DW: Misioni juaj ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb KQZ, konkretisht lidhur me aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb administruar zgjedhjet sipas ligjit apo p\u00ebr raste kur vendimeve t\u00eb tij u mungon nj\u00eb \u201cmotivim i sakt\u00eb ligjor\u201d.<\/p>\n

Conny McCormak<\/strong>: Natyrisht q\u00eb KQZ duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb, askush nuk d\u00ebsh\u00ebron q\u00eb ky komision t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb s\u00eb funksionuari, ju doni t\u00eb b\u00ebhen zgjedhjet dhe ato nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pa nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb drejtuese si KQZ, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka alternativ\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Por misioni yn\u00eb ka paraqitur faktin q\u00eb KQZ ka marr\u00eb disa vendime q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar dhe po ec\u00ebn drejt skadimit t\u00eb disa afateve t\u00eb tjera ligjore q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shumic\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar. Dhe nuk do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t’i kap\u00eb k\u00ebto afate n\u00ebse kompozimi i KQZ nuk p\u00ebrshpejtohet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb ka mbetur deri n\u00eb 23 qershor.<\/p>\n

Kur kreu i misionit te OSBE\/ODHIR znj. Conny McMormack thote qe zgjedhjet nuk mund te behen pa kompozimin e KQZse dhe dhe politika hesht . Shqiptare kjo heshtje eshte kriminale pasi me koshience kampet politike po ju dergojne ne perplasje me arme per interesat e tyre me se paku meskine.<\/p>\n

Une e kuptoj se eshte pothuaj e pamundur per ta botuar ne shtypin e Tiranes te shkruar apo online pasi edhe \u201cTema\u201d e \u201cpamvarur\u201d online e z Baze eshte vene ne sherbim te Rames pa kushte.
\nKryetaret e perjetshem Berisha-Rama nuk mund te realizojne zgjedhje te lira e te ndershme pasi njeri duhet ti perkase historise por jane gati ta pergjakin karriken e tyre me gjak shqiptaresh vetem ata te mos largohen.<\/p>\n

Zgjedhje pa albiter nuk ka bere kush gjer tani ne Europe apo Ameriken demokratike kete po e bejne vetem Berisha-Rama edhe kur albitri nderkombetar thote hapur se nuk mund te behen.
\nRealisht e kuptoj Berishen ne kembenguljen e tije per te mbajtur pushtetin pasi per kete ka punuar shume ne te tera drejtimet , ne ekonomi, zaptim te te tera institucioneve kushtetuese deri edhe te KQZse qe ligjerisht duhet te jete si vullnet consensual me me shume se 2\/3.<\/p>\n

Une nuk arrij te kuptoj Ramen qe me nje kembe pretendon te marre pushtetin ne fushen me gjith albiter te Berishes. E thashe me nje kembe se tjetra eshte \u201ckumara\u201d Meta e derguar aty per interesat dhe sigurine e Berishes.<\/p>\n

Per te verteten nuk kam hallin e Rames pasi per te verteten nuk kan ndonje ndryshim esencial me Berishen por problemi eshte se a do njihen zgjedhje te tilla dhe a do qetsohet situata me dorheqjen e Rames pasi realisht Rama as qe do te fitoje.<\/p>\n

Nese realisht zgjedhjet njihen e cdo gje kalon ne qetesi jam gati ta thyej penen (jo tastieren e kompjuterit) e te bashkohem qetsisht me \u201copinionistet\u201d shqiptare te \u201cpamvarur\u201d e lideret politike qe njeri po shkon i sigurte drejt mandatit te trete e tjetri po ben sherbimin e fundit misionit te tije prej sherbetori.<\/p>\n

Mua realisht nuk me intereson fituesi por procesi si mision i ndertimit dhe implementimit te demokracise pluraliste ne Shqiperi pasi fatekeqesisht shqiptaret akoma jane ne demokracine popullore me nje parti.
\nDemokraci jasht parimeve , vlerave, rregullave te shoqerive perendimore e kryesisht ato Amerikane nuk mund te kete ashtu sic nuk ka pasur as ne te kaluaren ndoshta shqiptaret bejne shpikje te reja pasi vazhdojne akoma nen mesimet e shokut Ramiz duke eksploruar rruge te pashkelura (per ne North Corea)<\/p>\n

\nSali Berisha mund te rrije ne pushtet sa ti doje trapi me kete opozite te kapur e te tredhun.
