Ne artikull permendet edhe nje citim sipas te cilit digat e hidrocentraleve ne Shqiperi qenkan te pasigurta per njerezit. Ne Tirane jane shtuar zerat qe thone se nje nga segmentet e kesaj katastrofe eshte perpjekja per te nxjerre jashte loje HEC-et shqiptare sic eshte vepruar me shume pasuri te tjera te vendit, qe shkaterohen me qellim per ti hapur rruge importit ose alternativave te tjera energjetike per interesa te ngushta klanesh te lidhura me politiken vendim-marrese.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nga \u201c<em>Die Presse<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cP\u00ebrmbytjet shkat\u00ebrruese n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb ujit n\u00eb hidrocentrale \u201ctej \u00e7do kufiri logjik\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb opozita. Dhjet\u00ebra-mij\u00ebra sht\u00ebpi jan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbytjet tragjike n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr konflikt politik n\u00eb vendin ballkanik. Opozita b\u00ebn fajtore qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr katastrof\u00ebn dhe akuzon se kriza po menaxhohet keq.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPasi situata e emergjenc\u00ebs t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb, Partia Socialiste do t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00eb q\u00eb fajtor\u00ebt t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb deputetja Valentina Leskaj.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetari i socialist\u00ebve, Edi Rama, i b\u00ebri thirrje qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb par\u00e1 n\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do familje t\u00eb prekur.<\/p>\n<p>Ai tha se fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb shirat e shumt\u00eb apo shkrirja e bor\u00ebs, por mbledhja e uj\u00ebrave n\u00eb hidrocentrale \u201ctej \u00e7do kufiri logjik dhe kriteri shkencor, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara par\u00e1\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb her\u00eb Rama ka akuzuar qeverin\u00eb se ka vjedhur zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb vitit q\u00eb shkoi; opozita po bojkoton p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye parlamentin q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katastrof\u00eb nga p\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb veri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb veri t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, reshjet e nisura prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebsh kan\u00eb shkaktuar p\u00ebrmbytje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrpara mij\u00ebra sht\u00ebpi. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb rrethina u desh t\u00eb evakuoheshin 5 mij\u00eb njer\u00ebz.<\/p>\n<p>Lumi Drin ka thyer gjith\u00eb barrierat, autostrada Shkod\u00ebr-Tiran\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur.<\/p>\n<p>Ky aks shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm l\u00ebvizjeje mund t\u00eb kalohet vet\u00ebm nga makinat ushtarake dhe kamion\u00ebt.
