Skena politike aktuale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e dominuar nga dy partit\u00eb kryesore (PS dhe PD), vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb bipolare, por ajo n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb po p\u00ebrcaktohet gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00eb parti e tret\u00eb- LSI, po p\u00ebrcakton sken\u00ebn reale q\u00eb, realisht \u00ebsht\u00eb tri-polare. Antagonizmat mes dy subjekteve kryesore nuk jan\u00eb si dikur, t\u00eb ashpra, fyese, acaruese. Fushata, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb zbus\u00eb tensionet dhe t\u00eb iket nga tensione k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese p\u00ebr stabilitetin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Tre sondazhe t\u00eb b\u00ebra, tani, tregojn\u00eb se pjesa d\u00ebrmuese e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb biseda nuk kan\u00eb treguar shkall\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjimit t\u00eb militant\u00ebve dhe simpatizant\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre me dy partit\u00eb kryesore- PS-n\u00eb dhe PD-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00ebsht\u00eb theksuar se monopolizimi i politik\u00ebs nga PS ose PD ka pamund\u00ebsuar zhvillimin e alternativave politike. P\u00ebrpjekjet e deritashme p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb force t\u00eb till\u00eb sfiduese p\u00ebr dy partit\u00eb kryesore, vler\u00ebsoheshin si t\u00eb pasuksesshme qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se i kan\u00eb bllokuar PS-ja dhe PD-ja, qoft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr faktin se vet\u00eb subjektet e vogla i kan\u00eb rrudhur ambiciet e veta.<\/p>\n<p>E vetmja LSI po perceptohet si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje m\u00eb serioze dhe potencialisht shum\u00eb m\u00eb ndikuese p\u00ebr ribalancimin e sken\u00ebs politike dhe thyerjen e monopoleve, por q\u00eb i duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb si e till\u00eb me 23 qershor.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga viti 2005 deri m\u00eb tash- n\u00eb dy pal\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe n\u00eb dy pal\u00eb zgjedhje lokale, LSI po p\u00ebrcakton edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb fitoren, rrotacionin, ndryshimin dhe ikjen edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb lideri tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuar. K\u00ebsaj radhe dr. Sali Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>LSI n\u00eb tri sondazhet e b\u00ebra ka kaluar shifr\u00ebn 7-8% dhe merret si subjekti q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb fituesin e ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr qeverisjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi shqiptar\u00ebt shprehen t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur me partit\u00eb politike, megjithat\u00eb ka nj\u00eb shk\u00ebputje nga pesimizmi sidomos p\u00ebr faktin se ka ulje t\u00eb tensioneve dhe emancipimin e fjalorit dhe t\u00eb sjelljeve t\u00eb protagonist\u00ebve kryesor n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike. Hiq Shkodr\u00ebn dhe fjalimet e Jozefina Topallit dhe Kryeministrit Berisha n\u00eb disa momente t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, k\u00ebto zgjedhje jan\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb konstatuara dhe mund t\u00eb thuhet se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb luft\u00eb e ambicieve dhe rivalitetit personal t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe Edi Ram\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb kritik\u00ebt e Ram\u00ebs e perceptojn\u00eb at\u00eb si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson interesat e klaneve dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shk\u00ebputur nga interesat e PS-s\u00eb por me ambicie t\u00eb shkon mbi interesat socialiste duke u orientuar tek qytetar\u00ebt. Edhe pse qytetar\u00ebt shprehen se Shqip\u00ebria po ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara dhe nuk vendnum\u00ebron sepse nuk e pengojn\u00eb dilemat e pasiguris\u00eb dhe armiq\u00ebsive t\u00eb panevojshme nga e kaluara.<\/p>\n<p>Vler\u00ebsimet e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb sondazhe b\u00ebhen n\u00eb relacion me orientimet dhe preferencat politike t\u00eb qytetarit. P\u00ebrjashtim nga kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as Edi Rama q\u00eb dikur vler\u00ebsohej relativisht lart\u00eb edhe nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit me orientime t\u00eb djathta politike.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Ilir Meta n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi vler\u00ebsohet sepse n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve po konsiderohet si person q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb konfrontimeve PS \u2013 PD.<\/p>\n<p>23 qershori do t\u00eb fuqizoi shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb bipolare edhe pse me nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb till\u00eb zgjedhor(t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar me variantin e 12 regjioneve) mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb q\u00eb Rama dhe PS-ja bashk\u00eb me LSI, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb fitues absolut.<\/p>\n<p>Varianti real \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb votat e LSI-s\u00eb jan\u00eb si ndihm\u00eb Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast do t\u00eb largohej Berisha nga mund\u00ebsia e qeverisjes dhe do t\u00eb mbante premtimin p\u00ebr dor\u00ebheqje nga PD. Por, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb thon\u00eb, dhe me gjas\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ashtu q\u00eb Berisha, nuk do t\u00eb largohet nga PD-ja edhe n\u00ebse i humb zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb prej dy zgjedhjeve dy lider\u00ebt e fuqish\u00ebm, si Nano me 2005 edhe Berisha me 2013 do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb pamund\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb kryeministra t\u00eb vendit. Dhe merit\u00eb kryesore e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj i takon LSI-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj, ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb del nga sondazhet, p\u00ebr lindjen e nj\u00eb formacioni tjet\u00ebr politik dhe qytetar kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb monopoli politik q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm kalkulime d\u00ebshirash zgjedhore t\u00eb dala nga hulumtimet e opinionit.
