Fakti q\u00eb i biri i Sali Berish\u00ebs ishte lobuesi kryesor i projektit, b\u00ebri q\u00eb pas tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb shkaktuar nga nj\u00eb aksident, gjith\u00eb energjit\u00eb e Sali Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb orientoheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur gjurm\u00ebt e t\u00eb birit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rropatje t\u00eb tij t\u00eb gjat\u00eb pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are, brenda PD-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb bilanc shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb dinamik ndryshimesh nga kjo tragjedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilanci i par\u00eb q\u00eb prodhoi tragjedia e G\u00ebrdecit n\u00eb pushtetin e PD-s\u00eb ishte fillimi i betej\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs me institucionet e shtetit shqiptar, q\u00eb sapo i kishte zgjedhur vet\u00eb. Sipas d\u00ebshmive t\u00eb ish- presidentit Topi, krisja e tij e par\u00eb me Sali Berish\u00ebn ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me G\u00ebrdecin dhe lidhet me fjalimin e tij n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Sigurimit Komb\u00ebtar, kur ai k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb dal\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e strukturave shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr tragjedin\u00eb. E zgjedhur disa muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Berish\u00ebs, n\u00ebn superlativa si \u201cSilvia Konti\u201d e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare, Ina Rama n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb u kthye nj\u00eb armike t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb pushtetit sapo filloi t\u00eb merret me k\u00ebt\u00eb dosje. Ajo humbi menj\u00ebher\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm mb\u00ebshtetjen e shumic\u00ebs, por u vu n\u00ebn nj\u00eb presion t\u00eb paprincipt\u00eb nga Sali Berisha deri n\u00eb fyerje personale, t\u00eb cilat arrit\u00ebn kulmin pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb 21 janarit 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Personazhi i tret\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm nga drejt\u00ebsia, q\u00eb u fut n\u00eb konflikt me Sali Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin, ishte Kreshnik Spahiu, n\u00ebnkryetari i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Sipas d\u00ebshmive t\u00eb tij publike, konflikti i tij i par\u00eb me Sali Berish\u00ebn ishte rreth nj\u00eb gjyqtari, q\u00eb sapo kish mbyllur nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb favor t\u00eb biznesmenit Delijorgji, i cili ishte partneri i par\u00eb i djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, historia e G\u00ebrdecit rr\u00ebnoi fitoret politike t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb pushtetin q\u00eb sapo kishte arritur n\u00eb kapjen e institucioneve kryesore t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar si\u00e7 ishte Presidenti, prokuroria dhe KLD.<\/p>\n<p>Bilanci i dyt\u00eb negativ i Berish\u00ebs me G\u00ebrdecin ishte brenda PD-s\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tenderimit preferencial t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb q\u00eb i biri i Sali Berish\u00ebs i rekomandoi Fatmir Mediut, ky i fundit fitoi nj\u00eb pushtet personal t\u00eb bezdissh\u00ebm n\u00eb raport me ministrat e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb pran\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb Fatmir Mediu ishte aq i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb pushtetin e Berish\u00ebs dhe aq pran\u00eb tij gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs, sa ngjante se ishte n\u00ebnkryetar i Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe jo kryetari i Partis\u00eb Republikane. Ai shfaqej nga m\u00ebngjesi n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje n\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e t\u00eb birit t\u00eb tij, ndonj\u00eb amerikani q\u00eb merrej me biznesin e tyre, dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr me Sali Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ai u b\u00eb agresiv dhe ndaj ministrave t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, q\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb af\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak. Nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e paprincipt\u00eb klanesh n\u00ebn shtytjen e tij, filloi ndaj ministrave q\u00eb kishin hezituar t\u00eb firmosin kontrat\u00ebn e G\u00ebrdecit, sidomos ndaj Ilir Rusmalit dhe Ridvan Bodes. Ky i fundit, duke nuhatur rrezikun, b\u00ebri gjeste t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kompensoi Berish\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa Rusmali, i cili e konsideronte at\u00eb biznes nj\u00eb privilegj t\u00eb Mediut, ishte duke ecur mbi mina, derisa gjet\u00ebn rastin dhe e shkarkuan.