Si asnj\u00eb kryeqytet tjet\u00ebr, Prishtina nuk ka nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb urbane q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur sheshazi midis institucioneve e godinave me vler\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me. Prishtina thuajse \u00ebsht\u00eb dizajnuar si qytet gueril me rrug\u00eb t\u00eb ngushta, n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat njer\u00ebzit ikin, dhe jo nj\u00eb qytet revolucionar me sheshin ku mblidhen qytetar\u00ebt dhe bien pushtetet. Prishtina nuk ka asgj\u00eb, ama bash asgj\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrngjante sadopak sheshit \u201cSk\u00ebnderbe\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb apo Trafalgar Square-it n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, e t\u00eb mos flasim p\u00ebr Brandenburger Tor-in n\u00eb Berlin apo Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es n\u00eb Paris.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, hap\u00ebsira rrotull p\u00ebrmendores s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut dhe e gjith\u00eb rruga \u201cN\u00ebna Tereza\u201d, p\u00ebrher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ose n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim e sip\u00ebr, ose n\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim e sip\u00ebr. At\u00ebher\u00eb kur digjet a rr\u00ebnohet ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb apo at\u00ebher\u00eb kur shtrohen pllakat e reja \u00e7do tre vjet. At\u00ebher\u00eb kur ngrihet di\u00e7ka e sh\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb pron\u00ebn publike, ose at\u00ebher\u00eb kur thjesht uzurpohet e tjet\u00ebrsohet ajo.<\/p>\n<p>E megjithat\u00eb, kjo situat\u00eb po ndryshon. Ende jo fizikisht, porse politikisht, gjithsesi. Protestat e 22 dhe 23 tetorit e b\u00ebn\u00eb sheshin duke e \u00e7liruar at\u00eb. E rikuptim\u00ebsuan gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cN\u00ebna Tereza\u201d gjer te Teatri Komb\u00ebtar. T\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn q\u00eb lam\u00eb pas, p\u00ebr tet\u00eb or\u00eb rresht u ballafaquan nj\u00ebsit\u00eb speciale t\u00eb policis\u00eb me protestuesit e paarmatosur. Kordoni i policis\u00eb nuk mbronte asgj\u00eb. Ai ishte aty p\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmuar. Polic\u00eb q\u00eb mbanin maska dhe dor\u00ebn n\u00eb pistolet\u00eb avanconin me \u00e7izmet e tyre. Gazi e spraji lotsjell\u00ebs ishin aty p\u00ebr t\u2019ua hapur rrug\u00ebn e p\u00ebr ta zhb\u00ebr\u00eb sheshin.<\/p>\n<p>Thirrjet e protestuesve, parullat dhe fjalimet e tyre, ishin vet\u00eb politika. Regjimi nuk fliste: troku i \u00e7izmes policore p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte z\u00ebrin e tij. Tet\u00eb or\u00eb kan\u00eb zgjatur dhimbjet e lindjes s\u00eb sheshit. Lindja e sheshit \u00ebsht\u00eb politike. Sheshi \u00ebsht\u00eb politik. Vija e ballafaqimit ishte vendi ku p\u00ebrfundonte sheshi. \u00c7do p\u00ebrparim i policis\u00eb speciale ishte zvog\u00eblim i sheshit q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej. \u00c7do sprapsje e asaj policie ishte rritje e sheshit. Masa e protestuesve ishte mish\u00ebrim i sheshit n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb. Sheshi shtrihej si brohoritje e zgjatur. Protestuesit ishin sheshi. Sheshi ishte protestues.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb or\u00ebt e pasdites l\u00ebvizja u b\u00eb nj\u00ebkahore. Prej Fakultetit Filozofik dhe Rektoratit e deri te Teatri Komb\u00ebtar shtohej masa e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb iu bashkuan protest\u00ebs, kurse policia speciale t\u00ebrhiqej. Rruga \u201cN\u00ebna Tereza\u201d u \u00e7lirua p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb shesh. U fitua liria e l\u00ebvizjes dhe e tubimit. Policia i kishte luftuar p\u00ebr tet\u00eb or\u00eb k\u00ebto dy t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Sepse ajo edhe bllokonte e sulmonte protestuesit, por edhe orvatej q\u00eb t\u2019i shp\u00ebrndante ata. Liria e l\u00ebvizjes dhe e tubimit jan\u00eb vet\u00eb sheshi. Ato u fituan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn q\u00eb d\u00ebshmoi se liria e l\u00ebvizjes nis me l\u00ebvizjen, e jo me lirin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, nj\u00ebsoj, liria e tubimit nis me tubimin, e jo me lirin\u00eb. Ky fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakap\u00ebrdir\u00eb p\u00ebr regjimin. Ata duan q\u00eb ne t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb leje p\u00ebr tubimin dhe p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen, duke harruar q\u00eb ne kemi ardhur n\u00eb ekzistenc\u00eb duke u tubuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur. Mend\u00ebsia q\u00eb thot\u00eb se duhet k\u00ebrkuar leje nga autoritetet p\u00ebr t\u2019u tubuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur i p\u00ebrket shtetit policor ku polici konsiderohet m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm se njeriu e qytetari, se aktivisti shoq\u00ebror e politik dhe se deputeti i Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs. Kjo mend\u00ebsi nuk e pranon Deklarat\u00ebn Universale t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nenin 20 t\u00eb saj, q\u00eb garanton lirin\u00eb e tubimit dhe asocimit. Leje nga policia p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbledhur?! Kjo pik\u00ebpamje \u00ebsht\u00eb e verb\u00ebr mu sikurse dhuna e shtetit policor.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas, n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e s\u00eb mart\u00ebs, u konfirmua liria p\u00ebr shesh dhe liria e sheshit. U v\u00ebrtetua se sheshi \u00ebsht\u00eb i qytetar\u00ebve, jo i qeveris\u00eb. S\u2019kishte m\u00eb kordon\u00eb policor\u00eb. Ata ishin dor\u00ebzuar e kishin hequr dor\u00eb. Grumbuj polic\u00ebsh po mrizonin n\u00ebn hijen e nj\u00eb peme te porta e poshtme e Qeveris\u00eb. Qytetar\u00ebt d\u00ebshmuan q\u00eb nuk frik\u00ebsohen. Erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs n\u00eb num\u00ebr shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh. Rrahjet q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrjetuar kishin shtuar numrin dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e tyre. Solidariteti qytetar p\u00ebrb\u00ebn qytetarin.<br \/>\nPolicia n\u00eb shesh \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb tashm\u00eb dhun\u00eb. Sheshi nuk e duron policin\u00eb. Sheshi \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti i kongruenc\u00ebs s\u00eb republik\u00ebs dhe publikes. Nuk ka republik\u00eb pa shesh. Republika kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr shesh.
