D\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjes thon\u00eb se gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjes p\u00ebr zhbllokimin e rrug\u00ebs q\u00eb lidh Kunen me Lezh\u00ebn, humbi jet\u00ebn G\u00ebzim Qarri, 30 vjec, banues n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Zona e Kunes u godit nga batica detare q\u00eb shkonte deri n\u00eb 1,8 metra, duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi t\u00eb tok\u00ebs deri n\u00eb afro 400 metra, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb duke shkat\u00ebrruar gjith\u00eb brezin mbrojt\u00ebs si t\u00eb dunave,dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb pem\u00ebve halore, p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb u bllokua rruga q\u00eb lidh Kunen me Sh\u00ebngjinin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb jan\u00eb mbi 50 pisha t\u00eb larta q\u00eb e kan\u00eb bllokuar at\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa sot pas nj\u00eb jave 30 vje\u00e7ari G\u00ebzim Qarri kishte marr\u00eb veglat e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar hapjen e saj. Sepse po te kishit respekt, do ti thoshit te verteten dhe do kerkonit ndjese perpara tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Por jui i konsideroni votuesit tuaj, njerez te padenje per te verteten.<\/p>\n<p>Une nuk jam votues juaji. Sigurisht qe nuk mund te jem, sepse nuk me pelqen te trajtohem si budalla.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo qe ka ndodhur eshte e qarte per ne te tjeret.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria ka lejuar te vazhdoje ngritja e nivelit te HEC, megjithesi ishte arritur pika ku Rregullorja thote qe duhen te nis shkarkimi i kontrolluar.<\/p>\n<p>Pse e vijuat mbushjen e rezervuarit kur pika kritike ishte arritur? Kjo duhet hetuar. Ndoshta sepse ne kushtet e arkes se shtetit bosh, donit te fitonit sa me shume nga eksporti.<\/p>\n<p>Kur rezervuari arriti me pas ne piken e katastrofes (pra rrezikohej carja e diges cka do te thoshte nje cunam me 3.9 miliard metra kub uje, mbi Shkodren e Lezhen) qeveria kishte vetem nje rruge: Te hapte portat.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe ne daten 27 mund te hapeshin portat. Dhe uji ne ate nivel, do te shkonte neper kanalet e veta, dhe do te derdhej atje ku e ka percaktuar projekti. Si cdo vit. Por ju nuk i hapet.<\/p>\n<p>Ne daten kur duhej shmangur katastrofa, kishte vetem nje rruge. Tua hidhnit ujin njerezve ne shtepi. Dhe ate bete, perndryshe do cahej diga dhe deri ne Tirane do vinte dallga.<\/p>\n<p>Ne njefare menyre ata te shkrete qe jane pa shtepi sot, u sakrifikuan qe te mos mbyteshim te gjithe ne te tjeret. Ata nuk kane faj dhe u bej thirrje gjithe komentuesve ketu qe te mos i shajne apo gjykojne. E ku dime ne cfare ndjejne ata. Nuk mund ta gjykojme bazuar ne dy-tre idiote qe shkaujne ketu apo ne ata anetaret e organizates se PD-se qe nxjerr TV Klani si dikur Enveri me komunistat e celulave.<\/p>\n<p>Shikoni ate gruan ne nje foto ne kete faqe qe ka kapur koken me dore dhe rri mes ujit. Ajo eshte banorja, ajo eshte viktima e vertete.<\/p>\n<p>Zonja Topalli, fajtoret pra, jeni ju. Kryeministri i pari qe uleret si adoleshentet kur kapen ne faj. Edhe ju me ate qeshjen tuaj pa vend dhe fjalet qe leshoni pa kontroll.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk do ta shtyni gjate me genjeshtra. Sa me shume te rrini ne pushtet, aq me shume katastrofa do beni.Pa dashje.
