Bllokuesi i europianizimit, pra edhe i integrimit, autokrati q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb duart e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetet, k\u00ebrkon ta maskoj\u00eb munges\u00ebn e vullnetit p\u00ebr konsensus me opozit\u00ebn me form\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb referendumi. Por nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb pak m\u00eb e kujdesshme, q\u00eb shkon tej fjal\u00ebve dhe sloganeve, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptosh se edhe ky referendum, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se ushtrimi i nj\u00eb tiranie tashm\u00eb tipike p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e7do autokrat, Berisha di vet\u00ebm t\u00eb diktoj\u00eb. Konsensusi me opozit\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb e huaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Faktet flasin vet\u00eb. Ai nuk dha konsensus p\u00ebr hapjen e kutive pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009, as p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, as p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e kryeprokurorit, as p\u00ebr ndarjen e zonave zgjedhore, as p\u00ebr ndarjen e mandateve p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e ardhshme. Berisha nuk dha konsensus as p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Fierit, edhe pse kishte organizuar atje nj\u00eb pu\u00e7 t\u00eb turpsh\u00ebm dhe antiligjor me an\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit i grabiti opozit\u00ebs pushtetin lokal t\u00eb fituar me vot\u00eb. Me plot t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, opozita bllokoi miratimin e tre ligjeve p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb autokratin t\u00eb interesuar t\u00eb arrinte nj\u00eb konsensus me t\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu vepron \u00e7do opozit\u00eb n\u00eb demokraci.<\/p>\n<p>Kur tregohesh arrogant dhe k\u00ebrkon vet\u00ebm t\u00eb diktosh, opozita t\u00eb bllokon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kostoja politike dhe qeveris\u00ebse t\u00eb t\u00eb detyroj\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebsh l\u00ebshime dhe t\u00eb arrish nj\u00eb konsensus me opozit\u00ebn. P\u00ebrvoja e obstruksionit opozitar vjen q\u00eb nga Roma e lasht\u00eb me Tiber Grakun e deri te demokracia moderne e SHBA. N\u00eb librin e tij \u201cGuximi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpresuar\u201d Barak Obama i thur lavde filibasterit apo obstruksionizmit q\u00eb i krijon mund\u00ebsi pakic\u00ebs n\u00eb Senatin e SHBA-s\u00eb t\u00eb bllokoj\u00eb punimet e tij n\u00eb rast se shumica nuk p\u00ebrfill ndjeshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e saj. Berisha e shpall obstruksionin opozitar armiq\u00ebsor, sepse edhe opozit\u00ebn e percepton si armike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Tri ligjet e famshme nuk jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr integrimin. K\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e kan\u00eb deklaruar edhe disa nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. E gjitha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb demagogji p\u00ebr ta hedhur topin e fajit tek opozita. Por t\u00eb pretendojm\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. At\u00ebher\u00eb lind pyetja p\u00ebrse Berisha nuk l\u00ebshoi p\u00ebr Fierin p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur konsensus me opozit\u00ebn p\u00ebr tri ligjet? P\u00ebrse rr\u00ebmbimi i pushtetit lokal n\u00eb Fier ishte p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn m\u00eb i shenjt\u00eb se statusi? P\u00ebrse e sakrifikoi statusin kandidat p\u00ebr Fierin? P\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse evidente:<\/p>\n<p>Sepse nuk i duhej statusi kandidat p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por statusi i humbur p\u00ebr t\u00eb faj\u00ebsuar opozit\u00ebn p\u00ebr bllokimin e integrimit q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt, ka 20 e kusur vjet q\u00eb po e saboton me autokratizmin e tij, me grabitjen e zgjedhjeve, me kapjen e pushteteve, me korrupsionin, me vrasjen e protestuesve, me nacionalizmin primitiv, me konfliktualitetin dhe qeverisjet e d\u00ebshtuara. Tre ligjet jan\u00eb alibia e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr antieuropianizmin q\u00eb do ta mbaj\u00eb sekret, por q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb b\u00ebmave t\u00eb tij (si p\u00ebr shembull kapjen e t\u00eb gjitha pushteteve) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb sekret.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Berisha nuk kupton se miratimi i tri ligjeve u ve\u00e7ua si mas\u00eb kritike arritjesh pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb provuar aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e klas\u00ebs politike, dhe n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar konsensus. T\u00eb miratuara n\u00eb nj\u00eb referendum, qoft\u00eb edhe t\u00eb pamanipuluar, ato s\u2019kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb p\u00ebr integrimin. Ky ishte n\u00eb thelb edhe mesazhi i komisionerit Fyle i cili shfaqi habi p\u00ebr nism\u00ebn referendare t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Por Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i vendosur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsej\u00eb \u201cpopullin\u201d kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs. Pasi e ka kapur \u201cp\u00ebr leckash\u201d n\u00eb Parlament, pasi e ka vrar\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, pasi ka refuzuar \u00e7do l\u00ebshim ndaj saj, tani Berisha ka vendosur ta \u00e7oj\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund arroganc\u00ebn e tij, duke organizuar nj\u00eb referendum p\u00ebr tri ligjet.<\/p>\n<p>Bujrum, se me siguri do t\u00eb humbas\u00eb! Por problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ai i vjedh votat. T\u00eb organizosh referendum, demokraci t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb organizosh zgjedhje ku vota nuk vidhet, nuk manipulohet. Dhe 23 vjet kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se Berisha nuk ka fare nj\u00eb vullnet t\u00eb till\u00eb. Madje, edhe p\u00ebr zgjedhjet q\u00eb afrojn\u00eb, ka z\u00ebra q\u00eb sugjerojn\u00eb t\u00eb organizohen me nj\u00eb qeveri teknike. Aq i lidhur me vjedhjen e vot\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ky politikan!
