Kjo pasi nj\u00eb grupi i arsimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs \u201cSami Frash\u00ebri\u201d kund\u00ebshtuna futjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb edukat\u00ebs fetare n\u00eb shkolla.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb informacionit t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb media, jemi njoftuar se jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dy propozim amendamente t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga 27 deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr modifikimin e nenit 3, paragrafi 7 t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Arsimin Parauniversitar, si dhe p\u00ebr shtimin e nj\u00eb paragrafi t\u00eb ri n\u00eb nenin 3 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji. K\u00ebto dy propozim-amendamente jan\u00eb t\u00eb karakterit fetar dhe synojn\u00eb legalizimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb shamive n\u00eb shkolla, si dhe futjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb Edukat\u00ebs Fetare dhe Morale n\u00eb planprogramet m\u00ebsimore\u201d thuhet n\u00eb letr\u00ebn publike d\u00ebrguar Kryetarit Krasniqi dhe deputet\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej ato k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb laik dhe t\u00eb mbrohen vendosm\u00ebrisht vlerat shtet\u00ebrore dhe komb\u00ebtare. \u201cDuke u nisur nga fakti se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet laik i definuar me kushtetut\u00eb si dhe duke marr\u00eb parasysh se kombi shqiptar me tri religjione \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur unik duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kombit para fes\u00eb, ne intelektualet dhe aktivistet p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e grave k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nga ju si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb popullit q\u00eb t`i mbroni me vendosm\u00ebri vlerat shtet\u00ebrore dhe komb\u00ebtare duke votuar kund\u00ebr amendamenteve t\u00eb propozuara\u201d thuhet n\u00eb let\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tyre, legjislacioni n\u00eb fuqi i Republik\u00ebs se Kosov\u00ebs garanton te gjitha lirit\u00eb fetare sipas standardeve evropiane, prandaj nuk ka nevoje t\u00eb ndryshohet.
