P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb masak\u00ebr zgjedhore, ai e drejton gishtin nga drejtuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme, nga Ferdinant Poni, Arben Ristani dhe Flamur Noka. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ky realiteti n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, thot\u00eb \u00c7okaj. Duke b\u00ebr\u00eb krahasimin e listave t\u00eb vitit 2011 me ato t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, t\u00eb cilat un\u00eb i disponoj, mund t\u00eb them dhe ta v\u00ebrtetoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb masak\u00ebr e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me listat e votuesve. Po b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb manipulim skandaloz dhe Partia Demokratike po k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb mandate n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb. Shkodra \u00ebsht\u00eb mbase qyteti dhe qarku m\u00eb i mashtruar n\u00eb republik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pse e thoni k\u00ebt\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sepse Shkodra \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur 9 her\u00eb gjat\u00eb 8 viteve t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe m\u00eb nj\u00eb papun\u00ebsi nga m\u00eb t\u00eb lartat n\u00eb shkall\u00eb vendi. Si mund t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb se Shkodra dhe shkodran\u00ebt mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parti? Madje me shifra t\u00eb pabesueshme n\u00eb krahasim me Partin\u00eb Socialiste. Un\u00eb e njoh Shkodr\u00ebn dhe shkodran\u00ebt. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb abuzim i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb fyerje p\u00ebr qytetarin\u00eb shkodrane q\u00eb ta pranojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb manipulim. Kjo nuk p\u00ebrputhet me realitetin.<\/p>\n

Si \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ja po flasim me fakte. Shiko listat e zgjedh\u00ebsve n\u00eb qendrat e votimit. Un\u00eb po ju faktoj listat n\u00eb qendrat 0318, 0274 dhe 0275. N\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e votimit 0318 n\u00eb fakt ka vet\u00ebm 54 votues. N\u00eb listat zgjedhore t\u00eb 23 qershorit jan\u00eb regjistruar 829 votues, nga k\u00ebta 695 votues jan\u00eb pa adres\u00eb. Pra n\u00eb nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb e nj\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb i bie t\u00eb banojn\u00eb 40 votues! Absurde ta mendosh.<\/p>\n

Po n\u00eb qendrat e tjera si \u00ebsht\u00eb situata?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuk ka asnj\u00eb ndryshim. Ndryshon vet\u00ebm shkalla dhe m\u00ebnyra e manipulimit. Nga qendra e votimit 0274 jan\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb qendrat e tjera 97 votues. Nga k\u00ebta 42 votues jan\u00eb pa adres\u00eb me kodin 888. Plus 14 votues nga kjo qend\u00ebr jan\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb rrethe e qytetet t\u00eb tjera. Po k\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb ardhur nga qendra t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr 116 votues. Pra hyrje-daljet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr votimi jan\u00eb 213 votues. Nga k\u00ebto 43 votues pa adres\u00eb. Marrim qendr\u00ebn e votimit 0275, jan\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb qendrat e tjera 104 votues, nga k\u00ebta 22 votues pa adres\u00eb. 16 votues n\u00eb rrethe t\u00eb tjera. Kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr 122 votues, nga k\u00ebta 54 votues pa adres\u00eb. Pra hyje-daljet e votuesve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr votimi jan\u00eb 226 votues. Po t\u00eb marrim k\u00ebto dy qendra dhe t\u00eb mbledhim numrin n\u00eb total, del se jan\u00eb transferuar dhe kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb 439 votues. Po t\u00eb marrim parasysh se n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs jan\u00eb 134 qendra votimi, manipulimi shkon mbi 13 mij\u00eb votues.<\/p>\n

Mund t\u00eb na tregoni se n\u00eb cilat rrethe dhe qytete jan\u00eb transferuar k\u00ebta votues shkodran\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Po, k\u00ebta votues q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb listat e vitit 2011,nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb listat e vitit 2013 jan\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, P\u00ebrrenjas, Ksamil, Sarand\u00eb, Fier, Tiran\u00eb, Lezh\u00eb, Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Mjed\u00eb, Komuna rrethina \u2013 Trush, B\u00ebrdic\u00eb, Pult, Shllak. E kuptoni se deri ku ka shkuar manipulimi?<\/p>\n

Po t\u00eb marrim k\u00ebt\u00eb si etalon, at\u00ebher\u00eb i bie q\u00eb n\u00eb 134 qendra t\u00eb jen\u00eb 1300 familje t6\u00eb ndara.<\/p>\n

A ka emra t\u00eb vdekurish si votues n\u00eb lista? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Natyrisht q\u00eb ka. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb abuzim dhe fyerje e madhe me t\u00eb vdekurit. Po t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb listat e vitit 2011 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe votues 136 vje\u00e7ar\u00eb, 118 vje\u00e7, 111, 106, 104 e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb rekord Gines. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem m\u00eb vete, sepse ka votues n\u00eb lista me adres\u00eb dhe po t\u2019i verifikosh rezulton se k\u00ebto adresa jan\u00eb kioska, garazhe, ofi\u00e7ina, lokale, por jo banesa. Para nje viti e gjysm\u00eb kur u b\u00eb regjistrimi i popullsis\u00eb, qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb deklaruar t\u00eb gjitha adresat e sakta. Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit n\u00eb lista jan\u00eb 348 mij\u00eb votues pa adres\u00eb? Ku shkuan adresat?<\/p>\n
