Dhe ai premtoi se drejt\u00ebsia do t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb vend pas 23 qershorit, kur opozita t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Por kur Zheji i tha se, q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet rotacioni i pushtetit me vot\u00eb, ndoshta duhet zgjeruar koalicioni opozitar me parti t\u00eb tjera si FRD, LSI dhe AK, Rama deklaroi se koalicioni aktual i ka votat p\u00ebr 70 e ca mandate.<\/p>\n<p>Rama i tha k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb kur demokracia dhe shteti i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb diagnostikuar me kancer, jo vet\u00ebm nga shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, por edhe nga Uashingtoni e Brukseli. M\u00ebnyra sesi u zhvilluan zgjedhjet e 2011-\u00ebs \u201cminuan t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar qeverin\u00eb me vot\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb,\u201d thuhej n\u00eb raportin e vjetsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Departamentit t\u00eb Shtetit Amerikan (kancer n\u00eb demokraci). \u201cJemi t\u00eb tronditur nga vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm dy t\u00eb pandehur q\u00eb u gjykuan p\u00ebr akuza n\u00eb lidhje me vdekjen e tre protestuesve m\u00eb 21 janar 2011\u2026 Verdikti i gjykat\u00ebs ka minuar besimin n\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e sistemit gjyq\u00ebsor shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paanshme dhe transparente,\u201d thuhej n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e djeshme t\u00eb ambasad\u00ebs amerikane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb (kancer n\u00eb shtetin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs). T\u00eb ngjashme kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe deklaratat e Brukselit, por jo kaq t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u alarmuar nga kjo s\u00ebmundje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb ka kapur dy organet kryesore p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e nj\u00eb vendi an\u00ebtar t\u00eb NATO-s, komisioneri Fyle, gjat\u00eb takimit me ambasador\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ka diskutuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebrendim mes BE-s\u00eb dhe NATO-s, si nj\u00eb organiz\u00ebm edhe politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar zgjedhjet. Sipas Fyles, NATO-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb organizmi ku Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb vend an\u00ebtar dhe mbetet mjeti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb shtr\u00ebngues p\u00ebr t\u2019i detyruar pal\u00ebt drejt reformave dhe standardeve.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb supozojm\u00eb se NATO-ja dhe BE-ja do t\u00eb monitorojn\u00eb fort zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit, por sidoqoft\u00eb, deklarata e Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr 70 e ca mandatet e koalicionit aktual t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb nuk jep shum\u00eb garanci p\u00ebr rotacionin e pushtetit. Historia ka treguar se regjime q\u00eb vrasin njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm (duke ndenjur me duar n\u00eb xhepa n\u00eb trotuar, p.sh.), p\u00ebrmbysen me vot\u00eb vet\u00ebm kur krijohet nj\u00eb front i madh opozitar, q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi t\u00eb padiskutueshme elektorale.<\/p>\n<p>Regjimi komunist kishte vrar\u00eb mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por u mund me vot\u00eb vet\u00ebm kur nj\u00eb front i madh ish-komunist\u00ebsh, ish-t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurish politik\u00eb, ish-pronar\u00ebsh, student\u00ebsh dhe njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, t\u00eb ndihmuar nga monitorimi i rrept\u00eb i Uashingtonit e Brukselit, ia b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur q\u00ebndrimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Miloshevi\u00e7i, i cili kishte vrar\u00eb shum\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij politik\u00eb, u mund me vot\u00eb nga Koshtunica, vet\u00ebm kur n\u00eb frontin opozitar u bashkuan nacionalist\u00eb, ish-komunist\u00eb, konservator\u00eb, liberal\u00eb, ruajalist\u00eb, organizata rinore, etj. etj., dhe ia b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur ndryshimin e rezultatit n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke rikujtuar k\u00ebta shembuj t\u00eb historis\u00eb, Rama ndoshta duhet ta rishikoj\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb strategjin\u00eb e tij elektorale, e cila bazohet te \u201c70 e ca mandatet\u201d e koalicionit t\u00eb tij aktual. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se Ilir Meta, Bamir Topi dhe Kreshnik Spahiu, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt udh\u00ebheqin parti me pesh\u00eb t\u00eb pritshme elektorale, jan\u00eb akuzuar n\u00eb opinionin publik p\u00ebr korrupsion, por po aq jan\u00eb akuzuar edhe shum\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e Ram\u00ebs, e madje edhe ai vet\u00eb.
