Edhe pse politikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb folur p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e 12 kushteve, duket se kusht kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkruar n\u00eb 12 kushtet e Bashkimit Evropian, zgjedhjet e lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, e gjith\u00eb beteja p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian nuk po vjen nga ato \u00e7far\u00eb kemi plot\u00ebsuar apo jo nga 12 kushtet, por nga ajo q\u00eb Berisha ka b\u00ebr\u00eb rregullisht prej vitit 1996 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vjedhja e zgjedhjeve. Akordimi me kusht i statusit deri pas zgjedhjeve n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb ose Berisha t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga vjedhja dhe t\u00eb humbas\u00eb pushtetin ose t\u00eb prek\u00eb zgjedhjet dhe t\u00eb humbas\u00eb statusin.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo l\u00eb nj\u00eb shije t\u00eb keqe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb posht\u00ebrimit q\u00eb duket se i b\u00ebhet shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosmposhtjes demokratike t\u00eb nj\u00eb individi. Ideja e Brukselit se Berish\u00ebs i dhimbset Shqip\u00ebria m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa pushteti, \u00ebsht\u00eb naive dhe aspak produktive p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e sigurt se mes alternativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ikur nga pushteti me zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb pasaport\u00ebn evropiane, dhe alternativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb pushtet me vota t\u00eb vjedhura dhe t\u00eb izoloj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Berisha zgjedh me qet\u00ebsi dhe fodull\u00ebk k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb konceptin e tij Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb ai e drejton p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht dhe as nj\u00eb vend ndaj t\u00eb cilit ai ka detyrimin t\u00eb sillet si sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor. Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn ka kuptim dhe vler\u00eb vet\u00ebm si \u00e7iflig i tij. N\u00ebse Evropa e pranon k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7iflig me t\u00eb n\u00eb krye, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb dakord t\u00eb jemi dhe evropian\u00eb, por ai kurrsesi nuk ka asnj\u00eb interes p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri evropiane pa t\u00eb n\u00eb krye. N\u00eb debatin e madh n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb evropianizohen kombet q\u00eb i bashkohen Evrop\u00ebs apo thjesht duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen an\u00ebtare, Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb qartazi n\u00eb an\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn e shikojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb shans t\u00eb tyre dhe jo si nj\u00eb shans t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana kusht\u00ebzimi i Evrop\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb na dh\u00ebn\u00eb statusin me kusht, duke pasur parasysh zgjedhjet e lira, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb posht\u00ebrim q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb individi, i cili as q\u00eb merr mundimin ta kuptoj\u00eb si kusht k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim aspak t\u00eb zgjuar t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. P\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn nuk ka fitore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore e tij, nuk ka sukses ekonomik, n\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb suksesi i tij, nuk ka evropianizim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00ebse ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pushtetit, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi fare statusi evropian i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb para statusit politik t\u00eb tij si kreu i k\u00ebtij vendi. Ideja f\u00ebminore e Evrop\u00ebs q\u00eb Berisha duhet p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb proces, me iden\u00eb se atij i dhimbset Shqip\u00ebria, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb naivitet q\u00eb na posht\u00ebron t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Ne ose duhet t\u00eb hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb se kemi plot\u00ebsuar 12 kushtet q\u00eb na ka v\u00ebn\u00eb Brukseli, cil\u00ebsisht dhe numerikisht, ose duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb n\u00eb pritje p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb vend evropian. Kushti posht\u00ebrues q\u00eb ne t\u00eb hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb me kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb mos vjedh\u00eb votat Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me mundimin dhe kot\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bindur Berish\u00ebn se Shqip\u00ebria ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se pushteti i tij. Ky kusht vlen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb Evropa k\u00ebrkon rotacion politik dhe po kusht\u00ebzon statusin me ikjen e Berish\u00ebs, por kjo ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja q\u00eb ne duhet t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb drejt zgjedhjeve me statusin e pamarr\u00eb si zinxhir n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00eb, do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb elektorale dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Me nj\u00eb kamxhik n\u00eb dor\u00eb Berisha po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtroj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, opozit\u00ebn dhe median, duke e p\u00ebrdorur kushtin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb si detyrim p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Ai nuk e n\u00ebnkupton n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kushtin e Bashkimit Evropian si nj\u00eb detyrim t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos prekur zgjedhjet, por si nj\u00eb detyrim t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta lejuar q\u00eb t\u00eb vjedh\u00eb zgjedhjet, ndryshe do t\u00eb jemi fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr statusin.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e n\u00ebnkupton at\u00eb si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb Ristan tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb KQZ, p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00ebrish maskarad\u00ebn e votave q\u00eb b\u00ebri n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur s\u00ebrish kriminel\u00ebt q\u00eb lirohen nga burgu p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur vota, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur paret e korrupsionit p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vota n\u00eb zonat e varfra, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur milionat e privatizimeve n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb makineris\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore elektorale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb median dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb korruptuar dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb shfaqen k\u00ebtu her\u00eb si lobist\u00eb e her\u00eb si diplomat\u00eb, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb stabilitetit q\u00eb po d\u00ebrrmon demokracin\u00eb. Kushti i Evrop\u00ebs nuk i thot\u00eb asgj\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, ve\u00e7se e shtyn at\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb zell drejt futjes s\u00eb duarve n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n<p>Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb opozite, e cila dhe k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e votuar se ai, ai ka p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb spekt\u00ebr t\u00eb ri opozitar q\u00eb duket se do ta thelloj\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn e votave kund\u00ebr tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jemi para dy alternativave tragjikomike. E para, q\u00eb e mendojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb se Sali Berisha do t\u2019i shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb zgjedhjet p\u00ebr t\u2019i fituar me \u00e7do kusht dhe pastaj refuzimin e statusit do ta quaj\u00eb si nj\u00eb e keqe q\u00eb i erdhi Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga opozita, q\u00eb do ankohet p\u00ebr vjedhje votash. Por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb skenar q\u00eb e ka nj\u00eb fund, t\u00eb njohur si n\u00eb vitin 1996. Skenari komik do t\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb ky t\u00eb mos ia dal\u00eb dot t\u00eb vjedh\u00eb aq shum\u00eb sa t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb, pra t\u00eb humbas\u00eb, dhe pastaj ne do ta marrim statusin, jo se b\u00ebm\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, por se \u201ciku qelb\u00ebsira\u201d.
