TOGFJALESHA MASHTRUES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Viti 2013, n\u00ebse u referohemi sloganeve t\u00eb dy partive kryesore n\u00eb vend, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb viti p\u00ebr rilindjen e shqiptar\u00ebve, apo shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin alternativ\u00ebn e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie q\u00eb po ndryshon?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Togfjal\u00ebshi Shqip\u00ebria po ndryshon, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb slogan i fushatave zgjedhore dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi politike t\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb togfjal\u00ebsh tautologjik. E kjo tautologjik n\u00eb rastin konkret do t\u00eb thot\u00eb thjesht mashtrues. Pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit, Shqip\u00ebria, si edhe t\u00eb gjitha vendet e tjera ish-komuniste evropiane, ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb rend t\u00eb ri politik shoq\u00ebror dhe kushtetutar juridik. Ndryshimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtja, q\u00ebllimi dhe kuptimi i k\u00ebtij rendi t\u00eb ri politik shoq\u00ebror dhe kushtetutar juridik, i quajtur rend demokratik. Dhe, ky ndryshim \u00ebsht\u00eb proces n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin marrin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk ndalet p\u00ebr koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, proces q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk ndalet kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dhe, k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim pashmangsh\u00ebm e sjell natyra e rendit t\u00eb ri dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim pashmangsh\u00ebm e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet qeveris\u00ebse pavar\u00ebsisht prej cilave parti jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebra. T\u00eb thuash, prandaj, pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit se Shqip\u00ebria po ndryshon \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si t\u00eb thuash: Shqip\u00ebria ekziston. Shqip\u00ebria ekziston dhe do t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht u tha a nuk u tha se ajo ekziston e do t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria po ndryshon dhe do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht u tha a nuk u tha se ajo po ndryshon dhe do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb: togfjal\u00ebshi Shqip\u00ebria po ndryshon \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb mashtrim n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhjen e madhe mij\u00ebra faqesh t\u00eb rrenave dhe mashtrimeve q\u00eb b\u00ebn Sali Berisha n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike shqiptare tani e nj\u00ebzet e dy vjet! Por po ta pranojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb slogan si t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb do t\u00eb shtrojm\u00eb pyetjen: si po e ndryshon Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb qeveria e Sali Berish\u00ebs? P\u00ebrgjigjen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje e japin emisionet e jasht\u00ebzakonshme Shqip\u00ebria tjet\u00ebr. Dhe, emisioni p\u00ebr fshatin afrikanisht t\u00eb varf\u00ebr Peza af\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebs. Dhe, emisioni p\u00ebr lagjen sk\u00ebterrore t\u00eb rom\u00ebve n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr; dhe emisionet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb varg lagjesh, fshatrash, shkollash, rrug\u00ebsh, familjesh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Po, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk mund t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoj Partin\u00eb Socialiste dhe Aleanc\u00ebn Kuqezi p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb ato p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb faktuara q\u00eb po b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebr t’i b\u00ebr\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb dukshme, sado me vones\u00eb, pasojat e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

ZGJEDHJET <\/strong><\/p>\n

A keni besim se n\u00eb 23 qershor, qeveria aktuale do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jo, jo, nuk kam besim, asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast nuk kam besim se qeveria e sotme mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme. Zgjedhje t\u00eb ndershme sikur nuk b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundshme as Kodi ekzistues zgjedhor. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, deri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb kur po i p\u00ebrgjigjem k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje tuaj, nuk kemi pasur zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme, prandaj duhet t\u00eb jesh naiv e t\u00eb besosh se do t\u00eb kemi m\u00eb 23 qershor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Qeveria e sotme, e kryesuar prej nj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb aq agresivisht po e p\u00ebrdor dhe shp\u00ebrdor politik\u00ebn, q\u00eb aq hapur dhe aq agresivisht po e p\u00ebrdor dhe po e keqp\u00ebrdor demokracin\u00eb, q\u00eb aq agresivisht ka ditur t’i keqp\u00ebrdor\u00eb edhe zgjedhjet her\u00ebt e kaluara, nuk mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme.<\/p>\n

