I shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr prapambetjen e krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs, prapambetje q\u00eb ka si burim edhe rrug\u00ebn aktuale torturuese Tiran\u00eb – Dib\u00ebr, m\u00eb 18 Mars 2013 nisa nj\u00eb peticion online. Peticioni mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet edhe n\u00eb formular, p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjet e shtetit shqiptar, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb online.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij peticionit do t\u2019i k\u00ebrkohet Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga zgjedhjet e qershorit 2013, p\u00ebrfundimi i Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit sa m\u00eb shpejt dhe me cil\u00ebsi, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Deri tani peticioni online \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga mbi 2000 vet\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur apo p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb gjer\u00ebsisht nga mediat n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri, Maqedoni dhe Diaspor\u00eb: Angli, SHBA, Kanada, Zvic\u00ebr, Itali, Greqi dhe Rumani. M\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion n\u00eb lidhje me peticionin dhe p\u00ebrkrahjen e tij deri tani, mund t\u00eb gjeni n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj letre.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb nuk jam njeri \u2018politik\u2019, por si intelektual nuk jam \u2018apolitik\u2019. P\u00ebrkundrazi, un\u00eb mendoj se intelektual\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente dhe konstruktive me qeveri q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb nga zgjedhje demokratike apo forca politike, q\u00eb, p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim par\u00ebsor, kan\u00eb mbrojtjen e interesave t\u00eb vendit dhe zhvillimin e tij.<\/p>\n

Shpreh bindjen se Ju gjithmon\u00eb e keni p\u00ebrkrahur nd\u00ebrtimin e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebsaj letre t\u00eb hapur do t\u2019ju lutesha q\u00eb, ashtu si n\u00ebnshkruesit e shumt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb huaj nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e globit, edhe Ju ta d\u00ebshmoni k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje publikisht, duke e firmosur personalisht peticionin.<\/p>\n

Po k\u00ebshtu, jam i bindur se Ju e kuptoni domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kuadrin e rolit pozitiv q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr Dibr\u00ebn dhe dibran\u00ebt, por edhe p\u00ebr kontributin e madh q\u00eb Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit, kjo nyje e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme infrastrukturore n\u00eb Ballkan, do t\u00eb luaj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt m\u00eb pran\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por edhe me popujt dhe vendet fqinje. Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb investim i pallogaritsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr integrimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Ballkanit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Peticioni nuk ka karakter politik dhe Ju siguroj se nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret nga asnj\u00eb institucion shtet\u00ebror apo forc\u00eb politike para dhe pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb qershorit.
