Duke e tundur n\u00eb dor\u00eb, fytyra i rrezatonte nj\u00eb ngaz\u00ebllim t\u00eb dal\u00eb rrudhash, a thua n\u00eb at\u00eb let\u00ebr kishte jo firma t\u00eb vdekura p\u00ebr nj\u00eb peticion t\u00eb vdekur, por formul\u00ebn e ila\u00e7it t\u00eb rinis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme! \u00c7\u2019donte t\u00eb tregonte Jozefina me triumfin e radh\u00ebs? \u201cShikoni, e kapa me presh n\u00eb duar k\u00ebt\u00eb vajz\u00eb, q\u00eb, k\u00ebtej firmosi p\u00ebr ne peticionin, k\u00ebtej qaset t\u00eb b\u00ebhet rilind\u00ebse!\u201d Ka firmosur me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb plot\u00eb, tha Kryetarja e Parlamentit. E \u00e7far\u00eb pastaj? <\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb mir\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ka firmosur. As Jozefina dhe as tellall\u00ebt e gazetave t\u00eb pushtetit nuk mund t\u00eb paragjykojn\u00eb vendimin e nj\u00eb intelektualeje p\u00ebr t\u00eb firmosur k\u00ebt\u00eb apo at\u00eb peticion\u2026 Zakoni i mediok\u00ebrve n\u00eb pushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb interpretuar \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb dalin nga fuqia e tyre e perceptimit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga makabritetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por meq\u00eb jemi te peticioni, le t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb se fraza \u201cvet\u00ebdije e plot\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00eb administrat\u00eb t\u00eb terrorizuar nga pushteti, si e jona, merr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kuptim. Evisi mund ta ket\u00eb firmosur peticionin me vet\u00ebdije, por ndoshta jo me vullnet a bindje t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ajo mund ta ket\u00eb firmosur thjesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos rrezikuar vendin e pun\u00ebs. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb i ndodh kjo gj\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektuali n\u00ebpun\u00ebs shqiptar. Mos vall\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb i heqin nga shkolla p\u00ebr t\u2019i \u00e7uar n\u00eb mitingjet e Saliut, shkojn\u00eb atje me vullnetin e tyre? Apo administrata, q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet \u00e7do her\u00eb me buk\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs n\u00ebse nuk merr pjes\u00eb edhe ajo, n\u00eb grumbullimet e partis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb aty me bindje dhe vullnet t\u00eb plot\u00eb? A \u00ebsht\u00eb e sinqert\u00eb qenia e tyre n\u00eb sheshe? Retorik\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb trazohet, p\u00ebrndryshe na trazohen nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh edhe Jozefina, edhe Saliu.<\/p>\n<p>Por le t\u00eb supozojm\u00eb se Evisi ishte krejt e sinqert\u00eb n\u00eb firm\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb peticionit. T\u00eb themi se bindja e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb firmosur ishte e sh\u00ebndetshme. Nj\u00eb moment ajo besonte se duheshin votuar tri ligjet sarkaz\u00ebm t\u00eb epok\u00ebs. E pastaj? Kush tha se t\u00eb firmos\u00ebsh nj\u00eb peticion p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat? Madje, aq m\u00eb mir\u00eb sikur firma e saj t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb e ndershme, e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, e sinqert\u00eb. Sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast merr nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, sepse sinqeriteti \u00ebsht\u00eb aurora e moralit. S\u00eb dyti, gj\u00ebrat ndryshuan kur pedagogia e re u p\u00ebrplas, u njoh, u magjeps me alternativ\u00ebn gj\u00ebmuese t\u00eb Rilindjes. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmia m\u00eb e sigurt e fuqis\u00eb ndryshuese t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj alternative, e forc\u00ebs s\u00eb saj t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse. Kjo alternativ\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm mund t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebr vete disa njer\u00ebz q\u00eb dje mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb menduar ndryshe, apo firmosur kund\u00ebr saj, por edhe t\u2019i ket\u00eb n\u00eb krah p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar s\u00eb bashku. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb alternativa e Edi Ram\u00ebs, q\u00eb nuk merret me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve, por i orienton dhe i frym\u00ebzon ata t\u2019i p\u00ebrkushtohen t\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb nj\u00eb dinamik\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore drejt kauzave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe vlerave. Kjo alternativ\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb mundur ndryshimin e perceptimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektualeje, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka jo e zakonshme.<\/p>\n<p>Pak fleksibilitet, q\u00eb p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq i mungon, do ta ndihmonte Jozefin\u00ebn t\u00eb kuptonte se kalimi i firm\u00ebtares s\u00eb peticionit n\u00eb krahun e Rilindjes, n\u00eb fakt, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm i g\u00ebzuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mazhoranc\u00ebn, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e mir\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb shkul\u00eb flok\u00ebt e rralluar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se Evis Kushi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra nga shum\u00eb viktimat e nj\u00eb strategjie t\u00eb paskrupullt t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00ebn nj\u00eb psikoz\u00eb paralizuese administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kjo administrat\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb manipulohet dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime elektorale. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm Evisi, jan\u00eb me qindra dhe me mij\u00ebra n\u00ebpun\u00ebs q\u00eb jasht\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb tyre, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb firmosin peticione, t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mitingje, t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb fushata, t\u00eb dalin nga vetja e tyre, nga bindjet e tyre, nga idealet e tyre.