Si mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb e kryeministron, si\u00e7 e quajn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, stalinisti i fundit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb? Jo, ky njeri q\u00eb e ka ndryshuar vet\u00ebm retorik\u00ebn politike, nuk mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme? Jo, nuk mund t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme qeveria e kryeministruar prej k\u00ebtij stalinisti, e cila aq hapur, aq pafytyr\u00ebsisht i vodhi e st\u00ebrvodhi votat e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb kryetar t\u00eb saj nj\u00ebrin prej n\u00ebnbisht\u00ebrinjve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Edhe SHBA-t\u00eb, edhe Bashkimi Evropian her\u00ebt kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb trysni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7ka ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet e vitit 2009 dhe n\u00eb zgjedhjet e Tiran\u00ebs. Bashkimi Evropian, madje, edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e bisedimeve p\u00ebr kandidate e ardhshme e tij, e BE-s\u00eb, po e kusht\u00ebzon me lirin\u00eb dhe ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve. Kot. Si Bashkimi Evropian ashtu edhe Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar shum\u00ebkund shum\u00ebher\u00eb se n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb \u00e7oroditur i kritikojn\u00eb but\u00eb, gati sa i falin, t\u00eb gjitha dallaveret, t\u00eb gjitha vjedhjet e ndorimet e tjera p\u00ebrpos grushtshteteve.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb kam droj\u00eb q\u00eb Sali Berisha, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se sheh se po i humb zgjedhjet – e t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb pranon mendja e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se do t’i humb\u00eb – mund t’i sjell\u00eb far\u00eb tragjedie t\u00eb re Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb! Agresiviteti q\u00eb tashm\u00eb po e shpreh tregon p\u00ebr rrezikun q\u00eb ai p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit.<\/p>\n

\u00c7DO E KEQE P\u00cbRGATITET M\u00cb HER\u00cbT <\/strong><\/p>\n

Debatet zgjedhore kan\u00eb nisur tashm\u00eb, n\u00ebse kemi parasysh ato p\u00ebr zonat zgjedhore dhe tjetra, akuzat p\u00ebr rritje artificiale t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, \u00e7ka n\u00ebnkupton manipulime p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje votash. Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb sugjerimi juaj p\u00ebr 23 qershorin?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zgjedhjet e palira dhe t\u00eb pandershme ndodhin dit\u00ebn e votimeve, por ato p\u00ebrgatiten me muaj a vjet p\u00ebrpara. Si \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur m\u00eb her\u00ebt, teknologjia e manipulimeve, falsifikimeve, keqp\u00ebrdorimeve, frik\u00ebsimeve, mashtrimeve, korruptimeve para zgjedhjeve apo, madje, edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrpunuar jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb teknologji t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur t\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zgjedhjet, \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrmbajtur edhe ai agresiviteti i tij q\u00eb vazhdimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar efikas! Si duhet t’i kund\u00ebrqendroj\u00eb opozita k\u00ebsaj teknologjie zgjedhore?<\/p>\n

S\u00eb pari me kompromitimin politik, shoq\u00ebror, moral t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trajtave t\u00eb manipulimeve, keqp\u00ebrdorimeve, falsifikimeve, frik\u00ebsimeve, korruptimeve dhe, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se me reagime t\u00eb tilla nuk ndalen ato, at\u00ebher\u00eb me protesta, apo, madje, me demonstrata. Protestat dhe demonstratat jan\u00eb m\u00ebnyra me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb e keqe politike a nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim politik b\u00ebhet m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm, m\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjeb\u00ebr\u00ebs p\u00ebr opinionin.
\nREFERENDUMI<\/p>\n

Aleanca Kuqezi ka depozituar n\u00eb Komisionin Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr zhvillimin e referendumit p\u00ebr bashkimin Kosov\u00eb-Shqip\u00ebri. Cilat jan\u00eb pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb tuaja n\u00ebse kemi parasysh se po at\u00eb dit\u00eb ambasadori amerikan, Arvizu, tha se njeh vet\u00ebm Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb zyrtare? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Me politik\u00ebn e tij anakronike rrejsh\u00ebm atdhetare, turbosportive e turbofolklorike, kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha, i cili 20 vjet i ka kaluar n\u00eb luft\u00eb politike kund\u00ebr, si thoshte ai, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb madhe, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb kund\u00ebr bashkimit komb\u00ebtar tani po i nxit disa forca politike, q\u00eb iden\u00eb e bashkimit komb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb bashkimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e kan\u00eb n\u00eb programet e tyre partiake, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb hapa politik\u00eb t\u00eb parakohsh\u00ebm e kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb edhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitur si duhet politikisht. Nj\u00eb hap i till\u00eb, i shpejtuar, i parakohsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mendimin tim ishte edhe k\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb Aleanca Kuqezi ia paraqiti Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e referendumit mbi bashkimin e Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb bashkohen, por jo tani n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb tanishme p\u00ebr referendum t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs Kuqezi.<\/p>\n
