E filloi prokurori Antonio Di Pietro me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen \u201cTangentopoli\u201d, e cila, fillimisht, kapi n\u00eb rrjet\u00eb peshkun e vog\u00ebl Mario Chiesa dhe p\u00ebrfundoi tek peshkaqen\u00ebt Craxi e Andreotti. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, revolucioni i \u201cduarve t\u00eb pastra\u201d p\u00ebrmbyti nj\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb politike, q\u00eb p\u00ebr 40 vjet ishte krimbur nga korrupsioni.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e ngjashme ndodh sot n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, kam p\u00ebrshtypjen se t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 90% e politikan\u00ebve dhe zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb publik\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonin n\u00eb burg, ose do t\u2019ia mbathnin jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. P\u00ebrdora fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje, sepse nuk kam fakte konkrete p\u00ebr korrupsionin e 90% t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve dhe zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Dhe p\u00ebrshtypja m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nga disa vrojtime personale n\u00eb ambjentin q\u00eb m\u00eb rrethon.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, un\u00eb e kam rrog\u00ebn mujore (n\u00eb nj\u00eb institut privat) m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se \u00e7do zyrtar publik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Kjo rrog\u00eb m\u00eb ka krijuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb kem nj\u00eb vetur\u00eb komode, por jo aq luksoze sa veturat personale t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb publik\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb njoh. Rroga ime m\u00eb ka krijuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb kem nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi komode, por jo aq luksoze sa ato t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb publik\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb njoh. Rroga ime m\u00eb ka krijuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj pushime verore e dim\u00ebrore komode, por jo aq luksoze sa \u00e7\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb shumica e zyrtar\u00ebve te lart\u00eb publik\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb njoh. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos folur pastaj p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi pushimi n\u00eb plazh apo n\u00eb mal\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pavar\u00ebsisht nga \u00e7far\u00eb shkruajta m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, un\u00eb marr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje. Dhe gjithnj\u00eb kam qen\u00eb partizan i rotacionit t\u00eb pushtetit\u2026<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, fushata e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb 2005-\u00ebn me moton \u201cMe duar t\u00eb pastra\u201d nuk m\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb besoj se do t\u00eb ndodhte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ajo q\u00eb kishte ndodhur n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve \u201990 n\u00eb Itali, por sidoqoft\u00eb, e p\u00ebrkraha publikisht rotacionin e pushtetit. Dhe n\u00eb fakt, \u201cmamuthi i korrupsionit\u201d Nano, si\u00e7 e quante at\u00ebher\u00eb Berisha, nuk p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb burg, por ekonomia shqiptare pati nj\u00eb hov t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb 4 vjet\u00ebt e para t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb re. Investimet publike arrit\u00ebn pothuaj 9% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb, nga 4.5% q\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa v\u00ebllimi i tregtis\u00eb me pakic\u00eb (n\u00eb sasi, jo n\u00eb vler\u00eb) puthuaj u dyfishua.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb mandatin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, uji i ndenjur ka filluar t\u00eb qelbet. Investimet publike kan\u00eb zbritur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb nivelin 4.5% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb dhe v\u00ebllimi i tregtis\u00eb me pakic\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pak\u00ebsuar 12% n\u00eb krahasim me qershorin e 2009-\u00ebs. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos folur p\u00ebr r\u00ebnien q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb indeksin e demokracis\u00eb, t\u00eb matur \u00e7do vit nga revista britanike \u201cThe Economist\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aktualisht, PS-ja po akuzon p\u00ebrdit\u00eb p\u00ebr korrupsion Berish\u00ebn dhe familjen e tij biologjike e politike, ashtu si\u00e7 b\u00ebnte Berisha ndaj Nanos &amp; co. para 2005-\u00ebs. Dhe kjo gj\u00eb g\u00ebzon shum\u00eb militant\u00eb t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, e ndoshta u jep shpres\u00eb se do ta shohin n\u00eb burg Berish\u00ebn &amp; co. p\u00ebr milionat e eurove q\u00eb akuzohen. Por mua s\u2019m\u00eb ha buza kula\u00e7\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb e disa si un\u00eb jemi partizan\u00eb t\u00eb rotacionit, sepse mendojm\u00eb se ekonomia dhe demokracia p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrrimi i her\u00ebpashersh\u00ebm i pushtetit. Q\u00ebndrimin e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie n\u00eb pushtet e kemi provuar ne shqiptar\u00ebt dhe e dim\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019pasoja sjell p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb dhe demokracin\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa forcimi i shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb antidoti m\u00eb efikas kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb realizohet thjesht me nj\u00eb rotacion pushteti.
