Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Nuk shkrehin fishekzjar\u00eb, nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb as zhurm\u00eb kushedi \u00e7\u2019lloj. Thjesht heshtin ose kur flasin, jan\u00eb t\u00eb paqart\u00eb. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb paqart\u00eb n\u00eb deklaratat dhe q\u00ebndrimet e tyre ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kapitale, q\u00eb jan\u00eb, m\u00ebnyra si qeveriset ky vend dhe m\u00ebnyra, si pal\u00ebt, pozita dhe opozita, komunikojn\u00eb midis tyre dhe perceptojn\u00eb demokracin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kujdesi i tepruar i nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb paansh\u00ebm ndaj zhvillimeve tona t\u00eb brendshme\u201d, n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, ka qen\u00eb gjithashtu i paqart\u00eb. N\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn diplomatike, paqart\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri\u2026 Ajo spikat n\u00eb deklaratat e tyre! Aludimet, deklaratat shum\u00ebkuptimshme, ose asnj\u00ebkuptimshme, diplomacia e rafinuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb parafinuar dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb si Shqip\u00ebria, (ku diplomacia e diplomacis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme), nganj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe mungesa e transparenc\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne e dim\u00eb se n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019lloj uj\u00ebvare \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar interpretimi nga pal\u00ebt i gjith\u00eb sa ato thon\u00eb. Dhe, ka nj\u00eb lloj shqet\u00ebsimi publik ndaj k\u00ebtyre q\u00ebndrimeve, megjith\u00ebq\u00eb pranohet q\u00eb ky q\u00ebndrim motivohet me nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb korrekt me strategjin\u00eb e diplomacive q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Pa dyshim, kujdesi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb pal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra e tyre. Por kjo nuk pengon lirin\u00eb e t\u00eb th\u00ebnit q\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky kujdes i tepruar p\u00ebr paan\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pakujdesi q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim perceptimin popullor se nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt jan\u00eb pal\u00eb me pushtetin, me qeverin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pushteti? Kjo gj\u00eb, p\u00ebrkufizimi i pushtetit, perceptohet natyrisht mjaft mir\u00eb nga shqiptar\u00ebt, ata q\u00eb e jetuan tranzicionin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe ata q\u00eb pas shum\u00eb vitesh emigrimi n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, kan\u00eb zgjedhur t\u00eb kthehen.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt shohin at\u00eb q\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e tyre edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt: Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i pushtuar nga terrori i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb shpres\u00ebs. Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb klas\u00eb politike t\u00eb infektuar dyfish, nga korrupsioni dhe nga paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ta luftuar at\u00eb; t\u00eb infektuar nga paaft\u00ebsia; nga paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb motivuar s\u00ebrish qytetar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij vendi t\u00eb ndiejn\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00ebruar n\u00eb shpirtrat e tyre, d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur sukses, d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb, m\u00eb lir\u00eb, d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb harruar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mbajtur peng prej bab\u00ebzis\u00eb dhe mediokritetit t\u00eb disa personazheve politik\u00eb edhe publik\u00eb n\u00eb vend, q\u00eb supozohet t\u00eb jen\u00eb \u201celit\u00eb\u201d prej 20 vitesh, shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht mendojn\u00eb se kjo \u201celit\u00eb\u201d nuk ka perceptimin real t\u00eb qeverisjes publike, si nj\u00eb mjet, si nj\u00eb vullnet kolektiv, si nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar liri, barazi, ndershm\u00ebri, siguri dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana e tyre, edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt e din\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer nga \u201celita\u201d e tyre, nga \u201cparia\u201d q\u00eb shpesh dhe r\u00ebndom njehsohet me pushtetin\u2026 Kjo \u201cpari katundare\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktarja q\u00eb motor\u00ebt e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb shuar. Q\u00eb madje nuk mund\u00ebn t\u00eb ndizen askurr\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb, sidomos nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, e din\u00eb se liria, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, cenimi i saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem serioz n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Stuhis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij perceptimi, q\u00eb e sjell Amerik\u00ebn dhe Europ\u00ebn si nj\u00eb simbol t\u00eb saj n\u00eb syt\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve, i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb barrikad\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, qeverisja \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb sundim, sundimi n\u00eb harbut\u00ebri, harbut\u00ebria n\u00eb sistem. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb q\u00eb engj\u00ebjt e shpres\u00ebs, tremben dhe zhduken n\u00eb qiell, sa her\u00eb buz\u00ebqesh Kryeministri i vendit, sepse posht\u00eb mask\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fytyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb standard tjet\u00ebr: Fytyra e nj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb sundon dhe k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb pafund\u00ebsisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, ku nuk ka drejt\u00ebsi, barazi, nuk ka t\u00eb ardhme dhe nuk ka arbitra! Ka nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb paqart\u00eb, por nuk ka arbitra. Mungesa e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb stres kolektiv q\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb dhimbje. Ndershm\u00ebria n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb e rrall\u00eb se fantazmat, por aq m\u00eb rrall\u00eb thuhet kjo gj\u00eb. K\u00ebtu sundon nj\u00eb pushtet autoritar, t\u00eb cilit i mungon t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht ndjeshm\u00ebria civile: Kur nj\u00eb pushtet nuk ka ndjeshm\u00ebri, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb as integritet.<\/p>\n<p>Jeta \u00ebsht\u00eb e brisht\u00eb, nuk duhet nd\u00ebshkuar me moralitet t\u00eb tepruar! Por, a mund t\u00eb quhet teprim t\u00eb konstatosh se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend vriten njer\u00ebz, n\u00eb pun\u00eb, n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, n\u00eb krye t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs? N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vriten njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, si ata q\u00eb u vran\u00eb n\u00eb sheshin para Kryeministris\u00eb, por vriten edhe gjykat\u00ebs, edhe polic\u00eb. Kujtojm\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi pas vrasjes makabre n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, nj\u00eb prind, nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebshort, u nda p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb nga kjo bot\u00eb: Pasiguri, frik\u00eb, kujdes kolektiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sy t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb edhe vdekjen e kthejn\u00eb n\u00eb spektak\u00ebl. P\u00ebrfytyroni si l\u00ebndohet nd\u00ebrgjegjja e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie tek sheh se si asgj\u00ebsohen prej kriminel\u00ebve, para syve t\u00eb saj komisar\u00eb policie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemokracia\u201d jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb peng i k\u00ebtij perceptimi! Ne vet\u00eb jemi pengje t\u00eb saj, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ajo duhej t\u00eb ishte mjeti yn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar marshimin e ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn ku Per\u00ebndimi ka marshuar.
