Gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr ngjan si 17 vjet t\u00eb shkuara, kur Presidenti i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, Sali Berisha, niste konfliktin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb me amerikan\u00ebt. Nj\u00eb sherr i shurdh\u00ebt asokohe, jo si tani, por po kaq i ashp\u00ebr e idhnak si ky i sotmi. Ashtu si dikur, edhe sot rrokopuja e zgjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse po aq e madhe, me t\u00eb vetmin ndryshim se ndodhemi para, e jo pas procesit elektoral, si n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 1996.<\/p>\n<p>Publikimi nga \u201cTop Story\u201d i nj\u00eb letre q\u00eb Uashingtoni i ka d\u00ebrguar qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, n\u00eb lidhje me tonet nacionaliste t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, \u00ebsht\u00eb me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, pika e ujit q\u00eb po derdh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb got\u00ebn. Amerikan\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur prej koh\u00ebsh v\u00ebrejtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi po drejtohet Shqip\u00ebria, sesi po mbahen zgjedhjet, sesi po avancon korrupsioni, sesi nuk po d\u00ebnohen zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb dhe sesi po degjeneron drejt\u00ebsia dhe ligji. Por nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebto jan\u00eb fenomene t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapura n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha paralelet dhe meridian\u00ebt e globit, ekuilibrat gjeopolitike t\u00eb rajonit ton\u00eb, hyjn\u00eb tek ajo list\u00eb prioritetesh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat SHBA-ja di ta ngrej\u00eb z\u00ebrin fort dhe qart\u00eb. Mjafton fraza e fundit e mesazhit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u201cmos na detyroni t\u2019ju d\u00ebnojm\u00eb publikisht\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb imagjinuar acarimin q\u00eb duhet ta ket\u00eb shkaktuar k\u00ebt\u00eb dalje nga formati i mir\u00ebsjelljes diplomatike.<\/p>\n<p>Prej muajsh, skena politike shqiptare duket e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga nj\u00eb val\u00eb retorike nacionaliste\/patriotike, q\u00eb n\u00eb prag t\u00eb 100-vjetorit t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb viroz\u00eb kolektive. Futja e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb valle, i dha k\u00ebsaj mode nj\u00eb petk zyrtar, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb pritsh\u00ebm reagimin e per\u00ebndimor\u00ebve. Mesazhi i fundit amerikan \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm epilogu i moris\u00eb s\u00eb deklaratave t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve europian\u00eb e amerikan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt t\u00ebrhiqnin v\u00ebmendjen p\u00ebr l\u00ebnien m\u00ebnjan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj retorike, q\u00eb afektoi edhe faktorin politik shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e Maqedoni.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia kaloi, e bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb u duk sikur u harruan edhe premtimet p\u00ebr ligje dyshtet\u00ebsie p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Por ngjarjet n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb duket se kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebn e tyre tek amerikan\u00ebt, aq sa paralajm\u00ebrimi \u201cmos fusni hund\u00ebt n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d duket si nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb apelimi.<\/p>\n<p>E gjitha kjo kriz\u00eb rreth nacionalizmit shqiptar, mes Tiran\u00ebs dhe Uashingtonit, inkuadrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniesh q\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb n\u00ebntor, me ardhjen e Hilari Klintonit, dukeshin m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se kurr\u00eb. Ngjan sikur nga ai moment ka kaluar nj\u00eb shekull, por jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm 100 dit\u00eb! P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, n\u00ebse marrim parasysh edhe afrimin e zgjedhjeve, shuplaka amerikane duket si nj\u00eb goditje q\u00eb s\u2019ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me nacionalizmin. Pasi n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb me apelin p\u00ebr l\u00ebnien m\u00ebnjan\u00eb t\u00eb retorik\u00ebs panshqiptare, mesazhi amerikan tregon edhe fushat ku duhet t\u00eb fokusohet klasa drejtuese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri: integrimi n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, mbajtja e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i gjendjes ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Pak or\u00eb pas b\u00ebrjes publike t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj