Por nuk e kan\u00eb pasur n\u00eb dor\u00eb emailin q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i kompanis\u00eb amerikane \u201cPodesta Group\u201d, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb John Anderson, u ka d\u00ebrguar mediave t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb me synimin p\u00ebr t\u2019i informuar mbi zhvillimin m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb vendin e shqipeve. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, q\u00eb Berisha don ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb me nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetin.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk duket nga ato zhvillime, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb lipsej e do t\u00eb justifikohej nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje e k\u00ebsaj kompanie t\u00eb famshme lobimi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Berisha e paguan p\u00ebr t\u00eb lobuar, k\u00ebshtu thon\u00eb letrat, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar (sipas \u201cShqip\u201d-it, kjo kompani ka marr\u00eb nga qeveria shqiptare deri m\u00eb tani 720 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb), por lobuesit amerikan\u00eb jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb automatikisht e me ngut n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm natyra e kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb lidhur q\u00eb nuk e justifikon k\u00ebt\u00eb mobilizim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kompanie (p\u00ebrs\u00ebris: n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrimi i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb Podestas, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb parave q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb, t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar), por edhe vet\u00eb ngjarja, p\u00ebr syt\u00eb e t\u00eb huajve, sidomos p\u00ebr syt\u00eb e mediave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb ka dashur t\u00eb informoj\u00eb \u201ceksperti\u201d Anderson, do duhej t\u00eb ish nj\u00eb ngjarje banale. \u201cDy muaj para zgjedhjeve po b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb debat mbi p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb partiake t\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00ebtari t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb\u201d \u2013 kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjarja me pak fjal\u00eb. Dhe fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb se asnj\u00eb media nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk ka arritur t\u2019i kuptoj\u00eb tonet dramatike e alarmante t\u00eb vart\u00ebsit t\u00eb Tony Podesta-s\u00eb. Nuk dim\u00eb q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebra sosh t\u00eb ket\u00eb raportuar mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u201cPodesta Group\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb aktivizuar si me magji, megjithat\u00eb. Shikoni se si e hap letr\u00ebn elektronike rrufjani i Podesta-s\u00eb: \u201cNjatjeta! Sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifreskuar kujtes\u00ebn tuaj, un\u00eb merrem me informimin e mediave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, dhe email-at e mi p\u00ebr ju jan\u00eb thjesht e vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimi me ngjarjet shqiptare, dhe kuptohet q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019m\u00eb p\u00ebrmendni si burim. Un\u00eb nuk jam nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.\u201d Dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb pas futet n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, duke shprehur fillimisht shqet\u00ebsimin q\u00eb \u201c[kalimi i LSI-s\u00eb n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr] kusht\u00ebzon e l\u00ebndon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb dramatike ekuilibrin politik t\u00eb Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve dhe t\u00eb 89 komisioneve zgjedhore rajonale, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb zgjedhur me logjik\u00eb partiake. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr komisione q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb rol vendimtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb luajtur kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb puna p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme e legjitime rezultatet e zgjedhjeve parlamentare t\u00eb 23 qershorit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe vijohet: \u201c[kalimi i LSI-s\u00eb n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr] ndodh n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kompozimi i komisioneve zgjedhore; dhe kjo gj\u00eb t\u00eb fut n\u00eb nd\u00ebrdyshje\u201d. Dhe mbyllja \u00ebsht\u00eb fantastike. Deri tani duket sikur ka folur Oerd Bylykbashi (nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi q\u00eb email-in ta ket\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bash ky), por n\u00eb fund jan\u00eb ustallar\u00ebt e Podesta-s\u00eb q\u00eb luajn\u00eb me taktika fear-mongering. Ja si e mbyll email-in Andersoni: \u201cSi do zgjidhet kjo situat\u00eb? As q\u00eb e kam iden\u00eb. Por mjedisi politik shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebn mua t\u00eb dyshoj se kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndodhur t\u00eb pab\u00ebra n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri (\u201cI guess I\u2019m expecting some fireworks\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb fraza e sakt\u00eb e tij, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebrkthyesit mund t\u00eb lozin si t\u00eb duan; dhe un\u00eb sapo loza pak me p\u00ebrkthimin tim fare t\u00eb shkujdesur)\u201d. Nuk harron q\u00eb t\u2019u thot\u00eb edhe se \u201cat\u00eb e kan\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion sa her\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kontakt me qeverin\u00eb shqiptare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb email q\u00eb u d\u00ebrgohet mediave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb merret me mend q\u00eb email-a t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm, madje m\u00eb konfidencial\u00eb e me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb m\u00eb paternaliste mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb d\u00ebrguar dhe n\u00eb zyrat e Departamentit t\u00eb Shtetit. Kompania \u201cPodesta Group\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e fuqishme n\u00eb SHBA dhe njihet p\u00ebr ndikimin q\u00eb ajo ushtron n\u00eb strukturat vendimmarr\u00ebse e politik\u00eb-b\u00ebr\u00ebse n\u00eb Washington.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb del zbuluar dhe taktika e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta shtyr\u00eb pak n\u00eb koh\u00eb vendimin p\u00ebr ta shkarkuar an\u00ebtarin e KQZ-s\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhur nga LSI-ja e p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetin. Berisha pra \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pritje q\u00eb ndonj\u00eb opinion nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb balancoj\u00eb, neutralizoj\u00eb, zhvleft\u00ebsoj\u00eb, ndoshta p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtroj\u00eb, ndonj\u00eb opinion tjet\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shprehur tanim\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar k\u00ebshtu iden\u00eb se \u201cnuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb diplomacia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare po flet me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr; p\u00ebrkundrazi, kjo diplomaci \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana t\u00eb nj\u00eb opinioni t\u00eb balancuar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, Berisha do ta kishte fare t\u00eb kollajt\u00eb t\u00eb merrte vendimin q\u00eb ka n\u00eb kok\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet pasur frik\u00eb, se Podesta-t\u00eb, q\u00eb opinionet\/q\u00ebndrimet e veta i japin\/mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb parave mund t\u2019ia dalin t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb fort\u00eb tek epror\u00ebt e Alexander Arvizu-s\u00eb n\u00eb Foggy Bottom. Duhet pasur frik\u00eb, pasi kjo kompani ka lidhje t\u00eb forta me demokrat\u00ebt, dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht me Presidentin Obama (kjo fuqi e kompanive lobuese \u00ebsht\u00eb, sipas meje, nj\u00eb nga pap\u00ebrsosm\u00ebrit\u00eb e demokracis\u00eb amerikane; nuk duket shum\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, ta haj\u00eb dreqi, q\u00eb ca njer\u00ebz q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb me xhepin, e jo me trurin, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb drejtuesit e paskrupullt t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kompanive, t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb procesin vendimmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb superfuqis\u00eb s\u00eb vetme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Podesta-t\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ta ushtrojn\u00eb ndikimin e tyre n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb gangsterit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, ky i fundit nuk ka se si t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb ta \u00e7oj\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund aksionin e nisur. Ai ka aktivizuar dhe t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb (para dy dit\u00ebsh u faneps nj\u00eb austriak, deputet i Parlamentit Europian, q\u00eb tha di\u00e7ka n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs), por opinioni n\u00eb Bruksel nuk ka gjasa q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.
