Kryeministri i ardhsh\u00ebm, Edi Rama, paralajm\u00ebron Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb vendime n\u00eb largim se do t\u00eb anulohen kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb qeveria e re. Rama kritikon em\u00ebrimet e fundit n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit. Nishanit i kujton se do luftohet korrupsioni n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, Llall\u00ebs i thot\u00eb se nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb ndaj krimit dhe korrupsionit, kurse Fullanit i thot\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb kujdes me shifrat, nd\u00ebrsa paralajm\u00ebron nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb re me FMN-n\u00eb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kryeministri i ardhsh\u00ebm, Edi Rama, mblodhi grupin e ri parlamentar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb mesazhin se festa mbaroi.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr ne ka nisur nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e re. M\u00eb 23 qershor, shqiptar\u00ebt na dhan\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me aleatin ton\u00eb strategjik, LSI, nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb sa nj\u00eb mal.<\/p>\n

E thirr\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb grupit sot p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur kapitullin e g\u00ebzuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb fitores spektakolare dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur kapitullin aspak t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebqeverisjes n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku realiteti nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzueshme,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i PS i d\u00ebrgoi s\u00ebrish mesazh kryeministrit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb vendimmarrjen abuzive, duke e paralajm\u00ebruar se k\u00ebto vendime do t\u00eb zhb\u00ebhen.<\/p>\n

\u201cSa i takon qeveris\u00eb dhe kryeministrit aktual, un\u00eb e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris edhe sot thirrjen publike p\u00ebr vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtje dhe p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb vendit. Qeveria n\u00eb detyr\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sillet sipas standardeve etike.<\/p>\n

Qytetar\u00ebt zgjodh\u00ebn me 1 milion vota projektin ton\u00eb. Humb\u00ebsit nuk mund t\u00eb sillen sikur nuk ka ndodhur asgj\u00eb dhe aq m\u00eb pak sikur nuk kan\u00eb humbur. Ata jan\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar moralisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar modeli i tyre qeveris\u00ebs, raporti i tyre me pasurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, sjellja e tyre me publikun dhe opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb vjen keq q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sjelljes s\u00eb tyre me parat\u00eb e popullit dhe pasurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, duhet t\u2019ua kujtojm\u00eb s\u00ebrish se jan\u00eb mundur aq keqaz.<\/p>\n

Por e kemi detyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u00eb ndalin rr\u00ebnimin. E kan\u00eb humbur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb marrin vendime me kosto materiale. E kan\u00eb humbur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb shpenzojn\u00eb para t\u00eb popullit sovran. E kan\u00eb humbur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn q\u00eb ta t\u00ebrheqin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb zvarr\u00eb pas vetes n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy muaj.<\/p>\n

Thirrja jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaloni shpenzimet e parave t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Mos merrni m\u00eb as vendime mbi pasurin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb r\u00ebndojn\u00eb mbi kurrizin e popullit. Shfryt\u00ebzojini k\u00ebto dy muaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb opozit\u00eb si humb\u00ebs normal\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ne do anulojm\u00eb \u00e7do vendim p\u00ebr shpenzime q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej rolit t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie kujdestarie.<\/p>\n

Mos e vazhdoni m\u00eb tej k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr stabilitetin ekonomik dhe financiar t\u00eb vendit dhe mos i rrisni kostot e pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb tuaj.<\/p>\n

Edhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsve u them t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri. Boll kan\u00eb humbur n\u00eb aventur\u00ebn ku i ka t\u00ebrhequr kjo qeveri,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb pas kryetari i PS foli p\u00ebr takimet me drejtuesit e institucioneve t\u00eb pavarura n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

\u201cDit\u00ebt e fundit kam takuar presidentin, kryeprokurorin dhe guvernatorin. I fal\u00ebnderoj t\u00eb tre, por nuk mund t\u00eb mos bashkohem me shqet\u00ebsimin e madh q\u00eb u krijua pas ngritjes n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebsh q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar zem\u00ebrim me vendimet e tyre.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb jam i vendosur p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim institucional. Epoka e agresionit verbal \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur m\u00eb 23 qershor, por askush, duke nisur nga kreu i shtetit, nuk duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb si dob\u00ebsi vizionin dhe qasjen ton\u00eb ndaj institucioneve t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n

