Disa qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb kurioz\u00eb t\u00eb dinin pse ishte faj dhe \u00e7do t\u00eb thoshte termi armiq\u00ebsor \u201cintelektual i pavarur\u201d, pyet\u00ebn Kol Jakov\u00ebn dhe ai u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cJan\u00eb ata q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb varur ende!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ky episod mu kujtua dje nd\u00ebrsa shihja Berish\u00ebn me fytyr\u00eb t\u00eb prishur dhe hematoma tensioni n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas takimit me zotin Riker, ku pranoi se ishte biseduar p\u00ebr institucionet e pavarura dhe Berisha e kishte garantuar \u201cse mbetem plot\u00ebsisht i vendosur t\u00eb punoj p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve dhe e fal\u00ebnderova p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebn e shk\u00eblqyer dhe ndihm\u00ebn shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb SHBA u jep k\u00ebtyre institucioneve p\u00ebr funksionimin e tyre m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d. Dukej qart\u00eb se Berisha do ta fsheh\u00eb faktin q\u00eb SHBA \u00ebsht\u00eb e shqet\u00ebsuar se institucionet e pavarura mungojn\u00eb dhe jo se duhen p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrgjigje mban brenda edhe debatin q\u00eb ka Berisha me SHBA p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, por edhe bilancin tragjikomik t\u00eb r\u00ebnies s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre institucioneve. Pyetja q\u00eb shtrohet \u00ebsht\u00eb se kush jan\u00eb sot institucione e pavarura?<\/p>\n<p>Institucioni i Presidentit, i cili s\u00eb paku nga viti 2005 ka qen\u00eb frenues i vendimeve ekstreme t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, sidomos ndaj SHISH, Prokuroris\u00eb dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb n\u00eb opinionin publik, por thjesht nj\u00eb z\u00eb n\u00eb buxhet q\u00eb shpenzon para p\u00ebr ndreqje godinash, rroga dhe ndihm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore. Kreu i saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb president, por pacient dhe logjika e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb zyrtari institucioni, por e nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtori besnik.<\/p>\n<p>Institucioni i SHISH, i cili deri m\u00eb sot ishte nj\u00eb institucion \u201carmik\u201d me qeverin\u00eb, i braktisur prej saj, i pamb\u00ebshtetur financiarisht, ku dhe gomat e makinave i blinte qeveria amerikane, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb repart ushtarak i Berish\u00ebs, i mir\u00ebpaguar dhe i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur zakonin e tij t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Institucioni i KLD \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb kor gjyqtar\u00ebsh servil\u00eb, q\u00eb kuptuan se pushteti i ri ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr besnik\u00ebri dhe e demonstruan at\u00eb qysh dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb mbledhjes n\u00ebn pushtetin e ri.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykatat shqiptare nga e Larta tek m\u00eb e ul\u00ebta, jan\u00eb sot nj\u00eb ushtri sekser\u00ebsh q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjyqe politike kund\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebve dhe opozit\u00ebs dhe fitojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb vjedhin dhe rrjepin qytetar\u00ebt, apo t\u00eb lirojn\u00eb trafikant\u00ebt kundrejt shumave t\u00eb majme.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb institucion, i cili p\u00ebrgatitet si t\u2019i raportoj\u00eb Berish\u00ebs se kush i ka sh\u00ebrbyer m\u00eb mir\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, kush ia ka mbyllur dosjen e djalit, t\u00eb vajz\u00ebs, t\u00eb gruas, t\u00eb Bash\u00ebs, t\u00eb Mediut, t\u00eb Met\u00ebs etj.<\/p>\n<p>Media shqiptare, e cila duhet s\u00eb paku t\u00eb tregonte pak kuraj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i rezistuar pushtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm e dor\u00ebzuar, por e stresuar si Fatos Lubonja, i cili rreket t\u00eb na shpjegoj\u00eb se kryeministri nuk ka gj\u00eb me t\u00eb, por ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt duam ta fusim n\u00eb sherr apo llogore kund\u00ebr tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte t\u00eb bisedosh me Sali Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre institucioneve \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur t\u00eb bisedosh me roj\u00ebn e varrezave se mos ngjallet dikush nga varri e ik\u00ebn pa leje.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe duket se zoti Riker ishte i qart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Ai nuk i takoi krer\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb pavarura. Nuk e takoi kryetarin e SHISH, q\u00eb Berisha e em\u00ebroi kund\u00ebr vullnetit t\u00eb tyre, takoi formalisht Nishanin pa i dh\u00ebn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb i dha Berish\u00ebs duke dal\u00eb me t\u00eb n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp, dhe bisedoi gjat\u00eb dhe me shum\u00eb konfidenc\u00eb me Ina Ram\u00ebn, t\u00eb fundmen e \u201cinstitucioneve t\u00eb pavarura\u201d q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb varur ende! \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjest i qart\u00eb mosnjohje i k\u00ebtyre institucioneve nga SHBA. Nj\u00eb gjest, i cili ia b\u00ebn pak m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb Berish\u00ebs hapin drejt nj\u00eb regjimi putinist, por jo se e ndal.
