P\u00ebrsh\u00ebndesim vendimin e zotit Enkelejd Alibeaj q\u00eb, duke i q\u00ebndruar besnik parimeve demokratike t\u00eb shtres\u00ebs s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai i p\u00ebrket, abstenoi n\u00eb votim.<\/p>\n<p>Me keqardhje konstatojme se ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i par\u00eb q\u00eb kryhen veprime t\u00eb tilla nga President\u00ebt e Republik\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb miratuara edhe nga Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim k\u00ebtu dekorimet dhe em\u00ebrimet n\u00eb organet e larta t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb vras\u00ebsit t\u00eb poetit Havzi Nela apo atyre t\u00eb revoltave t\u00eb Spa\u00e7it dhe Qaf\u00ebs s\u00eb Barit q\u00eb shkaktuan shtat\u00eb t\u00eb ekzekutuar dhe dhjetra t\u00eb rid\u00ebnuar. Ne k\u00ebto kushte na lind e drejta t\u2019u pyesim:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb nj\u00eb Projekt-Ligj t\u00eb paraqitur mbi nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb nga Qeveria p\u00ebr disa shtesa n\u00eb Ligjin Nr. 9831, dat\u00eb 12.11.2013 \u201cP\u00ebr d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin e ish t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve politik\u00eb nga regjimi komunist\u201d q\u00eb b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin e t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve politik q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb mbi 85 vje\u00e7, mbi heqjen e nenit t\u00eb terrorizmit, mbi zgjatjen e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb pushkatimit pa gjyq qysh m\u00eb 25 tetor 1944, mbi zgjatjen e afatit t\u00eb dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb dokumentave e t\u00eb tjera, nuk gjeni koh\u00eb p\u00ebr miratimin e tij, kur Komisionet e Kuvendit kan\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb miratuar?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrse nuk hartoni nj\u00eb Projekt-Ligj t\u00eb ri lustracioni p\u00ebr pastrimin e figur\u00ebs s\u00eb personave zyrtar\u00eb? P\u00ebrse nuk zbatoni pikat e miratuara nga ju n\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebn e Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2006 mbi \u201cNd\u00ebshkimin e krimeve t\u00eb kryera nga regjimi komunist?<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me sa m\u00eb sip\u00ebr ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputetve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, atyre q\u00eb rrjedhin nga shtresa e t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurve politik\u00eb t\u00eb hedhin posht\u00eb dy kandidaturat e propozuara nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs.
