Po e sjell citimin nga fjalimi i tij t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Ja \u00e7ka tha kryeministri i vendit:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebrulem me nderimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh para t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fermer\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebtu u fol p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve p\u00ebr zhvillimin rural. Ne jemi krenar\u00eb, vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzohemi nga dashuria e pakufishme t\u00eb fermer\u00ebve. Tek fermer\u00ebt puna nuk mbaron kurr\u00eb, dhe ne u detyrohemi atyre shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se kaq sa kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb. Fermeri \u00ebsht\u00eb kujdestari i Zotit p\u00ebr tok\u00ebn, rrudhat e tyre jan\u00eb vulat e Zotit p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb mrekullueshme dhe ne do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr tua shp\u00ebrblyer at\u00eb q\u00eb ata b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00e7do fshat i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ne garantuam furnizimin me energji elektrike. Mandati i ardhsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb mandati i p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs m\u00eb moderne. Vrapi yn\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ndalet derisa t\u2019i garantojm\u00eb fshatit shkolla t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta me qytetin, uj\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm dhe energji. I garantoj fermer\u00ebt se p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsia e par\u00eb p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kullimi n\u00eb tokat me sera. Ju inkurajoj q\u00eb t\u00eb ecni sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb drejt prodhimeve bio, q\u00eb ato t\u00eb b\u00ebhen t\u00eb njohura n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn. Ne q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishojm\u00eb prodhimin e fermer\u00ebve shqiptar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mendova q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohem n\u00eb disa prej argumenteve kryesore t\u00eb fjalimit sepse po i u fliste pik\u00ebrisht atyre q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb shtetin nes\u00ebr me taksa e me paga.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb t\u00ebrhoqi shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen fjalia \u201cne jemi krenar\u00eb, vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzohemi nga dashuria e pakufishme t\u00eb fermer\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si ta kuptojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb? Nga frym\u00ebzohet z. Berisha? Nga dashuria e fermer\u00ebve p\u00ebr z. Berisha? Nga dashuria e fermer\u00ebve p\u00ebr Lirin\u00eb e Demokracin\u00eb? Nga dashuria e fermer\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin? Po ku \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo dashuri? Ku me e dit\u00eb fermer\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb po vriten e priten, ka plas\u00eb vrasja, divorci e therja, na mbyti krimi e ky flet p\u00ebr dashuri.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, duke e njohur stilin pak abstrakt t\u00eb zotnis\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, e lash\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00ebn e dashnis\u00eb s\u00eb fermer\u00ebve. E dita se do t\u00eb dal\u00eb me nj\u00eb shashk\u00eb mediatike q\u00eb do t\u2019i trullos\u00eb studiuesit. Dhe nuk u zhg\u00ebnjeva kur me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb tha shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb nuk beson njeri, tre me mbet\u00ebn n\u00eb mendje prej tyre: inkurajimi i eksportit t\u00eb prodhimeve bio n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, se ky mandat do t\u00eb ishte mandati i p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs moderne, dhe e treta \u2026 \u201cse p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsia e par\u00eb p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kullimi n\u00eb tokat me sera\u201d. Hajt ma, thash\u00eb, me kaq e mbylli k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb. Kur ja dha m\u00eb e forta e t\u00eb fortave \u2026 \u201cNe q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishojm\u00eb prodhimin e fermer\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pash Zotin, si shtohet prodhimi i fermer\u00ebve? Se ta kishte p\u00ebr prodhimin bujq\u00ebsor do t\u00eb thoshte ose \u201cprodhimin bujq\u00ebsor\u201d ose \u201cprodhimin q\u00eb japin fermat\u201d. Por ky po fliste p\u00ebr prodhimin e fermer\u00ebve si produkt. Eh, thash\u00eb me vete, ky po ka nd\u00ebrmend me i kthye t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt, q\u00eb \u00e7ka hoq\u00ebn me u ba qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb pasaportizuar, n\u00eb fermer\u00eb. Sepse meq\u00eb shteti nuk prodhon gj\u00eb, ndoshta shteti ka vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb fermer\u00eb. Po sa shum\u00ebfish? Se tani kemi ende nj\u00eb milion shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb fshat\u2026 Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo shum\u00ebfish? Trefish? Kat\u00ebrfish? Pes\u00ebfish? D.m.th, paska vendosur me i nis\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb fshatra me punue tok\u00ebn. L\u00ebre, thash\u00eb me vete, ia ka futur kot si e ka zakon. Po ndoshta e ka pas\u00eb n\u00eb mend q\u00eb do t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishojm\u00eb brenda kat\u00ebr vjet\u00ebve at\u00eb q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb fermer\u00ebt! Po si do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb pun\u00eb? Edhe pse ekonomin\u00eb e kemi t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn n\u00eb bot\u00eb, duhet q\u00eb prodhimi bujq\u00ebsor t\u00eb rritet me ritme marramend\u00ebse. Ne duhet me marr\u00eb tok\u00eb e njer\u00ebz borxh n\u00eb Azerbajxhan!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb n\u00eb fund e kuptova se sa i cek\u00ebt jam un\u00eb! Medet, q\u00eb jetoj n\u00eb Nju Jork e nuk i kuptoj shqiptar\u00ebt! I vetmi shpjegim q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jepet e q\u00eb t\u00eb bind tash \u00ebsht\u00eb ky m\u00eb posht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e ardhshme, ky po mendon me e ba t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetin shqiptar si Lazaratin. Me far\u00ebn e re t\u00eb hashashit hollandez, prodhimi rritet 270%. Po t\u00eb mbjellim edhe 10% t\u00eb tok\u00ebs me hashash, po t\u00eb marrim edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb far\u00ebn e re, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prodhimi do t\u00eb rritet shum\u00ebfish. At\u00ebher\u00eb do ia kalojm\u00eb Afganistanit n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e ekonomis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore dhe nuk do t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb me lyp\u00eb para n\u00eb Azerbajxhan. Aty ishte edhe fjala p\u00ebr prodhime bio se a ka gj\u00eb m\u00eb bio tek ne se hashashi? Jo. Eh, sa von\u00eb e kuptova. Duhet me u mendue thell\u00eb, se ndryshe t\u00eb duken fjal\u00ebt e kryeministrit t\u00eb vendit marrina e mashtrime. Po me q\u00eb ky nuk mundet me i than\u00eb tan\u00eb gjanat si duhet, len shum\u00eb me n\u00ebnkuptue. E k\u00ebt\u00eb aft\u00ebsi me e kuptue e kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb atje, se n\u00eb fund, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit, edhe ministri i Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, edhe ai tjetri, e duartrokit\u00ebn me emocion t\u00eb dalluesh\u00ebm.
