Me luft\u00ebn dhe sakrific\u00ebn e tyre sublime, luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e liris\u00eb i imponuan regjimit t\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7it nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, zbatimi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb jetik p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr paqen e stabilitetin n\u00eb rajon. Shtojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu se n\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb lir\u00eb jan\u00eb autoritetet vendore dhe jo ato qendrore q\u00eb vendosin p\u00ebr monumentet historike apo kulturore q\u00eb duan t\u00eb ngren\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e nj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre vendore,\u201d thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs, q\u00eb thekson se marrja e k\u00ebtyre kompetencave nga Beogradi \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje e konventave evropiane p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb e t\u00eb drejtat njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas Berisha e ngre m\u00eb shum\u00eb tonin, duke deklaruar se Serbia k\u00ebrkon spastrim etnik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb territor. Madje ai i quan ata q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb heqin monumentin si vandal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQeveria shqiptare ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje serioze p\u00ebr uljen e tensioneve n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs. Ajo ka inkurajuar q\u00ebndrimin konstruktiv dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Serbi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vendit. Por q\u00ebndrimi i fundit i autoriteteve t\u00eb Beogradit, mosrespektimi deri n\u00eb alergji i t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit shqiptar nga ana e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb provokim ndaj mbar\u00eb shqiptareve, p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb tyre serioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb paqen dhe stabilitetin n\u00eb rajon n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb reja me fqinj\u00ebt e tyre. <\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare i b\u00ebn thirrje autoriteteve t\u00eb Beogradit t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb praktikat e vjetra albanofobe, t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb pakic\u00ebn shqiptare q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb trojet e veta etnike n\u00eb Serbi dhe jep ndihmes\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb stabilitetin dhe zhvillimin e vendit. <\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare i b\u00ebn thirrje shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs t\u00eb mos provokohen n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrethane nga ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb qellim, t\u00eb spastrojn\u00eb etniksht komunat e tyre, t\u2019i largojn\u00eb ata me nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nga trojet e tyre etnike mij\u00ebravje\u00e7are. V\u00ebrtet vandal\u00ebt mundet me forc\u00ebn dhe dhun\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendore t\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve, at\u00eb t\u00eb Martir\u00ebve t\u00eb Liris\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm akt frike.