letre konfidenciale, Berisha iu p\u00ebrgjigj publikisht kritikave amerikane. N\u00eb respekt t\u00eb sjelljes s\u00eb tij historikisht mospranuese t\u00eb asnj\u00eb kritike, Kryeministri e p\u00ebrkufizoi nacionalizmin shqiptar si \u201cqytetar\u201d dhe q\u00eb nuk ushqen pretendime territoriale. P\u00ebrtej faktit q\u00eb kjo alkimi fjal\u00ebsh v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftoj\u00eb n\u00eb vesh\u00ebt e atyre q\u00eb formuluan mesazhin, Berisha nuk ia hoqi vetes k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e sfid\u00ebs ndaj goditjes amerikane. Ai vijoi t\u00eb glorifikoj\u00eb nacionalizmin shqiptar. \u201cNacionalizimi shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb forca udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse e \u00e7do qytetari t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, e \u00e7do politikani t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi\u2026\u201d, u shpreh ai, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb faktikisht t\u00eb hapur e pa p\u00ebrgjigje problemin q\u00eb ngrinte shqet\u00ebsimi i SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb me vend t\u00eb shtohet edhe nj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb element konfidencial demarshi q\u00eb qeveria shqiptare po b\u00ebn tashm\u00eb prej vitesh, q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrpunoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin zyrtar amerikan, p\u00ebrmes prenotimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb numri lobist\u00ebsh pran\u00eb administrat\u00ebs \u201cObama\u201d. P\u00ebrtej faktit t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar q\u00eb e gjitha kjo fushat\u00eb e padukshme prej qindra mij\u00eb dollar\u00ebsh, financohet me parat\u00eb e taksapaguesve shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb z\u00ebrin e buxhetit \u201cp\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i imazhit t\u00eb vendit\u201d, efekti i lobist\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb sot ndoshta i vetmi element shprese p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn, q\u00eb t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb kuota t\u00eb pranueshme n\u00eb syt\u00eb e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb amerikan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoj, tashm\u00eb ndodhemi n\u00eb korsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb gare t\u00eb padukshme, mes nj\u00eb opinioni t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb ri t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs amerikane, aspak pozitiv p\u00ebr Kryeministrin shqiptar, q\u00eb po vazhdon t\u00eb piqet, e n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb pun\u00ebs prej \u201curithi\u201d t\u00eb Podestas e ndonj\u00eb kompanie tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb me qira, p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb makijazhin demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb korruptuar shqiptare. V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet se cila nga k\u00ebto linja do t\u00eb triumfoj\u00eb n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin final q\u00eb amerikan\u00ebt do t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb ndaj qeverisjes aktuale, megjith\u00ebse vet\u00eb Berisha po investohet fort, si\u00e7 po e shohim k\u00ebto or\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u2019ua b\u00ebj\u00eb jet\u00ebn sa m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb ka pajtuar n\u00eb Uashington.<\/p>\n<p>Por gjasat jan\u00eb q\u00eb lobizmi i qeveris\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbutur humorin gri n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn amerikane t\u00eb mos jap\u00eb frytet q\u00eb pritet. Ftohja e dukshme, n\u00eb muajt e fundit, e Kryeministrit me ambasadorin Arvizu, po sh\u00ebnon jo vet\u00ebm \u201crespektimin\u201d e nj\u00eb precedenti t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs me kryediplomat\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, por po d\u00ebshmon se jo gjith\u00e7ka mund t\u00eb rregullohet me para, n\u00eb kulisat e politik\u00ebs amerikane.<\/p>\n<p>Cilado qoft\u00eb influenca q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb e lobimit mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb mbi vendimmarrjen amerikane p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e ardhsh\u00ebm (n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ta quash mir\u00ebfilli \u201cvendimmarrje\u201d, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019ka nj\u00eb politik\u00eb amerikane p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb, por kryesisht q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb), \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt se p\u00ebrshtypja e administrat\u00ebs amerikane dhe e ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak roz\u00eb.
