduar e t\u00eb ndar\u00eb nga krimi, t\u00eb panjollosur nga paria kriminale e Tiran\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pavarur nga interesat klanore t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti komb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet duhet t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat demokratike t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, barazin\u00eb para ligjit dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes interesat strategjike t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Shteti komb q\u00eb na duhet do ta konsideronte politik\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbim ndaj popullit dhe privilegj, por jo lop\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u mjel\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti komb duhet gjithashtu t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb konsolidimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb duke ndihmuar shtresat n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb dhe duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi sektor\u00ebve strategjik\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtjes dhe zhvillimit ekonomik. Shteti komb duhet t\u00eb vendos\u00eb objektiva t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare. Shteti komb q\u00eb na duhet do ta inkurajonte shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile t\u00eb veproj\u00eb si garante e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb qytetarit kundrejt interesave t\u00eb pushtetit. Nj\u00eb shtet-komb i till\u00eb do ta zhb\u00ebnte parin\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb lejonte elit\u00ebn e ardhshme ta vendos\u00eb interesin personal mbi at\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj dhe diskutimi mbi komb\u00ebtarizmin \u00ebsht\u00eb fort i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb tranzicioni.
