Pse? Sepse nuk donte q\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta mbi shtypjen, mbi burgosjet, mbi diktatur\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapej n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb. Enver Hoxha donte q\u00eb bota t\u00eb besonte se Shqip\u00ebria ishte nj\u00eb demokraci dhe se shqiptar\u00ebt jetonin n\u00ebn regjimin e tij t\u00eb lumtur, me t\u00eb drejta dhe liri t\u00eb garantuara. Prandaj diktatori bllokoi l\u00ebvizjen e njer\u00ebzve, madje deri val\u00ebt televizive p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur murin e madh t\u00eb izolimit. Q\u00eb bota t\u00eb mos m\u00ebsonte e kuptonte t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, por as shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb mos m\u00ebsonin e kuptonin t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Mbi dy dekada pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit nuk ka m\u00eb tela me gjemba, nuk ka m\u00eb bllokim val\u00ebsh televizive, turist\u00ebt e huaj nuk pengohen t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Madje ftohen. As shqiptar\u00ebt nuk pengohen t\u00eb dalin. E megjithat\u00eb, e v\u00ebrteta mbi natyr\u00ebn e regjimit q\u00eb po instalohet, nuk po arrin t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtoj\u00eb atje ku duhet, n\u00eb qarqet e larta t\u00eb Uashingtonit dhe Brukselit. Kryeministri Sali Berisha, nj\u00eb sekretar partie n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e komunizmit dhe mjek i udh\u00ebheqjes partiake, ia ka arritur q\u00eb ta izoloj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb q\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta mbi regjimin autokratik q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb instaloj\u00eb, t\u00eb trukohet me an\u00eb t\u00eb dezinformimit. Taktika nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e re. As e panjohur p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Diktatori Hoxha p\u00ebrdori bllokimin e informacionit.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha, duke mos pasur mund\u00ebsi ta b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, po p\u00ebrdor g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn. Por e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta e tij me diktatorin mbetet. Enveri p\u00ebrpiqej q\u00eb diktatur\u00ebn e proletariatit ta paraqiste si \u201cdemokraci proletare\u201d. Berisha po p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb regjimin despotik q\u00eb po instalon me an\u00eb t\u00eb kapjes s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushteteve, ta shes\u00eb si \u201cdemokraci funksionale\u201d. Dhe jo pa sukses. Prej vitesh nj\u00eb proces regresiv i rr\u00ebshqitjes praptazi drejt nj\u00eb regjimi autokratik, ekspozohet n\u00eb raportet e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve paradoksalisht si nj\u00eb progres drejt integrimit me Bashkimin Europian! Progresi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb makiazh i regresit, demokracia makiazh i autokratizmit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si Enver Hoxha dje, Sali Berisha sot ka ngritur nj\u00eb mur q\u00eb izolon nga bota t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Jo me tela me gjemba, por me lobime t\u00eb shtrenjta n\u00eb zyrat e Uashingtonit dhe Brukselit, me aktivizimin n\u00eb ambasadat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb diplomacie fanatike q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben pushtetit t\u00eb tij dhe jo shtetit. N\u00eb publikun shqiptar ka nj\u00eb opinion t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur gjer\u00ebsisht q\u00eb Berisha ka arritur t\u00eb fashis\u00eb kritik\u00ebn e pritshme t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit p\u00ebr aksionet e tij autokratike, deri edhe me korruptim t\u00eb figurave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb politik\u00ebs dhe diplomacis\u00eb per\u00ebndimore q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00eb e taktik\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbytur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr sa ndodh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe presioni i eg\u00ebr, n\u00eb nivele deri edhe brutaliteti, q\u00eb ai ushtron mbi \u00e7do ambasador t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb guxon t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb ndonj\u00eb kritik\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ka ndodh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr manov\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb gatishm\u00ebria e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb qeverive t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb apo BE-s\u00eb, sh\u00ebrbime q\u00eb shtetet dhe qeveritar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u2019i ofrojn\u00eb. Mjafton q\u00eb ta l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb t\u00eb mbys\u00eb pa zhurm\u00eb dhe demokratikisht lirin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Duke vepruar me shkatht\u00ebsi n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat