Ka qen\u00eb Shp\u00ebtim Idrizi q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si premtim m\u00eb s\u00eb pari, por duke qen\u00eb se koha kalonte e projektrezoluta nuk dukej, u mendua se edhe kjo nism\u00eb u shk\u00ebrrmoq nga ruli i interesave klienteliste q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur koalicionin qeveris\u00ebs. Por gazetat e djeshme b\u00ebnin me dije se projektrezoluta \u00ebsht\u00eb gati, e do t\u00eb paraqitet t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvend. Madje, projektrezoluta u publikua e plot\u00eb qysh dje n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr sitesh.<\/p>\n<p>Kush e ka lexuar kupton se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar nga nj\u00eb dor\u00eb e kujdesshme prej eksperti; madje, gjasat jan\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb ket\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb shum\u00eb duar p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb publikohej, e p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb jet\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend. Sigurisht, secili mund ta hartonte ndryshe k\u00ebt\u00eb projektrezolut\u00eb, por meraku i atyre q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shkruar ka qen\u00eb (kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypja) t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb \u201cimpiant\u201d, t\u00eb cilit nuk mund t\u2019i thuhet \u201cjo\u201d nga fraksionet parlamentare. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebrkesat nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb qarta.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkundrazi, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb b\u00ebhet e qart\u00eb ajo q\u00eb \u00e7am\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb: 1. njohjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve \u00e7am\u00eb, dikur n\u00ebnshtetas grek\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rrethanat e reja, sipas parimeve t\u00eb legjislacionit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar mbi gjenocidin, spastrimin etnik, procesin e rregullt ligjor, mosdiskriminimin mbi baz\u00eb t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb, e parimet e tjera t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura me to, si dhe frym\u00ebn e Traktatit t\u00eb miq\u00ebsis\u00eb midis dy vendeve; 2. rivendosjen e t\u00eb drejtave themelore t\u00eb shtetasve shqiptar\u00eb, ish-shtetas grek\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin rikthimin e pronave, njohjen e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb riatdhesimit, njohjen e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb rimarrjes s\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb pakicave komb\u00ebtare; 3. shfuqizimin shprehimisht t\u00eb ligjit grek t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs nr. 2636 dhe 2637\/1940 i shpallur me dekret mbret\u00ebror n\u00eb vitin 1940 akoma n\u00eb fuqi, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti pjes\u00ebn e ligjit q\u00eb mban sekuestron konservative t\u00eb pasurive shqiptare etj., etj. K\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa, me t\u2019u miratuar projektrezoluta n\u00eb Kuvend, shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb plan pune p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e ministrit\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetja e madhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes \u00ebsht\u00eb: Do t\u00eb miratohet kjo rezolut\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend? P\u00ebrgjigjja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe aq e thjesht\u00eb. Deputet\u00ebt e mazhoranc\u00ebs e t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs (duke p\u00ebrjashtuar do deputet\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb fshehur se irritohen sapo p\u00ebrmendet \u2018\u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00e7ame\u2019) do t\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb \u2018sandwich\u2019, d.m.th nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb do t\u00eb trysen nga bindja e tyre se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje ekziston, \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb zgjidhje (t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, k\u00ebt\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se mendojn\u00eb lidhur me t\u00eb), dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00ebn presione t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb leadershipit, t\u00eb cilit do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb Real-politik\u00eb, apo dhe n\u00ebn shqet\u00ebsimin q\u00eb vet\u00eb ata ndiejn\u00eb lidhur me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsim t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e Greqis\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rezolute q\u00eb synon t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb pikat mbi \u201ci\u201d e q\u00eb synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb Parlamentin p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201csherr\u201d t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Greqia ka demonstruar m\u00eb se nj\u00ebher\u00eb