–N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb pak para zgjedhjeve ju kishit parashikuar fitoren e koalicionit t\u00eb majt\u00eb n\u00eb 23 qershor. A e kishit menduar k\u00ebt\u00eb fitore kaq t\u00eb thell\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

-E kisha parashikuar qart\u00eb fitoren e s\u00eb majt\u00ebs, madje edhe fatin q\u00eb Berisha do ta pranonte humbjen, por jo nj\u00eb fitore kaq t\u00eb thell\u00eb, kaq spektakolare. Pse? P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mekanizmit t\u00eb ligjit zgjedhor, q\u00eb mendoj se gjithsesi duhet ndryshuar patjet\u00ebr, pa asnj\u00eb lloj vet\u00ebk\u00ebnaqjeje naive p\u00ebr t\u00eb funksionuar kaq suksessh\u00ebm sa n\u00eb 23 qershor. M\u00eb i sakt\u00eb , m\u00eb i drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ligji zgjedhor proporcional komb\u00ebtar. Duhet kuptuar se k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr vet\u00eb PS do t\u00eb jet\u00eb akoma m\u00eb mir\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb partit\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb spektrit politik.<\/p>\n

– Cilat ishin m\u00ebkatet e Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb nj\u00eb disfat\u00eb kaq t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Dua t\u00eb ve n\u00ebnvizoj se votimi i 23 qershorit \u00ebsht\u00eb historik edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rekord t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb: 1 milion njer\u00ebz kan\u00eb votuar kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs. Mbase asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb h\u00eb p\u00ebr h\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr votim i ngjash\u00ebm. 1 milion vota n\u00eb substanc\u00eb kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs, q\u00eb tregon se akti \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet kuptimplot\u00eb, sovran dhe kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe afirmativ p\u00ebr nj\u00eb epok\u00eb tjet\u00ebr politike pa Berish\u00ebn, pra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb pas-Berishiane n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kuptimet. \u00cbsht\u00eb jetike dhe inteligjente t\u00eb lexohet dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet sakt\u00eb ky akt i pashembullt popullor. Figura e Berish\u00ebs tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb politik\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ende n\u00eb politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe tek Ekleziasti thuhet se \u201cka nj\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar dhe nj\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur\u201d.Berisha ka humbur, por n\u00ebm\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo thjesht sempliste, apo thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb rotacionit mbas 8 vitesh. Disfata k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gati p\u00ebrfundimtare, pra di\u00e7ka e mbyllur n\u00eb histori. E pariparueshme si p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje ose si histori e dyzuar. Ka humbur si sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00eb groteske, si arketip i mbrapsht\u00eb politik, si keqqeverisje e kushtueshme dhe retrograde, si nj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim i vijuar n\u00eb vite, si ligj\u00ebrim i vrazhd\u00eb dhe i prapambetur i konfliktualitetit t\u00eb neveritsh\u00ebm politik, ka d\u00ebshtuar siautoritariz\u00ebm politik, e shkat\u00ebrroi vet\u00eb PD, ka d\u00ebshtuar si konceptualitet.<\/p>\n

1 milion votues n\u00eb heshtje e kan\u00eb konfirmuar k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb madh\u00ebrisht nga posht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa debati politik nd\u00ebrpartiak k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb nga sip\u00ebr kemi pra nj\u00eb rast kur populli tregon nj\u00eb sovranitet dhe nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdij\u00eb t\u00eb ep\u00ebrme p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb dhe vetveten p\u00ebr fatin e tij dhe kahjen e zhvillimit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb fort\u00eb, t\u00eb prer\u00eb me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e nj\u00eb deformimi dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb demokracie t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorur, t\u00eb alambikuar marr\u00ebzish\u00ebm, t\u00eb nj\u00eb pseudodemokracie apokrife drejt s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb nj\u00eb demokracie t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. M\u00ebkatet e Berish\u00ebs jan\u00eb m\u00ebkate t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb simbolizoi dhe stimuloi ai rr\u00ebmujsh\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb paradoksale, primitive k\u00ebto 22 vjet. Mbaroi k\u00ebshtu etapa se si nuk duhet ushtruar, konceptuar dhe si nuk duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb politika e gabuar n\u00eb substanc\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb rend demokratik, qoft\u00eb edhe t\u00eb brisht\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo humbje i p\u00ebrket vet\u00ebm Berish\u00ebs si\u00e7 tha ai, apo edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb stafin e tij?<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Kjo humbje \u00ebsht\u00eb para s\u00eb gjithash jo nj\u00eb humbje e zakonshme krejt normale n\u00eb politik\u00eb \u2013 jo, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje e papar\u00eb konceptuale, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj katastrof\u00eb mendore, e ngjizjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb politike t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs n\u00eb skajet m\u00eb t\u00eb gabueshme t\u00eb personalizimit autoritarist t\u00eb papar\u00eb, ku lideri \u00ebsht\u00eb partia dhe nd\u00ebrsjelltas, ku klanizimi i PD u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi historike p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ku virtualizmi primitiv dhe i vrazhd\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb nj\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim t\u00eb papar\u00eb. Humbja personalizohet si humbje t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e Berish\u00ebs dhe predikateve t\u00eb tij, pra e \u00e7do gj\u00ebje t\u00eb klonuar prej tij, t\u00eb stimuluar k\u00ebto 22 vite prej tij. Pra jo thjesht individuale prandaj po e riktheksoj \u00ebsht\u00eb humbje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb konceptuale.<\/p>\n

–Ju e d\u00ebgjuat fjalimin e dor\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Shum\u00ebkush ka parashikuar nj\u00eb rikthim t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs s\u00ebrish n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Ju si mendoni, a ka gjasa t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kjo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Un\u00eb i dhash\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje kur thash\u00eb pak m\u00eb sip\u00ebr se disfata k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gati p\u00ebrfundimtare, pra di\u00e7ka e mbyllur n\u00eb histori. Fjalimi i dor\u00ebheqjes (e paparashikueshme n\u00eb fakt nga t\u00ebr\u00eb analist\u00ebt, madje edhe nga politikan\u00ebt kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb) qe fakti se si Berisha e ravij\u00ebzon vetveten n\u00eb histori, pra nj\u00eb lloj vetapoteoze e \u00e7uditshme. Por ajo q\u00eb Berisha thot\u00eb p\u00ebr veten e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta q\u00eb historia do t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb at\u00eb. Artikujshkruesit servil\u00eb dhe nostalgjik\u00ebt klientelist\u00eb shkruan ditirambe dhe himne p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u2013 por kjo s\u2019ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me analiz\u00ebn shkencore dhe vler\u00ebsimin e sakt\u00eb historik t\u00eb b\u00ebmave t\u00eb tij. Berisha qe politikani si nuk duhet t\u00eb ishte, dhe qe i till\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb ishte ndryshe, ose q\u00eb duan ta apologjizojn\u00eb grotesk\u00ebrisht.<\/p>\n

–\u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte PD-ja n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente p\u00ebr t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb veten?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Ngaq\u00eb disfata qe konceptuale, duhet t\u00eb rikonceptualizohet q\u00eb nga fillimi n\u00eb substanc\u00eb, por n\u00eb nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb jo berishiane. Por kjo gj\u00eb do koh\u00eb, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq shum\u00eb koh\u00eb \u2013 dhe nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e leht\u00eb aspak.
