N\u00eb rast se marrja e kontrat\u00ebs p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e TEC-it do p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me sukses, studio e s\u00eb bij\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit i k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb pages\u00eb prej 3 p\u00ebr qind, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb pages\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 3 milion\u00eb eurove, n\u00eb rast se investimi do jet\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 300 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Studio e Malltezit \u00ebsht\u00eb e regjistruar si person fizik dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb dokumentet q\u00eb boton gazeta \u201cTemA\u201d (FAKSIMILE 2 dhe FAKSIMILE 3). Koncesioni<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pasi biznesmeni nga Lindja e Mesme paguan shum\u00ebn e majme p\u00ebr disa or\u00eb bisede, madje edhe p\u00ebr e-mail-in paguan 100 euro, n\u00eb loj\u00eb hyn Argita. Let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimi fillimisht ishte mes biznesmenit dhe ortakes s\u00eb Malltezit, Flutura Kola. Por m\u00eb pas \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti p\u00ebr Malltezin, e cila nga e-mail-et shpalos qart\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb negociuar me KESH p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar procedurat. I understand that your project of investment in Albania is now taking shape. Therefore a retainer agreement is now possible.<\/p>\n

There are two types of retainers from which the client may choose:<\/p>\n

1. The client pays a flat fee of 1000 Euro per month, regardless of the volume of legal hours of work, and an additional success fee to be negotiated between the client and the law firm. The success fee may vary from 1.5% \u2013 3% of the value of investment; or<\/p>\n

2. The client and the firm make an assessment of the amount of legal hours required in support of the project. Upon this basis, the law firm makes an offer. For instance, if the approx. assessment indicates 40 hours of legal work, the firm may offer a retainer, which varies from 6500 Euro- 7500 Euro. Please note that in these kind of project most of the work is carried out by senior attorneys. Any additional workload, is carried out to the next months and is due, at the lates 2 months before the expiration of the retainer agreement.<\/p>\n

Kindly indicate which of the two options you would like to apply.<\/p>\n

Please be informed that the retainer agreement will have effect from the moment of signature. The legal work done until now will be invoiced separately because of our financial reporting system.<\/p>\n

With regard to the land, I refer to page three of the opinion that we sent you. I\u2019m attaching that page again. There are two sites, one of them, \u201cproposed land 1\u201d is closer to the electric substation, but also closer to a inhabited area.<\/p>\n

The other parcel, \u201cthe proposed land 2\u201d, is a bit further from the substation, but closer to the industrial zone.<\/p>\n

I would suggest that the safest choice would be the plot no.2.<\/p>\n

However, please note that a geological testing of the land should be conducted before making the decision to acquire.<\/p>\n

I regret to put you in such a pressure, but need to have your decision as soon as possible, because I am under pressure from the field agents. This does not mean that we are progressing with the acquisition; it only serves for retaining unofficially some pre-emtive rights in case of future acquisitions.<\/p>\n
