Tashm\u00eb af\u00ebr t\u00eb shtat\u00ebdhjetave, thuajse i shpallur lider i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm i PD-s\u00eb, Berisha, i vetmi lider i mbetur i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Murit t\u00eb Berlinit, ka 23 vjet q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshton rotacionin e lider\u00ebve dhe elitave q\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm imponon nj\u00eb demokraci e sh\u00ebndetshme. Ndryshimi me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb pandryshuesh\u00ebm?! Nj\u00eb sofiz\u00ebm t\u00eb till\u00eb e pretendon \u00e7do regjim totalitar, por kurrsesi nj\u00eb demokraci-liberale. N\u00eb demokraci ndryshimi fillon nga koka. N\u00eb diktatur\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koka q\u00eb sjell \u201cndryshimin\u201d pra, asnj\u00eb ndryshim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por mos ndoshta parulla e PD dhe e koalicionit t\u00eb saj \u201cNe jemi ndryshimi\u201d k\u00ebrkon t\u2019u mbush\u00eb mendjen shqiptar\u00ebve, si n\u00eb vitin 2005, se Berisha ka ndryshuar dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb ai autokrati i vitit 1996, q\u00eb vodhi zgjedhjet? Apo as ai autokrati q\u00eb p\u00ebr hat\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtjes me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb pushtetit armatosi fanatik\u00eb dhe e \u00e7oi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb prag t\u00eb luft\u00ebs civile? Ndoshta, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mision i pamundur. Sepse i pengon Berisha i G\u00ebrdecit ku korrupsioni dhe trafiqet e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb tij mor\u00ebn jet\u00ebn e 27 njer\u00ebzve dhe plagos\u00ebn qindra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, po i nj\u00ebjti korrupsion q\u00eb toleroi piramidat financiare ku humb\u00ebn parat\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse i pengon edhe Berisha i 21 janarit q\u00eb toleroi (n\u00eb mos urdh\u00ebroi) t\u00eb vriten 4 qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb plagosen nja 30 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebrpara dritares s\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Ajo masak\u00ebr u flet shqiptar\u00ebve me nj\u00eb elokuenc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb po ai autokrati i vjet\u00ebr dhe i pandryshuesh\u00ebm i marsit \u201897. I pengon edhe vjedhja e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb 2009-n, por akoma m\u00eb hapur edhe n\u00eb maj 2011 nga po i nj\u00ebjti Berish\u00eb. I pengon edhe pu\u00e7i i realizuar po nga i nj\u00ebjti autokrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur shumic\u00ebn manipulatore n\u00eb Komisionin Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve (KQZ). K\u00ebto dhe plot t\u00eb tjera si k\u00ebto, i bindin shumic\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb me kok\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb paverbuar nga l\u00ebmoshat dhe propaganda e pushtetit, se Berisha ka qen\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb mbetet sot e mot po Berisha!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq nuk mund t\u00eb mos konstatojm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb qesharak, dhe pohim i nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtimi kulmor, kur pas 8 vjet qeverisjeje nj\u00eb parti dhe lider rreken t\u00eb mbajm\u00eb pushtetin duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb njer\u00ebzve se gj\u00ebrat duhen ndryshuar pra, nuk duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb ashtu si kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebr 8 vjet rresht. Vet\u00eb thirrja e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u201cndryshim\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb pohimi i vet\u00eb koshienc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur dhe t\u00eb paduruar me gjendjen e krijuar nga qeverisja e tij. Prandaj ata duan ndryshimin. Por ndryshimi nuk mund t\u00eb mos filloj\u00eb me largimin e Berish\u00ebs nga pushteti. Berisha premton nj\u00eb paradoks. Premton ndryshim pa ndryshuar as pushtetin dhe as kok\u00ebn e pushtetit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, mos vall\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka ndryshuar fare q\u00eb kur Berisha rimori pushtetin n\u00eb vitin 2005? Duhet ta pranojm\u00eb: Shqip\u00ebria po ndryshon! E vetmja pik\u00eb kur propaganda e PD nuk g\u00ebnjen. Por sakt\u00ebsojm\u00eb, po ndryshon p\u00ebr keq. Do t\u2019i l\u00ebm\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb r\u00ebniet e ritmeve t\u00eb prodhimit, papun\u00ebsin\u00eb kronike, varf\u00ebrin\u00eb masive e deri mjerimin e skajsh\u00ebm t\u00eb disa shtresave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. E dim\u00eb q\u00eb propaganda e Berish\u00ebs do nis\u00eb t\u00eb justifikohet me pasojat e kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbotshme sikur t\u00eb mos qe po ajo q\u00eb deri dje i shurdhoi shqiptar\u00ebt me mburrjet se kriza nuk mundi ta prek\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Prandaj do t\u00eb ndalemi vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt thelb\u00ebsor p\u00ebr shtetin ligjor, sundimin e ligjit dhe demokracin\u00eb liberale. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr ndarjen dhe baraspeshimin e pushteteve n\u00eb shtet. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktet flasin se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrafsh Shqip\u00ebria po rr\u00ebshqet praptazi drejt modelit diktatorial nga doli para 23 vjet\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb, ndarja e pushteteve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb butafori kushtetuese po jo nj\u00eb realitet. Kreu i ekzekutivit ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb vendimmarrjen e legjislativit. Edhe kund\u00ebrshtimin e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr nismat e tij antikushtetuese e ka mbytur me tiranin\u00eb e shumic\u00ebs t\u00eb zbatuar me zell t\u00eb hapur naziskin nga Jozefina Topalli. Me zgjedhjen pa konsensusin e opozit\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00eb delfini t\u00eb tij si Nishani n\u00eb postin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, Berisha jo vet\u00ebm ka rr\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb balanc\u00eb por ka sht\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb strategjike p\u00ebr t\u00eb sunduar pushtetin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Tashm\u00eb ai ka sht\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb edhe zyr\u00ebn e Kryeprokurorit, edhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Inteligjent edhe KQZ. Shkurt, pas 8 vjet qeverisje, Berisha ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetet, gj\u00eb tipike kjo jo p\u00ebr demokracit\u00eb, por p\u00ebr sistemet totalitare komuniste dhe nazifashiste. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb Berisha p\u00ebr 8 vjet!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Dhe \u00e7far\u00eb i ka mbetur akoma pa kapur? Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e medias opozitare dhe t\u00eb pavarur. I ka mbetur pa kapur opozita politike q\u00eb i rrezikon seriozisht pushtetin dhe q\u00eb prandaj, si tipikisht nj\u00eb autokrat, e anatemon \u201carmike t\u00eb popullit\u201d. Por mbi t\u00eb gjitha, ka p\u00ebrball\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrshtuese pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb mezi presin \u00e7lirimin prej tij me vot\u00eb. Vot\u00eb q\u00eb po b\u00ebn gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb t\u2019ua vjedh\u00eb dhe manipuloj\u00eb. Ne jemi ndryshimi, p\u00ebrpara! \u2013 b\u00ebrtet Berisha.
