A kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb imagjinojm\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebn, i cili, i l\u00ebshuar r\u00ebndsh\u00ebm n\u00eb kolltukun e tij, teksa luan me lapsat shum\u00ebngjyr\u00ebshe, flet si n\u00ebp\u00ebr dh\u00ebmb\u00eb: \u201ca ka njer\u00ebz ky vend q\u00eb mund ta nxjerr\u00eb Doktor Rrumpall\u00ebn nga zyra e tij kryeministrore\u201d? Kujt i drejtohet kjo fjali? \u00c7far\u00eb k\u00ebrkon konkretisht Edi Rama? Kujt ia k\u00ebrkon? Apo \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht shprehje elodhjes nga opozitarizmi, shprehje padurimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb karrigen e kryeministrit?Apo \u00ebsht\u00eb sinjal p\u00ebr ndjek\u00ebsit e tij besnik\u00eb q\u00eb ta nxjerrin kryeministrin p\u00ebr zhelesh jasht\u00eb nga zyra e tij? Kush e di?! Ajo q\u00eb dim\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb pam\u00eb me 21 Janar 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, a kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb imagjinojm\u00eb edhe kryeministrin Berisha, i cili, teksa p\u00ebrshkon me hapa energjik\u00eb zyr\u00ebn nga nj\u00ebri cep tek tjetri, ofshan: \u201cKur do t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj nga protestat e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuari, i cili dje m\u00eb nguli\u00e7adrat para kryeministris\u00eb, kurse sot m\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb mij\u00ebra protestues posht\u00eb zyr\u00ebs sime?! Si mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtohet nga ky bllokqen?!\u201d \u00c7far\u00eb k\u00ebrkon konkretisht Berisha? Kujt ia drejton pyetjen? Apo \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb shkarkim psikologjik nga opozitarizmi i gjat\u00eb bllokues i Edi Ram\u00ebs? Kush e di?! Ajo q\u00eb dim\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se 4 qytetar\u00eb u vran\u00eb me 21 Janar.Ajo q\u00eb mund t\u00eb marrim me mend \u00ebsht\u00eb se pran\u00eb kryeministrit ndodhej edhe nj\u00eb mal\u00ebsor mirditor me emrin Ndre Prendi, me veshin e st\u00ebrvitur p\u00ebr mesazhe t\u00eb tilla ekuivoke (gjuha e mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb), i cili, pyetjes ekuivoke t\u00eb kryeministrit, i p\u00ebrgjigjet pab\u00ebzajt \u201cTani!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Shqip\u00ebria, ku politika \u00ebsht\u00eb konfliktuale, komunikimi politik b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb ekuivok, m\u00eb indirekt, m\u00eb evaziv, m\u00eb i vagullt e kontradiktor. Dhe sa m\u00eb lart\u00eb temperatura e klim\u00ebs politike aq m\u00eb dramatike pasojat q\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb komunikim i till\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klim\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb e t\u00eb tensionuar politike shqiptar\u00ebt presin vazhdimisht q\u00eb kokat e ftohta t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb s\u00eb akredituar ta freskojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn me pozicionime t\u00eb qarta.Paradoksalisht ndodh e kund\u00ebrta e asaj q\u00eb pritet.<\/p>\n<p>Me gjuh\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb akullt e impersonale,diplomat\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb dhe europian\u00eb t\u00eb niveleve t\u00eb larta, me ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, zhg\u00ebnjejn\u00eb.Zhg\u00ebnjejn\u00eb, sepse kan\u00eb zgjedhur komunikimin me ekuivoke si teknik\u00eb t\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb tyre me publikun shqiptar. S\u2019kan\u00eb faj ndoshta. T\u00eb gjendur mes dilem\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shpjegim p\u00ebr ngjarjen dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr mos t\u2019ia prishin qejfin Zot\u00ebrve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb ato zgjedhin fjali t\u00eb tilla sterile dhe pa ngjyr\u00eb t\u00eb tipit \u201cinkurajojm\u00eb zbardhjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjes\u201d, \u201ck\u00ebrkohet nj\u00eb hetim i gjithansh\u00ebm\u201d apo fjalit\u00eb e tipit \u201cyes, but\u201d, si p.sh. \u201czgjedhjet ishin p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb mira, por pati edhe probleme\u201d. Ky lloj pozicionimi postmodern i diplomat\u00ebve euroamerikan\u00eb, q\u00eb i druhet \u00e7do lloj pozicionimi t\u00eb qart\u00eb pasi e konsideron at\u00eb si munges\u00eb mir\u00ebsjelljeje apo gati-gati tradh\u00ebti ndaj pal\u00ebve, e p\u00ebrjashton mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb gjykimi moral.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tjerrur t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb nuk ekziston e drejta dhe e gabuara; ekzistojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ndryshme.Kjo gjuh\u00eb nuk paqyron hierarkin\u00eb e \u00e7do skakiere politike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn l\u00ebvizin, miq, armiq dhe njer\u00ebz neutral\u00eb, por rrafshon gjith\u00e7ka. Rreziku i k\u00ebsaj gjuhe laboratorike \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo mund t\u2019i d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb mesazhe t\u00eb gabuara, njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb gabuar, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e gabuar. Milloshevi\u00e7i do t\u00eb vazhdonte edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite t\u00eb luante si macja me miun me diplomacin\u00eb europiane dhe amerikane, po t\u00eb mos ishte shfaqur nj\u00eb diplomat si Richard Holbrooke, i cili i flaku tutje ekuivoket q\u00eb p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelnin sedr\u00ebn e dikatorit serb, duke e paralajm\u00ebruar me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb qarta e t\u00eb pakeqkuptueshme se po t\u00eb mos firmoste marr\u00ebveshjen, Amerika do t\u00eb bombardonte menj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se me gjuh\u00ebn e tyre hipokrite, lajkatare dhe plot ekuivoke diplomat\u00ebt e akredituar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e kan\u00eb legjitimuar loj\u00ebn e pushtetit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs me zgjedhjet, me opozit\u00ebn, me institucionet. U desh nj\u00eb vendim gjyq\u00ebsor i pabesuesh\u00ebm dhe absurd q\u00eb e linte pa fajtor tragjedin\u00eb e 21 Janarit p\u00ebr t\u2019i kthjellt\u00ebsuar mendjet e sofistikuara diplomatike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri se e kishin tepruar me komunikimin e tyre ekuivok. I pari q\u00eb e kuptoi me sa duket se me fines\u00ebn e tij diplomatike kishte \u00e7uar sinjale t\u00eb gabuara tek njeriu i gabuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e gabuar qe ambasadori amerikan Arvizu, i cili, me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb e t\u00eb prer\u00eb, t\u00eb zhveshur nga \u00e7do ekuivok, shprehu shqet\u00ebsimin e tij p\u00ebr vendimin absurd t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00eb shkruash poezi pas Auschwitz-it \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka barbare\u201d \u2013 shprehet metaforikisht Adorno. Shpresoj q\u00eb diplomat\u00ebt euroamerikan\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ta ken\u00eb ndjeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nevojshme njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se,pas 21 Janarit, gjuha e tyre e sp\u00ebrdredhur me ekuivokekishte di\u00e7ka \u00e7njer\u00ebzore. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku \u201ct\u00eb shenjt\u00eb\u201d konsiderohen institucionet por jo jeta e njeriut, gjuha diplomatike \u201cyes, but\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb barabar\u00ed e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Diplomacia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri duhet t\u2019i kthehet komunikimit direkt t\u00eb atij skllavit t\u00eb Horacit.P\u00ebrndryshenaduhett\u00ebpresimzbulimet e funditt\u00ebWikileaks-it.
