Zonja Jahjaga fajtor p\u00ebr mospjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb takimin e radh\u00ebs t\u00eb SEECP-s\u00eb (Procesit t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore) nuk duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm pal\u00ebn maqedonase, por fajtorin kryesor duhet ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb n\u00eb \u201csht\u00ebpin\u00eb e saj\u201d, respektivisht n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo Ministri s\u00eb bashku me ambasad\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Shkup \u2013 si gjithnj\u00eb \u2013 u zun\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb dim\u00ebror (edhe pse dimri ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb ka kaluar). Takimi i SEECP-s\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar t\u00eb mbahet as dje e as pardje, por takime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kan\u00eb nj\u00eb agjend\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa koha e mbajtjes t\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb. Pyetja logjike \u00ebsht\u00eb: ku ishte MPJ dhe ambasada jon\u00eb n\u00eb Shkup gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe? Mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb KASH-it (Korniz\u00ebs Afatmesme t\u00eb Shpenzimeve) kosto mesatare mujore e secil\u00ebs ambasad\u00eb sillet rreth 23.000,00 euro. Pra 23,000.00 euro t\u00eb taksapaguesve dhe tatimpaguesve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb muaj.<\/p>\n<p>Fajtorin tjet\u00ebr Jahjaga duhet ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb n\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, respektivisht ata q\u00eb negociuan marr\u00ebveshjet e ashtuquajtura teknike me Serbin\u00eb. Ishte Qeveria ajo e cila arriti Marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr \u201cP\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim\u201d Rajonal ose m\u00eb korrekt t\u00eb thuhet Marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr P\u00ebrjashtim Rajonal. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb efekte t\u00eb prekshme t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje e njohur ndryshe p\u00ebr publikun si \u2018Marr\u00ebveshja e Fusnot\u00ebs\u2019 se \u201cFluska e Edit\u00ebs\u201d e cila n\u00eb thelb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje kund\u00ebrkushtetuese t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e imponoi znj. Edita Tahiri dhe shefi i saj Hashim Tha\u00e7i. Republika e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulte q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb me emrin e saj kushtetues, ajo (p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje) vullnetarisht hoqi dor\u00eb dhe pranoi t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb me Kosovo*.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e arritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje, g\u00ebnjeu opinion publik kur deklaroi se kjo marr\u00ebveshje i hap rrug\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb nismat rajonale. LDK mendoi dhe ende mendon ndryshe, dhe asaj kohe paralajm\u00ebroi se kjo marr\u00ebveshje nuk do t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb nisma rajonale, p\u00ebrkundrazi do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb d\u00ebme t\u00eb pariparueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ashtu edhe doli. N\u00eb fakt, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb Kosova nuk po merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm rajonal (p\u00ebrjashtuar RCC ku edhe ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb \u2018modus-vivendi\u2019 n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb), Kosova, as me fllusk\u00eb\/asterisk (*) nuk po ia del t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme rajonale. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb, n\u00eb disa nisma ka pasur edhe kthim prapa. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr disa nisma teknike ku Kosova ishte e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar me emrin e saj kushtetues si \u2018Republik\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs\u2019 dhe fill pas marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb fusnot\u00ebs k\u00ebto organizata k\u00ebrkuan dhe m\u00eb pas vendos\u00ebn q\u00eb Kosova \u2013 pasi edhe vet\u00eb ka pranuar t\u00eb thirret me asterisk \u2013 t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb si e till\u00eb (Kosovo*) edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto forume.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201clargpam\u00ebsia\u201d e k\u00ebsaj Qeverie dhe Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb saj t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme, e cila edhe ashtu nuk ka fare koh\u00eb t\u00eb merret me nisma rajonale, por objektiv par\u00ebsor ka pun\u00ebsimet jasht\u00ebligjore t\u00eb atyre pak militant\u00ebve partiak\u00eb q\u00eb u kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb papun\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes \u201cvlerave\u201d si; nepotizmi dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia primitive partiake, klanore e rajonale. N\u00eb vend se kjo ministri t\u00eb punonte q\u00eb t\u2019ia mund\u00ebsonte pjes\u00ebmarrjen zonj\u00ebs Jahjaga dhe titullar\u00ebve tjer\u00eb n\u00eb nisma t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme rajonale, ajo vazhdoi pun\u00ebn q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri di ta b\u00ebj\u00eb: pun\u00ebsimeve jasht\u00eb procedurave n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb dhe shantazhet, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet e p\u00ebrjashtimet e diplomat\u00ebve apartiak t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.
