N\u00eb vitin 1996, Armend Rexhepagiqi dhe Aida Baraku u prezantuan n\u00eb Festivalin e RTSH\u2019s\u00eb me k\u00ebng\u00ebn \u201cTi nuk m\u00eb meriton\u201d, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb mirat t\u00eb k\u00ebnduara shqip. Si zakonisht kur b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga Kosova, k\u00ebnga nuk fitoi, edhe pse prezantimi ishte mjaft dinjitoz.<\/p>\n

Ndon\u00ebse tema e k\u00ebng\u00ebs kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me dashurin\u00eb mes njer\u00ebzve, porosia e saj iu shkonte mjaft mir\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kishin zgjedhur t\u00eb mos i vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb sa dhe si duhet krijimet artistike nga Kosova. Do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb interpretohej edhe si protest\u00eb dhe shprehje zhg\u00ebnjimi se festivali i Tiran\u00ebs nuk meritonte k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb bukura si k\u00ebto, t\u00eb k\u00ebnduara nga kosovar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb vit pas Shqip\u00ebria u pllakos nga trazirat q\u00eb lan\u00eb mbrapa shkat\u00ebrrime, mij\u00ebra t\u00eb vdekur dhe shum\u00eb dhembje, nd\u00ebrkaq n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nisi cikli i dhun\u00ebs dhe luft\u00ebs me serb\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Tash, kur Shqip\u00ebria feston 100 vjetorin e t\u00eb qenit shtet, e Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e lir\u00eb, \u201cTi nuk m\u00eb meriton\u201d ting\u00ebllon porosi m\u00eb aktuale se kurr\u00eb \u2013 jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn artistike shqiptare, por p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shtetin shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Jo ekzaltim, por nj\u00ebfar\u00eb histerie e pap\u00ebrmbajtshme i ka kapluar kosovar\u00ebt me rastin e fest\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb shekulli shtet shqiptar. Q\u00eb nga kopshtet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve e deri te institucionet shtet\u00ebrore \u2013 t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb atmosfer\u00ebn festive, madje duke kaluar \u00e7do sens mase e logjike t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb. Tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb di\u00e7ka banale organizimet \u201cme rastin e 100 vjetorit\u201d, duke humbur arsyeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe racionalitetin e nevojsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Gjithsesi, n\u00eb mesin e krejt k\u00ebsaj rr\u00ebmuje patriotiko-folklorike, ku secili p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shqiptar se tjetri, gjenden edhe simbolika interesante q\u00eb ia vlejn\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e rritjes s\u00eb mustaqeve nga t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, apo ajo e marshimit mbi kuaj t\u00eb 100 kosovar\u00ebve nga Mitrovica deri n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nuk do t\u00eb kishte gj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe n\u00eb krejt k\u00ebt\u00eb muhabet, po q\u00eb se edhe vet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria dhe qytetar\u00ebt e saj, madje m\u00eb fort se qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, do t\u00eb festonin p\u00ebrvjetorin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Tekefundit, kjo edhe iu takon.<\/p>\n

Por, ndryshe nga Kosova, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi shfaqet nj\u00ebfar\u00eb mosinteresimi dhe indiference p\u00ebr fest\u00eb. Mungojn\u00eb iniciativat, mungojn\u00eb simbolikat, mungon entuziazmi, mungon festa.<\/p>\n

Nga qytetar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ne t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u00eb shihemi me habi, p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr fest\u00ebn, e cila zyrtarisht \u00ebsht\u00eb e atyre. Si\u00e7 jemi par\u00eb me habi sa e sa her\u00eb kur jemi shfaqur \u201cm\u00eb katolik se papa\u201d me veprimet tona, q\u00eb nga sporti e kultura, deri te politika.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 1912 u shpall pavar\u00ebsia, por gjysma e trojeve shqiptare mbeti jasht\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb von\u00eb situata nuk ka ndryshuar fort.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb nj\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebve, Shqip\u00ebria m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebme vetes, sesa ka ndihmuar shqiptar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb kufijve. Gati 50 vjet n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb, e 20 t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb demokraci, secili q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj m\u00eb tep\u00ebr e ka shkat\u00ebrruar e sakatuar, sesa qeverisur si duhet e p\u00ebrparuar.<\/p>\n

Tash, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb fest\u00ebs q\u00eb po vjen, shqiptar\u00ebt andej kufirit kan\u00eb zgjedhur prap\u00eb t\u00eb na shohin me habi p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb entuziazmin q\u00eb tregojm\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetin e tyre. Ashtu si\u00e7 na kan\u00eb par\u00eb edhe kur tifoz\u00ebt nga Kosova shqyhen s\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahuri Komb\u00ebtaren, edhe kur takojn\u00eb t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb emra qytetesh, bjeshk\u00ebsh e lumenjsh t\u00eb tyre, edhe kur qindra-mij\u00ebra kosovar\u00eb m\u00ebsyjn\u00eb bregdetin shqiptar duke shpenzuar miliona euro.<\/p>\n

Do t\u2019i zgurdullojn\u00eb syt\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur, edhe dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb, shteti do t\u2019iu bllokohet nga kosovar\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u2019ia m\u00ebsyjn\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs e Vlor\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar, p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u201ctranuar\u201d, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb atje miliona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se ky shkrim sjell ndarje e p\u00ebr\u00e7arje nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb, m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb them se nuk jam kund\u00ebr fest\u00ebs, por vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb doja q\u00eb bashk\u00ebshtetasit e mi t\u00eb tregoheshin m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtur e racional\u00eb \u2013 do t\u00eb doja q\u00eb t\u00eb logjikojn\u00eb me kok\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, e jo t\u00eb nxehur nga folklorizmat. Sepse, situata e tashme ngjan sikur t\u00eb shkosh n\u00eb dasm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrmi, t\u00eb \u00e7mendesh s\u00eb k\u00ebnduari e vall\u00ebzuari, p\u00ebrderisa ai vet\u00eb nuk sillet ashtu. A mund ta duam dik\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se q\u00eb e do ai veten? Kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ata andej kufirit n\u00ebse thon\u00eb \u201c\u00e7ne k\u00ebta kosovar\u00ebt!\u201d.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb pas Festivalit t\u00eb RTSH\u2019s\u00eb, Armend Rexhepagiqi dhe Aida Baraku nuk kan\u00eb realizuar ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb \u201cme rastin e 100 vjetorit\u201d, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra koleg\u00eb t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb pas trazirave t\u00eb tmerrshme, Shqip\u00ebria udh\u00ebhiqet nga njeriu q\u00eb shihet fajtor pse lejoi t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb firmat piramidale, q\u00eb e \u00e7uan vendin n\u00eb kaos. Retorika e tij vazhdon t\u2019i \u00e7oj\u00eb pesh\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb kufijve.<\/p>\n

Gati pes\u00eb vjet pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre, kosovar\u00ebve vazhdon t\u2019iu mungoj\u00eb arsyeja e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb dhe racionaliteti p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
