P\u00ebrtej rivalitetit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm me Kryetaren e Kuvendit, fjala dhe pozicioni i Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb at\u00eb eveniment, nuk do t\u00eb kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb edhe aq shum\u00eb n\u00eb sy, n\u00ebse ai nuk do t\u00eb kishte hedhur nj\u00eb tez\u00eb, e cila t\u00eb ngjall disa ndjesi t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, mes bezdis\u00eb, d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimit dhe pse jo, edhe humorit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke komentuar figur\u00ebn e paraardh\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb bashki, kreut t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs Edi Rama, Basha aludoi se ai nuk ishte thjesht nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar p\u00ebr demokrat\u00ebt, por di\u00e7ka m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. Termin e sugjeroi vet\u00eb zoti Basha, kur tha se \u201c\u2026\u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dikush q\u00eb i mohon vendit integrimin? Ky njeri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb miku i Tiran\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb politika shqiptare ka qen\u00eb dhe vijon ende t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebr inerci, nj\u00eb pyll i mbushur me armiq, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb dyshimit. Agresiviteti i jet\u00ebs son\u00eb politike, mungesa totale e dialogut dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit, krizat e ashpra t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura, shpesh me tone e motive t\u00eb luft\u00ebs personale, jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmia se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit tan\u00eb politik\u00eb e kan\u00eb trajtuar nj\u00ebri-tjetrin jo si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, por si armiq. Skenat e dikurshme me pushtime institucionesh apo edhe m\u00eb von\u00eb, me vrasjen e protestuesve n\u00eb dyert e qeveris\u00eb, pasqyrojn\u00eb n\u00eb fakt kodin e armiq\u00ebsis\u00eb, si t\u00eb vetmen ligj\u00ebsi q\u00eb ka vler\u00eb dhe pesh\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike pas vitit 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Por q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe me shum\u00eb pasoja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, ta marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr nj\u00eb politikan i ri, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb sa d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese, aq edhe jonormale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb konsumon \u00e7do dit\u00eb tonelata retorik\u00eb demokratike dhe europianiste. Duke p\u00ebrcaktuar si armik Edi Ram\u00ebn, Lulzim Basha ka vendosur me dor\u00ebn e tij nj\u00eb standard komunikimi mes vetes dhe opozit\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i gabuar dhe pa t\u00eb ardhme. Kjo, p\u00ebr disa arsye.<\/p>\n<p>Lulzim Basha mund t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb armik i t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, m\u00eb 21 janar 2011, kur Forcat e Armatosura t\u00eb drejtuara prej tij, vran\u00eb kat\u00ebr manifestues t\u00eb paarmatosur n\u00eb bulevardin \u201cD\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit\u201d. Jo vet\u00ebm familjet e kat\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve, por nj\u00eb mas\u00eb e madhe votuesish t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs (dhe me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, edhe shqiptar\u00ebsh t\u00eb painteresuar p\u00ebr politik\u00ebn), e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta shpjegojn\u00eb edhe sot, sesi nj\u00eb zyrtari q\u00eb mban nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb institucionale e politike, t\u00eb mos i hyj\u00eb asnj\u00eb gjemb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, por p\u00ebrkundrazi, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet vet\u00ebm pes\u00eb muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb me nj\u00eb post t\u00eb marr\u00eb. E megjithat\u00eb Luli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb armik. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rol.<\/p>\n<p>Lulzim Basha mund t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb armik gjithashtu, i paras\u00eb publike, kur, nga pozita e ministrit t\u00eb Transportit, u vu n\u00ebn hetim zyrtar nga Prokuroria e P\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr fondet e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit. Organi i akuz\u00ebs k\u00ebrkoi edhe gjykimin e ministrit Basha, i cili n\u00eb at\u00eb moment u fsheh pas axhend\u00ebs diplomatike (si minist\u00ebr i Jasht\u00ebm k\u00ebsaj radhe), p\u00ebr t\u2019iu shmangur procesit.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti, Lulzim Basha mund t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb gjithashtu edhe nj\u00eb armik i interesave komb\u00ebtare, sikur marr\u00ebveshja detare q\u00eb n\u00ebnshkroi me kolegen greke Dora Bakojanis n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb mos ishte hedhur posht\u00eb n\u00eb minut\u00ebn e fundit nga Gjykata Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb as Lulzim Basha (ashtu si edhe Edi Rama) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb armik. As i opozit\u00ebs, as i shqiptar\u00ebve. Shum\u00eb-shum\u00eb Basha mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb armik p\u00ebr Jozefina Topallin, p\u00ebr aq sa kjo mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht politikani i radh\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur p\u00ebrball\u00eb t\u00eb zotit, q\u00eb e kopjon at\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr fjal\u00eb e nuk ia ndan syt\u00eb, derisa k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit t\u2019i lind\u00eb n\u00eb zem\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u2019i liroj\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb vendin. Deklarata e tij p\u00ebr Ram\u00ebn ishte nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie e dukshme stili, por qe n\u00eb vetvete e parrezikshme. Sepse ka shum\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb seriozisht zotin Basha, duhet t\u00eb kesh nj\u00eb doz\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb fantazie dhe vullneti.<\/p>\n<p>Lulzim Basha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb armik i askujt. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr skifter\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, q\u00eb ndjekin zejen e pam\u00ebshirshme t\u00eb pushtetit, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pis \u201cp\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por nj\u00eb efekt negativ e ka megjithat\u00eb edhe deklarata e kryebashkiakut t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr paraardh\u00ebsin e tij. Lulzim Basha nuk kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr fjalimin me armiq, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na konfirmuar edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb se as mosha e re dhe as shkollimi jasht\u00eb vendit nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politikan shqiptar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb parafabrikatit t\u00eb lidershipit t\u00eb tranzicionit, q\u00eb vijon t\u00eb mbetet i vetmi standard, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i hyjn\u00eb karrier\u00ebs politike. Teksa kujton militantizmin e dikursh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij djali t\u00eb ri t\u00eb parashutuar n\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2005, nuk ka sesi t\u00eb mos d\u00ebshp\u00ebrohesh p\u00ebr produktin e deformuar q\u00eb vijon t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb konvejeri i politik\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Lulzim Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i spikatur i nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb politikan\u00ebsh t\u00eb rinj, po aq demagog\u00eb e hipokrit\u00eb, sa edhe et\u00ebrit e politik\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb nj\u00ebzet viteve t\u00eb fundit. Kjo rrethan\u00eb, e cila forcohet edhe m\u00eb tej nga deklarata si ajo e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrmja, \u00ebsht\u00eb aspekti i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb negativ i nj\u00eb agresiviteti t\u00eb nj\u00eb politikani t\u00eb ri si Basha.