<\/p>\n<p>Por sidoqoft\u00eb krisja ishte m\u00eb e madhe se kaq. Brenda PD-s\u00eb nuk kishte predispozicion kund\u00ebr djalit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, dhe kund\u00ebrshtimet e Rusmalit, Bodes dhe deri diku Rulit, nuk kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me Shk\u00eblzenin, por thjesht se e shikonin si nj\u00eb trafik t\u00eb Mediut. Ndaj ndryshimi brenda PD-s\u00eb u v\u00ebrejt m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa tek nd\u00ebshkimet ndaj tyre, tek mb\u00ebshtetja dhe ngritja e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb i q\u00ebndruan besnik t\u00eb birit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Njer\u00ebz krejt anonim\u00eb, q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pa dashje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori mor\u00ebn menj\u00ebher\u00eb pushtet. Dy zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Eduard Halimi dhe Drejtori i Kodifikimit, Viktor Gumi, u b\u00ebn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb deputet\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2009. Fati i Gumit ishte se kishte hedhur nj\u00eb firm\u00eb mbi faksin q\u00eb Aldo Bum\u00e7i do t\u2019i niste Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur dakord\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr biznesin e t\u00eb birit, si nj\u00eb linj\u00eb informimi paralel p\u00ebr t\u00eb birin e kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p>Enkeled Alibej, nj\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs mediok\u00ebr i kryeministris\u00eb tek zyra antikorrupsion, i cili ishte gati p\u00ebr tu shkarkuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa aferave me Albpetrolin, papritur lul\u00ebzoi vet\u00ebm pse kish sh\u00ebrbyer si p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebs mesazhesh nga zyra e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr tek ministrit\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak.<\/p>\n<p>Aldo Bum\u00e7i, i shkarkuar me nervoziz\u00ebm nga Berisha si \u201cimbecil\u201d, iu b\u00eb po ashtu fat ky biznes dhe u rikthye n\u00eb qeveri pas vitit 2009 dhe mori dhe drejtimin e deg\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb paralele kriminalo- biznesi e djalit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Aq shum\u00eb u polarizua situata brenda PD-s\u00eb pro dhe kund\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecit, sa p\u00ebr shum\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs pa em\u00ebr u kthye n\u00eb biznes hapja e fjal\u00ebs se ai duhej shp\u00ebrblyer pasi kishte ndihmuar dhe ai di\u00e7ka n\u00eb at\u00eb histori. T\u00eb ishe i lidhur me G\u00ebrdecin brenda PD-s\u00eb, u b\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj sikur t\u00eb kishe qen\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor Sigurimi n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs. T\u00eb hapeshin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dyert.<\/p>\n<p>Beteja e tret\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin ishte me median. S\u00eb pari, ai b\u00ebri betej\u00eb me redaksit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb medies p\u00ebr t\u2019i kufizuar n\u00eb raportet e tyre investigative ndaj k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre ia arriti. Me gazetar\u00eb si Andi Bushati, un\u00eb, Ilva Tare, etj, q\u00eb u mor\u00ebm personalisht me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen, p\u00ebrdori sulme personale, verbale, financiare dhe fizike. Me reporter\u00eb guximtar\u00eb, sidomos ata q\u00eb shkuan tek krateri i G\u00ebrdecit dhe mor\u00ebn d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e para, p\u00ebrdori sulme verbale t\u00eb frikshme. Kujtoj fyerjet ndaj gazetares se News 24, Top Channel dhe disa reporter\u00ebve t\u00eb gazetave, duke i kompleksuar t\u2019i ikin raportimit.<\/p>\n<p>Por beteja e tij u shtri dhe m\u00eb tej. Ai hyri n\u00eb konflikt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur k\u00ebt\u00eb histori dhe me trupin diplomatik. Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e tij me ambasadorin Uidhers u shkat\u00ebrruan pas k\u00ebsaj periudhe dhe shkuan n\u00eb ekstrem. Ambasadori kund\u00ebrshtoi presionin e tij mbi drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, median dhe politik\u00ebn p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb e pagoi shtrenjt\u00eb. Lobist\u00ebt e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Uashington e izoluan dhe ai u detyrua t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb pension t\u00eb parakohsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb premtoj\u00eb se do shkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr mbi Berish\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas pes\u00eb vitesh, Berisha ia ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb G\u00ebrdec t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb institucione, n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, n\u00eb medie dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar G\u00ebrdecin e par\u00eb. Por si \u00e7do krim q\u00eb mbulohet me nj\u00eb krim t\u00eb ri, kjo gj\u00eb nuk mund ta qet\u00ebsoj\u00eb.
