Sapo ishin djegur e shkrumbuar institucionet kryesore t\u00eb shtetit, si kudo, madje edhe banka dhe arka e kursimit s\u00eb bashku me banesat e 12 familjeve q\u00eb ndodheshin n\u00eb katin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. <\/p>\n<p>Si kudo edhe n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr as q\u00eb ndihej era e shtetit. Bresh\u00ebrit\u00eb e panum\u00ebrta t\u00eb kallash\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb arm\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb \u00e7do kalibri ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb refreni i imponuar dhe i pandryshuesh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij qyteti duke vrar\u00eb e plagosur \u00e7do dit\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb tilla kushte anarshie totale, por edhe ideale p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u201caksione\u201d, grupi prej <strong>pes\u00eb personash<\/strong> t\u00eb armatosur dhe pa dyshim i mirinformuar rreth faktit se banka ishte l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb fatit filloi menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga puna pa u trazuar nga askush p\u00ebr hapjen e port\u00ebs s\u00eb hekurt t\u00eb deg\u00ebs s\u00eb Thesarit t\u00eb Veriut. Do t\u00eb mjaftonte nj\u00eb krik metalik p\u00ebr hapjen e saj si dhe t\u00eb der\u00ebs s\u00eb kasafort\u00ebs s\u00eb murosur, e cila ndodhej brenda, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gllab\u00ebruar pa l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb dhe pa buj\u00eb plot 6 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (t\u00eb vjetra) ose rreth 5 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb, sipas kursit t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb valut\u00ebs. Tufat me kart\u00ebmonedha pes\u00ebqind\u00ebshe dhe nj\u00ebmij\u00ebshe fluturuan nga kasaforta e thesarit, kurse ato dyqind\u00ebshet nuk do t\u00eb begeniseshin nga rr\u00ebmbyesit duke mbetur t\u00eb paprekura.<\/p>\n<p>Me siguri nuk kan\u00eb pasur koh\u00eb t\u00eb mereshin me \u201cvog\u00eblsira\u201d p\u00ebrpara asaj shume kolosale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb autovetura me \u201cxhent\u00eblmen\u00ebt\u201d e pafjal\u00eb por pun\u00ebshum\u00eb, pasi ngarkoi thas\u00ebt me miliarda, u largua e paprekur dhe e pashqet\u00ebsuar nga vendi I \u201caksionit\u201d duke l\u00ebn\u00eb mbrapa nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme t\u00eb financave shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb krejt t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paimagjinueshme u krye supervjedhja e Thesarit t\u00eb Veriut n\u00eb mes t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mosp\u00ebrfillje e paimagjinueshme<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kaluan dit\u00eb, jav\u00eb, muaj e tashm\u00eb edhe vite por askujt nuk i ra nd\u00ebr mend ndodhia e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme, paradoks ky I kusht\u00ebzuar mbase edhe me vet\u00eb situat\u00ebn kaotike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs&#8230; T\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb u pat<br \/>\nnd\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr disa muaj edhe shtypi i shkruar, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mediat vizive private ende nuk kishin startuar. Sakaq, \u00e7do dit\u00eb merreshin vesh krime nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet si pasoj\u00eb e paralizimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nshtetit, t\u00eb cilit tashm\u00eb as q\u00eb i ndihej m\u00eb era.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit b\u00ebnin roje gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb net\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtuar sht\u00ebpit\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, halli i gjithsecilit b\u00ebri q\u00eb vjedhja spektakolare e thesarit t\u00eb Veriut t\u00eb eklipsohej. Nd\u00ebrsa sot, pas kaq e kaq koh\u00ebsh, vijon e nj\u00ebjta situat\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjta shp\u00ebrfillje dhe harres\u00eb p\u00ebr vjedhjen e madhe. Madje n\u00eb kushtet e k\u00ebtij indiferentizmi dhe shp\u00ebrfilljeje qytetare t\u00eb pashoq nuk do t\u00eb ishte \u00e7udi q\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb ata q\u00eb e kryen k\u00ebt\u00eb vjedhje p\u00ebr t\u2019u pasur zili, por q\u00eb sot vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb (nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb u vran\u00eb gjat\u00eb traziraven\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1997-98), t\u00eb pyesin veten: \u201cOre, v\u00ebrtet e kemi vjedhur ne thesarin e Veriut, apo kemi qen\u00eb n\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr?!\u201d Sepse meqen\u00ebse askush nuk kujtohet as t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb bujshme e cila, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dihet mir\u00eb, mund edhe t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ndodhur fare(!)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Por jo. Kujtesa e \u201ckavalier\u00ebve\u201d freskohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb teksa shohin rreth vetes, tashm\u00eb t\u00eb zgjuar nga gjumi,<br \/>\nkomoditetin e shfrenuar t\u00eb cilin e g\u00ebzojn\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e 16 marsit 1997.
