Do duhej t\u00eb jepnim nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb pjekurie n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100-vjetor, do duhej t\u00eb jepnim nj\u00eb prov\u00eb, qoft\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, se jemi t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr unitetin komb\u00ebtar para se t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb merakosur p\u00ebr tekat e egot personale, por edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb parap\u00eblqyer rendja pas sjelljes sektare, si t\u00eb donim t\u00eb thoshim se qasja sektare ka qen\u00eb ajo q\u00eb na ka dalluar n\u00eb k\u00ebto 100 vjet t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur. Kjo histori ka filluar me karfosjen mes Ismail Qemalit e Esad Toptanit, e ka vijuar me grindje t\u00eb pafundme mes udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsish politik\u00eb me frym\u00ebzime egocentrike e tribale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar te kjo fest\u00eb e ndar\u00eb mes Tiran\u00ebs e Vlor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ka qen\u00eb e pashmangshme kjo situat\u00eb? E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se protokolli i qeveris\u00eb, q\u00eb ka caktuar Tiran\u00ebn si qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj feste, nuk ka ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe. E megjithat\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse qeveria nuk mund t\u00eb qortohet pse ka zgjedhur Tiran\u00ebn si qend\u00ebr t\u00eb fest\u00ebs, ajo mund t\u00eb qortohet q\u00eb ka nxitur dhe inkurajuar k\u00ebt\u00eb fest\u00eb m\u00eb dysh. Madje, duket sikur ka b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7mos t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kjo q\u00eb po ndodh, fillimisht me tentativ\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta monopolizuar fest\u00ebn (duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb opozit\u00ebn pa ndonj\u00eb rol n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje), m\u00eb tej me nj\u00eb debat p\u00ebr historin\u00eb q\u00eb synoi t\u00eb nxirrte e promovonte n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb provokative si figur\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 100 vjet\u00ebve vet\u00ebm Ahmet Zogun (!!!), e n\u00eb fund me nj\u00eb si kujdes tin\u00ebzar p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb gar\u00eb mes Tiran\u00ebs e Vlor\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk mund t\u00eb mos e fitoj\u00eb \u201cTirana e qeveris\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebrball\u00eb \u201cVlor\u00ebs s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita, p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar margjinalizimin e vet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb nj\u00eb harbimi me efekt t\u00eb diskutuesh\u00ebm elektoral, nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ikur logjik\u00ebs sektare. Madje, duket sikur ka dashur t\u2019i thot\u00eb qeveris\u00eb: \u201cDo sherr edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100-vjetor? Sherr le t\u00eb b\u00ebhet!\u201d. Mund t\u00eb sillej ndryshe opozita, e cila ka tet\u00eb vjet q\u00eb ndihet e pap\u00ebrfillur, e n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur, e fyer, e mundur me vjedhje votash dhe e mposhtur me vrasje politike (21 janar)? E di, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebsh moral nga jasht\u00eb e nga larg, por n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre do b\u00ebja \u00e7mos t\u00eb mos b\u00ebja loj\u00ebn e politikanit m\u00eb sektar q\u00eb kan\u00eb njohur k\u00ebto an\u00ebt tona gjat\u00eb 100 viteve t\u00eb fundit, i cili ka q\u00eblluar t\u00eb jet\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo sindrom\u00eb e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes pra shpaloset s\u00ebrish sot, ashtu si n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb shkuar. Historia \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur. Kur Ismail Qemali, Luigj Gurakuqi, etj., n\u00ebnshkruanin deklarat\u00ebn e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Esad Toptani krijonin n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs e n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Mesme realitete paralele e rivalizuese, t\u00eb cilat, n\u00eb mos synonin, me siguri e b\u00ebnin t\u00eb mundur, shfokusimin prej ngjarjes s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cm\u00eb vehte, t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb mosvarme\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm sindroma e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes q\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim esencialist t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave, ta b\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre koh\u00ebve jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme nga Shqip\u00ebria e Ismail Qemalit dhe e Esad Toptanit. N\u00ebse p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb arritjet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb historin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre 100 viteve, q\u00eb jan\u00eb s\u00eb pari Kosova e pavarur dhe s\u00eb dyti nj\u00eb prani e ndrojtur \u2018institucionale\u2019 e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb bot\u00ebn euroatlantike (nj\u00eb sakt\u00ebsim dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs: si \u00e7do arritje, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur, Kosova e pavarur dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb NATO kan\u00eb ardhur m\u00eb s\u00eb pari si loj\u00eb fatlume koniunkturash nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, e jo p\u00ebr merita lokale), si zor t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb arsye t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnduar k\u00ebng\u00ebn e ndryshimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria mbetet, ashtu si n\u00eb vitin 1912, vendi m\u00eb i prapambetur n\u00eb rajon. Dhe prapambetja ekonomike \u00ebsht\u00eb ndoshta m\u00eb e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb diskutim. Bie n\u00eb sy, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, prapambetja politiko-kulturore, ose me terma m\u00eb konkret\u00eb, natyra konservatore e reaksionare e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb (shoq\u00ebrive) shqiptare, nj\u00eb lloj v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsie p\u00ebr t\u2019u familjarizuar me modernitetin, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzje p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn e rregullave, ligjeve, institucioneve, shtetit, e rivalizimi i k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit me qasje mujshare e kanunore, elitat me prerje e frym\u00ebzime provinciale, etj., etj. Sigurisht, ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmas\u00eb ballkanike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb prapambetje, por ne shqiptar\u00ebt vijojm\u00eb t\u00eb mbetemi m\u00eb ballkanas se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ballkanasit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke p\u00ebrjashtuar pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vitet e diktatur\u00ebs autarkike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat Enver Hoxha shtiri n\u00eb pun\u00eb sjelljen mizore p\u00ebr t\u00eb rrafshuar diferencat dhe grindjet mes fraksioneve t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme e p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar \u201caft\u00ebsi vet\u00ebqeveris\u00ebse\u201d, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb koh\u00ebs ne kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u vet\u00ebqeverisur. Viti 1997 \u00ebsht\u00eb prova e fresk\u00ebt dhe e qart\u00eb, e k\u00ebsaj paaft\u00ebsie, q\u00eb p\u00ebr pak na \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb luft\u00eb fatale civile.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebzhgim nuk mund t\u2019mos dallojm\u00eb kultin e paprekur t\u00eb ambasador\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ashtu si n\u00eb momentet e vitet e para t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur, ne vuajm\u00eb prej nj\u00eb kompleksi n\u00ebnshtrimi e var\u00ebsie p\u00ebrball\u00eb ambasador\u00ebve n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti e t\u00eb huajve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. 100 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb kish rrethana q\u00eb e justifikonin k\u00ebt\u00eb var\u00ebsi, nd\u00ebrsa sot nuk ka asnj\u00eb justifikim koniunkturial; justifikimi i vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb paaft\u00ebsia emblematike p\u00ebr t\u2019u vet\u00ebqeverisur. E n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij arsyetimi, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb e pafalshme q\u00eb 100 vjet pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ne ende nuk kemi nj\u00eb administrat\u00eb publike eficente e t\u00eb mbrojtur nga hordhit\u00eb e militant\u00ebve tribalo-partiak\u00eb, q\u00eb e pushtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb administrat\u00eb sa her\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrrim zot\u00ebrish n\u00eb kullat e pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb 100 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb.