se, n\u00ebse ka nj\u00eb argument q\u00eb e bezdis e q\u00eb ia cing\u00ebris nervat n\u00eb planin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes dy vendeve tona, ky argument e ka emrin \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00e7ame\u201d. Ministri Panariti e ka p\u00ebrmendur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje pas shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh n\u00eb negociata me homologun grek, por s\u00eb pari ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e njohur, dhe s\u00eb dyti \u2013 k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e mor\u00ebm vesh tani, dhe nga goja e vet\u00eb ministrit ton\u00eb \u2013 ngritja e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pas ftes\u00ebs q\u00eb ministri i Jasht\u00ebm grek i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Panaritit \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e frenuar gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur t\u00eb gjitha shqet\u00ebsimet e problemet n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e bisedimeve\u201d. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, pardje ishte z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Jashtme greke q\u00eb u b\u00eb i gjall\u00eb lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb (duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb lajmi mbi rezolut\u00ebn q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb dal\u00eb e t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt). Dhe \u00e7far\u00eb ai tha, nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb surpriz\u00eb: \u201cNuk ka nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00e7ame. Kush ka halle, mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb e t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb zgjidhje n\u00eb gjykata\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrs\u00ebrisim pyetjen: Si do t\u00eb votojn\u00eb deputet\u00ebt tan\u00eb? E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kjo rezolut\u00eb ka ardhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb paraelektorale, kur nacionalizmi shqiptar po p\u00ebrjeton momentum-in e vet. Nuk ka mbetur njeri pa u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga gjeratorja e k\u00ebtij nacionalizmi, q\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste ka pasur ngjyra e prerje folklorike. M\u00eb folkloriku nga t\u00eb gjitha ka qen\u00eb Kryeministri Berisha, i cili, pas nj\u00eb periudhe disavje\u00e7are t\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cdizintoksikimi patriotik\u201d, na la t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve pa mend, teksa na u shfaq krejt papritur i kapur nga nj\u00eb dalldi nacionaliste, duke sjell\u00eb reagimin e fort\u00eb e t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dreq e di n\u00ebse kjo rezolut\u00eb e Idrizit ka marr\u00eb ok-in e Berish\u00ebs, por n\u00ebse s\u2019e ka marr\u00eb, ky i fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb palakmueshme. N\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb jan\u00eb dhe eksponent\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs e Kuvendit, por secili syresh mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb \u201calibi\u201d m\u00eb t\u00eb mira sesa nj\u00eb Kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla. Miratimi i k\u00ebsaj rezolute n\u00eb Parlament do t\u00eb merrej si nj\u00eb gjest ku e ku m\u00eb provokativ (nga Athin\u00ebn zyrtare) se sa hartimet patriotike q\u00eb ka recituar k\u00ebto dit\u00eb. Kjo rezolut\u00eb do t\u2019i hap\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me grek\u00ebt, t\u00eb cilat ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7mos t\u2019i mbaj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrohta. K\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit mund t\u00eb mbyllin nj\u00eb sy e nj\u00eb vesh p\u00ebrball\u00eb \u00e7aprashitjeve t\u00eb pad\u00ebmshme nacionaliste t\u00eb njeriut q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ur\u00eb e q\u00eb s\u2019ua ka prishur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 2005-2012, por kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb reaguar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb idhnake n\u00eb rrethanat q\u00eb kjo rezolut\u00eb do t\u00eb miratohet. \u00cbsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb gjendje Berisha t\u2019u jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e duhur k\u00ebtyre reagimeve?<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00ebse Berisha nuk e miraton k\u00ebt\u00eb rezolut\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb na shpjegoj\u00eb se si mund t\u00eb pajtohet nacionalizmi i tij deklarativ q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebri scoop-in e k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve me \u201cjo\u201d-n\u00eb ndaj nj\u00eb rezolute krejt t\u00eb pafajshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb pak nerv atdhetar. Shkurt, refuzimi i k\u00ebsaj rezolute mund t\u2019ia heq\u00eb aty p\u00ebr aty kallajin nacionalistit putativ Berisha. Si do t\u00eb veproj\u00eb Kryeministri? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetja m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori.
