Q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, vet\u00ebm 16 milion euro jan\u00eb investuar nga 350 milion euro q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kostojo p\u00ebrfundimtare e rrug\u00ebs.<br \/>\nN\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vitet e fundit nd\u00ebrtimi i rrug\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb trumbetuar si prioritet n\u00eb programet elektorale t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partive kryesore t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb sapo kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet.<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi politikan\u00ebt nuk para shquhen se e mbajn\u00eb fjal\u00ebn n\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs\u201d, shprehet Alpion, \u201cpor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri atyre nuk iu k\u00ebrkohet llogari p\u00ebr premtimet e rreme elektorale. \u201d<br \/>\n\u201cN\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb opozite t\u00eb efektshme dhe besnike n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare,\u201d shton ai, \u201cshoq\u00ebria civile, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb embrionale, duhet t\u00eb ndihet dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb presion mbi qeverin\u00eb me mjete demokratike n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standarded nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.\u201d<br \/>\nPasi zhvilloi takime me drejtuesit kryesore t\u00eb pushetit lokal n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e kufirt, Alpion u prit nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb z. Bujar Nishani, Kryetari i Kuvendit z. Ilir Meta dhe Ministri i Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs z. Edmond Haxhinasto. *N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha takimet Alpion u shoq\u00ebrua nga dy intelektual\u00eb dibran\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur peticionin q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim: znj Erisa Sara\u00e7i, e cila po studion p\u00ebr doktorat\u00ebn n\u00eb Universitetin e Leipzigut n\u00eb Gjermani, dhe z. Bujar Karoshi, botues dhe editori i gazet\u00ebs mujore \u2018Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit\u2019.<br \/>\nPresidenti dhe Kryetari i Kuvendit e vler\u00ebsuan pun\u00ebn q\u00eb Profesor Alpion dhe koleg\u00ebt e tij po b\u00ebjn\u00eb me peticionin dhe i siguruan ata p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahjen e tyre p\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Arb\u00ebrit.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Tirane Alpion organizoi nj\u00eb tavolin\u00eb t\u00eb rrumbullak\u00ebt ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs dhe me origjin\u00eb dibrane, drejtues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb mediave komb\u00ebtare. \u201cAna pozitive e t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebtyre aktiviteteve dhe takimeve\u201d, u shpreh Alpion, \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje se rruga duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb Alpion n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb Maj ishte dor\u00ebzimi formal i peticionit Kryeminsitrit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb z. Edi Rama. Kjo nuk u realizua jo sepse z. Rama refuzoi hapur ta priste Alpion. Nga mesazhet e paqarta nga Zyra e Kryeministrit, Alpion dhe ekipi i tij krijuan p\u00ebrshtypje se, mesa duket, z. Rama nuk ka kurajo ta thot\u00eb hapur se si q\u00ebndron \u00e7\u00ebshtja e fondeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt.<br \/>\n\u201cNj\u00eb num\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebsh na than\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt po zhvillohen bisedime me qeverin\u00eb kineze,\u201d thot\u00eb Alpion duke shtuar se \u201cmegjith\u00ebse na u la t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me kinez\u00ebt mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet n\u00eb \u00e7do moment, ajo q\u00eb na shqet\u00ebson ne \u00ebsht\u00eb se askush nuk ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb thot\u00eb se kur.\u201d<br \/>\nDuke pasur parasysh premtimet e shumta q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, thekson Alpion, ai dhe koleg\u00ebt e tij do ta besojn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb e arsyeshme. \u201cNe do ta ngrem\u00eb z\u00ebrin po qe se brenda nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb arsyeshme qeveria nuk prononcohet zyrtarisht p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen me Kin\u00ebn, n\u00ebnshkrimi i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs, me sa konkluduam nga bisedimet zyrtare q\u00eb zhvilluam n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka iminente\u201d, thekson Alpion.<br \/>\nPeticioni jo politik q\u00eb Alpion filloi para zgjedhjeve parlamentare m\u00eb 18 Mars 2013, tashm\u00eb ka mbi 7000 p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs online dhe n\u00eb formular\u00eb.<br \/>\nKur e pyet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ai do t\u00eb pushonte s\u00eb lobuari p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn po qe se Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e fton at\u00eb ta dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb peticionin n\u00eb muajt e ardhsh\u00ebm, Alpion u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cNe do t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb nga Kryeminsitri n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb por peticioni do t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj i hapur deri n\u00eb inagurimin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cKur t\u00eb sigurohen fondet p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn\u201d, theksoi Alpion, \u201cne do t\u2019ju k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb njerzve q\u00eb ta n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb peticionin edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh. N\u00eb at\u00eb faz\u00eb, ne do t\u00eb kujdesemi q\u00eb fondet t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb tjera, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i b\u00ebhet asnj\u00eb ndryshim projektit t\u00eb aprovuar.
