Pos q\u00eb kan\u00eb bllokuar rrug\u00ebn, disa bandit\u00eb mes \u201cprotestuesve\u201d kan\u00eb filluar grabisin dhe sendet e pasagjer\u00ebve t\u00eb bllokuar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebs. Disa prej tyre kan\u00eb telefonuar n\u00eb redaksi t\u00eb lemerisur nga skenat q\u00eb shohin para syve.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kemi paguar jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta nd\u00ebrtuar, por dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar dhjet\u00eb breza familjen e Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs. Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri, q\u00eb po e paguajm\u00eb shum\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb, e kemi sot simbol t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb me cuba rrug\u00ebve dhe me nj\u00eb protest\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb pamoralshmet n\u00eb bot\u00eb, vet\u00ebm pse qeveria ua ka premtuar mospagimin e faturave si p\u00ebrfitim elektoral.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt e fundit, kur po flitet p\u00ebr falimentimin e CEZ dhe rikthimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb tek qeveria, ka nj\u00eb mod\u00eb t\u00eb re p\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmuar bler\u00ebsit \u00e7ek t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb. Natyrisht ata mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre. Mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb abuzime financiare n\u00eb kompani apo raporte jotransparente p\u00ebr pagesa dhe shp\u00ebrblime, por nuk besoj kurrsesi q\u00eb ato t\u00eb ken\u00eb prodhuar k\u00ebt\u00eb borxh t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm publik t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kompanie. Kompania, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kemi marr\u00eb rreth 100 milion euro kur u shit, ka tani 300 milion euro borxhe dhe deficite p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb falimentimit t\u00eb sistemit energjetik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, borxheve reciproke mes KESH, CEZ e qeveris\u00eb, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr shtimin e humbjeve nga mospagimi i energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/p>\n<p>Fenomeni i mospagimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike shihet qart\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fenomen komb\u00ebtar apo \u201czakon\u201d i popullit shqiptar, por nj\u00eb fenomen i lokalizuar shum\u00eb politikisht dhe q\u00eb lidhet me xhepat politik\u00eb t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Kuk\u00ebsi dhe ult\u00ebsira e Drinit dhe Matit, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb fenomen p\u00ebr mospages\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb premtimi politik t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr ata qytetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do pal\u00eb zgjedhje mos paguani dritat dhe na jepni votat. Tashm\u00eb ata kan\u00eb aq shum\u00eb borxhe, sa me ekonomit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuara, me papun\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe varf\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nuk i paguajn\u00eb dot m\u00eb dhe dalin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen kriminal, pasi \u00e7mimi i energjis\u00eb po rritet dhe ne q\u00eb paguajm\u00eb energjin\u00eb, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, nga Tirana n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, q\u00eb e paguan at\u00eb rregullisht, po paguan dyfish dhe ende nuk po ia del t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb kompanin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se jemi para nj\u00eb krimi t\u00eb organizuar politik, q\u00eb ka brenda dhe akte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha korruptive t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb. Kryeministri i vendit, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje serioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukur k\u00ebt\u00eb fenomen n\u00eb veri, por nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb as ndonj\u00eb thirrje publike formale sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb goj\u00ebn, drejtuar qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb energjin\u00eb. Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb idiot, \u00ebsht\u00eb aq shejtan budalla, sa u thot\u00eb bashk\u00ebfshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet mos paguani, por vet\u00ebm m\u00eb jepni vot\u00ebn. Dhe sot q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb dal\u00eb me hunj e s\u00ebpata n\u00eb rrug\u00eb duke bllokuar t\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebn \u201cRrug\u00eb e Kombit\u201d, nuk b\u00ebhet i gjall\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb s\u00eb paku njer\u00ebzit e bllokuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht pse q\u00ebndron vet\u00eb pas k\u00ebtij presioni mbi kompanin\u00eb n\u00eb falimentim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se segmentet politik\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb diktojn\u00eb pushtetin, po e shtyjn\u00eb me paramendim CEZ drejt falimentimit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb menaxhimin mbi t\u00eb, pasi kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb abuzim t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm me k\u00ebt\u00eb pasuri komb\u00ebtare kat\u00ebr vitet e fundit duke shitur e bler\u00eb p\u00ebr hesap t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb imazh me kryengrit\u00ebs q\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebt se s\u2019duan t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb faturat, me privatizime totalisht t\u00eb falimentuara t\u00eb kompanive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha publike, dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb klim\u00eb armiq\u00ebsore shtet\u00ebrore kund\u00ebr investitor\u00ebve, Shqip\u00ebria jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb po kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb gogol p\u00ebr investimet e huaja, por po kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb model t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverisje banditeske, q\u00eb t\u00eb fton p\u00ebr t\u00eb investuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb saj dhe t\u00eb merr peng.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri, q\u00eb gjente koh\u00eb t\u00eb fyente e shante Lirak Bejkon derisa i mori shpirtin, dhe grevist\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb uris\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb zbatohej ligji, hesht me lig\u00ebsi ndaj protestuesve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb mos zbatohet ligji dhe t\u00eb mos paguajn\u00eb faturat e energjis\u00eb elektrike, t\u00eb cilat ky plak i lig ua ka premtuar si shp\u00ebrblim elektoral p\u00ebr votat q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Bilanci final i tij i ngjan nj\u00eb kopje t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishuar t\u00eb bilancit t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb vitit 1996- 1997 kur vendi hyri n\u00eb dim\u00ebr me Suden, Xhaferrin, Gjallic\u00ebn dhe Vef\u00ebn drejt falimentimit, nd\u00ebrsa sivjet po hyn n\u00eb dim\u00ebr me gjith\u00eb kompanit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha publike t\u00eb privatizuara n\u00eb falimentim si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb CEZ, ARMO, ALBPETROL, por dhe ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetit si KESH.<\/p>\n<p>Po hyjn\u00eb t\u00eb falimentuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dim\u00ebr bashkit\u00eb dhe komunat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb ua ka marr\u00eb fondet forc\u00ebrisht dhe ia ka kaluar k\u00ebsaj grope t\u00eb madhe pa fund, po shkojn\u00eb drejt falimentimit bizneset m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe kompanit\u00eb private t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve, q\u00eb nuk i ka likuiduar shteti, dhe k\u00ebsisoj p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb reaksionit zinxhir po falimentojn\u00eb dhe furnitor\u00ebt apo partner\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb tyre.