I kam th\u00ebn\u00eb presidentit q\u00eb fakti q\u00eb vijm\u00eb nga dy kampe, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi. Dua t\u00eb shpresoj q\u00eb edhe ai ta shoh\u00eb k\u00ebshtu dhe t\u00eb punoj\u00eb si garant kushtetues i t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Shpresoj q\u00eb zoti president ta lexoj\u00eb me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri vot\u00ebn e 1 milion shqiptar\u00ebve,\u201d tha Rama, duke paralajm\u00ebruar nj\u00eb reform\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe nuk do b\u00ebjm\u00eb sehir duke par\u00eb se me \u00e7far\u00eb brutaliteti e drejta vritet dhe sakatohet n\u00eb farsat e sallave t\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsorit. Ne nuk do b\u00ebhemi kurr\u00eb aleat\u00eb me gjykat\u00ebs t\u00eb korruptuar. Qeveria e re do jet\u00eb belaja m\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb korruptuarve n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Qeveria do hap\u00eb nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb re dh\u00ebmb p\u00ebr dh\u00ebmb me krimin e organizuar q\u00eb ka gjetur shesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrshesh.<\/p>\n

1 milion njer\u00ebz na kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mandat q\u00eb t\u2019u kthejm\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e humbur t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe pron\u00ebs,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb ai e ka rezervuar edhe p\u00ebr kryeprokurorin Adriatik Llalla duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb konkrete.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe nuk kemi votuar as p\u00ebr presidentin dhe as p\u00ebr kryeprokurorin, por ky kryeprokuror nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb konkrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb merituar vler\u00ebsimin ton\u00eb. Ia kam b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se ne do qeverisim pa kompromis p\u00ebr korrupsionin.<\/p>\n

Dua t\u00eb shpresoj se prokuroria n\u00eb drejtimin e tij do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb progres real n\u00eb betej\u00ebn me gangren\u00ebn e vendit, krimin dhe korrupsionin,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i PS paralajm\u00ebroi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb re me FMN-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cMe guvernatorin e Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kam biseduar p\u00ebr financat n\u00eb vend. I kam k\u00ebrkuar atij t\u00eb nxis\u00eb nj\u00eb program t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sektorit financiar. Na duhet nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim prestigjioz p\u00ebr stabilitetin financiar. Nuk mund t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb m\u00eb tutje p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsim t\u00eb financave t\u00eb vendit,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtja e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb re me FMN do diskutohet, por e \u00e7mojm\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht shum\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebn e FMN-s\u00eb dhe BB n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti serioz\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cRaporti t\u00eb ardhura me shpenzime ka kaluar \u00e7do sens logjik nga ata q\u00eb u nd\u00ebshkuan nga populli, pasi menduan se shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ngopen me shirita. Gjysma e mbetur e vitit e gjen vendin n\u00eb grop\u00ebn e \u00e7oroditjes s\u00eb sektorit financiar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Rama u ndal gjat\u00eb edhe tek \u00e7\u00ebshtja e pun\u00ebsimeve, duke paralajm\u00ebruar se nuk do ket\u00eb m\u00eb pun\u00ebsime me natyr\u00eb nepotike, por vet\u00ebm pun\u00ebsime t\u00eb bazuara tek meritat.<\/p>\n

\u201cNuk duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb e avazit t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit nga lidhjet qorre t\u00eb shkurtra. Ky do ishte akti i par\u00eb i tradhtis\u00eb ndaj atyre 1 milion njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb presin nga ne rilindjen.<\/p>\n

Konkurrenca dhe merita \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb vendos.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb partis\u00eb garantojm\u00eb k\u00ebdo p\u00ebr trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave. Nuk do lejojm\u00eb diskriminimin dhe m\u00ebnjanimin e askujt.<\/p>\n

Ne do e b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend duke kujtuar se k\u00ebtu ka shtet,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund ai ka folur p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se do qeveriset si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb e vetme me LSI-n\u00eb. Ai tha se do ngrihet nj\u00eb grup pune PS- LSI p\u00ebr t\u00eb evidentuar potencialet e burimeve njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n

\u201cJemi ribashkuar me zotimin solemn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur gabimet e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Kemi maksimizuar si PS dhe LSI potencialin e sistemit.<\/p>\n

Pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar PS-ja, \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar LSI-ja, por \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar edhe bashkimi. Llogarit\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb do fitonim vet\u00ebm PS, apo LSI vet\u00ebm, le t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00eb me n\u00eb krye Kastriot Islamin.<\/p>\n

Ne jemi dy parti, por jemi nj\u00eb forc\u00eb e vetme qeveris\u00ebse dhe do qeverisim si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb e vetme. Ne nuk do i ndajm\u00eb njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb ne dhe ata. Un\u00eb nuk jam naiv, por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e panegociueshme e popullit sovran.<\/p>\n

Procesi i formimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb nuk ka mb\u00ebrritur tek emrat. Aty do t\u00eb shkohet pasi t\u00eb hidhen piketat e qeverisjes.<\/p>\n

Grupi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i pun\u00ebs do t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb metodologjin\u00eb e trajtimit t\u00eb burimeve njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n

Nuk e di n\u00ebse do ket\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri me m\u00eb pak ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb ministra, por di q\u00eb qeverisja jon\u00eb do kushtoj\u00eb m\u00eb pak,\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n