ku ndahen dhe p\u00ebrplasen interesat e individ\u00ebve dhe shteteve, ky Cezar \u201cdemokrat\u201d ka arritur t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7aj\u00eb edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e tyre ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Tashm\u00eb e majta dhe e djathta europiane kan\u00eb q\u00ebndrime krejt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta pro ose kund\u00ebr lidhur me \u00e7ka ndodh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Pak a shum\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe gjendja me t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb majt\u00ebn n\u00eb SHBA. Nj\u00eb shembull elokuent i k\u00ebsaj dukurie, qe gjith\u00e7ka sapo pam\u00eb nga vizita e Jonathan Moore, ndihm\u00ebszv\/sekretar i Departamentit Amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit (DAP).<\/p>\n<p>Pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e larta t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb publikut se SHBA do t\u2019i t\u00ebrhiqnin veshin Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb rivendosi nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb besnike n\u00eb KQZ me an\u00eb t\u00eb dhunimit flagrant q\u00eb i b\u00ebri Kodit Zgjedhor duke shkarkuar, pa u bazuar n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nen t\u00eb tij, nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar t\u00eb KQZ, u zhg\u00ebnjyen keqas. Vizita e Moor zbuloi, gj\u00eb q\u00eb habiti jo pak shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen e diplomacis\u00eb s\u00eb SHBA mbi zhvillimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ajo \u00e7ka Moor formuloi \u201cdiplomatikisht\u201d lidhur me kriz\u00ebn e KQZ, binte qartazi krejt n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me paralajm\u00ebrimet e dh\u00ebna pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs nga ambasadori amerikan Aleksand\u00ebr Arvizu, p\u00ebr rrezikun e nj\u00eb kursi p\u00ebrplasjeje me SHBA. N\u00eb fakt, episodi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pa precedent edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e af\u00ebrt.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta diskordanc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb re mes DAP dhe ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur ajo drejtohej nga John Withers. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb kabllogramet e Withers drejtuar Uashingtonit me alarm p\u00ebr kapjen e pushteteve nga Berisha, neutralizoheshin nga deklarimet p\u00ebr \u201cdemokracin\u00eb funksionale\u201d q\u00eb Cantrymen, paraardh\u00ebsi Moor n\u00eb DAP, l\u00ebshonte gjat\u00eb vizitave n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Me nj\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebri si veza-vez\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe q\u00ebndrimi i Berish\u00ebs ndaj ambasador\u00ebve \u201crebel\u00eb\u201d. Ai e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi haptazi ambasadorin Withers, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se do t\u00eb ankohej tek epror\u00ebt e tij p\u00ebr mosmarr\u00ebveshjet mes tyre. Nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim q\u00eb i b\u00ebri t\u00eb struken jo pak ambasador\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur, edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, p\u00ebrflitet se Withers \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb para koh\u00eb n\u00eb pension. E kush \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb rrezikoj\u00eb humbjen e karrier\u00ebs p\u00ebr hat\u00ebr t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb humbur si Shqip\u00ebria?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Shkurt, Berisha ia ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7aj\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt, por edhe amerikan\u00ebt! Dhe kjo \u201cmagji\u201d besohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb lobimeve t\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb specializuara si Podesta, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs, prej disa vitesh, Kryeministri i vendit m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, i paguan kontrata t\u00eb majme. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim themi se Moor-i nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb tull\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb te muri i Podesta-s, me t\u00eb cilin Berisha ka rrethuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nj\u00eb mur q\u00eb i jep mund\u00ebsi ta paraqes\u00eb regjimin autokratik q\u00eb po ngre si \u201cdemokraci\u201d. Nj\u00eb teknik\u00eb q\u00eb na kujton jo vet\u00ebm Enverin, por edhe Hitlerin. Ky i fundit ngriti nj\u00eb kamp p\u00ebrqendrimi model t\u00eb quajtur Terezinshtad, ku gazetar\u00ebt e huaj ishin t\u00eb lutur t\u00eb vinin q\u00eb t\u00eb shikonin dhe t\u2019i raportonin bot\u00ebs, trajtimin korrekt t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se Per\u00ebndimi nuk u mashtrua. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr disa vjet.
