Zgjedhjet e 23 marsit do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb ngjarje e madhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej gjithashtu t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt e jet\u00ebs publike, sepse, pas nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebsh, Shqip\u00ebria rrezikon t\u00eb humbas\u00eb shansin p\u00ebr t\u2019iu bashkuar Europ\u00ebs, sepse pas nj\u00ebzet\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh ne gjendemi n\u00eb faz\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, gjendemi n\u00eb hon t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb besimit dhe KQZ-ja ose organizmi q\u00eb do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb certifikoj\u00eb zgjedhjet, \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse i shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb vet\u00ebm skifter\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb m\u00eb lart gjenden t\u00eb tjer\u00eb skifter\u00eb, jan\u00eb ata t\u00eb Kolegjit Zgjedhor, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, jo m\u00eb pak se dy vjet t\u00eb shkuara e minuan tragjikisht besimin e publikut p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, v\u00ebmendja e opinionit publik dhe e mediave do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohej m\u00eb shum\u00eb te themelet e demokracis\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb merrej me lepuj e dhelpra q\u00eb fshihen n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb apo n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nahije tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>E them k\u00ebt\u00eb sepse kam parasysh dy gj\u00ebra. Dominik Uolton, nj\u00eb nga filozof\u00ebt e shquar t\u00eb komunikimit, thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tre aktor\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb komunikimin politik, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht dialogu mes politikan\u00ebve dhe fjala e tyre, media dhe sondazhi, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e opinionit publik nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm z\u00eb edhe mendimi i intelektual\u00ebve dhe personaliteteve t\u00eb shquara, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb sistem reference p\u00ebr vlerat e demokracis\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb debatet q\u00eb b\u00ebhen te ne, ky mendim thuajse \u00ebsht\u00eb inekzistent, sepse intelektual\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb brisht\u00eb dhe nuk kan\u00eb kuraj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqen si institucione t\u00eb pavarura.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt kur mbulohen me tavanin e qeveris\u00eb ose t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb force politike. K\u00ebshtu, java q\u00eb shkoi pati n\u00eb qend\u00ebr rolin e posa\u00e7\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb luante kandidati i pavarur Arben Malaj deri edhe n\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e kryetarit t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb(!!!!), hamend\u00ebsoi dikush.<\/p>\n<p>Kaq shum\u00eb u amplifikua ky rast sa e humbi vler\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte n\u00eb fillim dhe u b\u00eb qesharak. Publiku e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb se sa mund\u00ebsi ka nj\u00eb i pavarur q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb n\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb sistemi elektoral t\u00eb eg\u00ebr q\u00eb favorizon koalicionet dhe partit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha. Megjithat\u00eb, media n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e kundron betej\u00ebn elektorale si nj\u00eb loj\u00eb futbolli dhe ajo q\u00eb i intereson m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb insinuata p\u00ebr lojtar\u00ebt e kund\u00ebrshtarit, jo analiza e loj\u00ebs dhe parashikimi real i rezultatit.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshtu, PD-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e penalizuar nga t\u00eb pavarurit. Fryma e Re Demokratike q\u00eb kryesohet nga ish-n\u00ebnkryetari i PD-s\u00eb dhe ish-presidenti i vendit, Bamir Topi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb trup\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e pavarur q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shk\u00ebputur nga PD-ja, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb sa dhjet\u00eb Arben Malaj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ka logjik\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr lepur q\u00eb fle n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs apo n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, sepse dy kandidat\u00ebt e Durr\u00ebsit, Gazmend Oketa dhe Sami Gjergji kan\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb. Po ashtu edhe Bamir Topi n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ka shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kandidat\u00ebt e FRD-s\u00eb n\u00eb qarqe i prishin shum\u00eb pun\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, pra jan\u00eb gati si deputet\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs, sepse votat e tyre jan\u00eb nga e djathta.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, kjo analiz\u00eb nuk b\u00ebhet. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb merren me lepurin q\u00eb fle n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb duke treguar ndoshta nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb vuaj\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar efekte dhe analiza me fakte dhe p\u00ebr dukuri konkrete jan\u00eb an\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb analiz\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb dukuri tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb po vihet re n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje \u00ebsht\u00eb mesazhi i vak\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>PS-ja ka gjetur nj\u00eb slogan(\u201cRilindje\u201d) m\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh pak a shum\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb saj dhe konceptit q\u00eb ajo ka p\u00ebr qeverisjen e ardhshme. Ky slogan radikal q\u00eb e projekton kund\u00ebrshtarin si shkakun e anemis\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore e ekonomike \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sinkron me aksionet politike t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe perceptohet m\u00eb leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa slogani i PD-s\u00eb \u201cP\u00ebrpara\u201d ka n\u00eb thelb vazhdueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe motivohet nga optimizmi.
