Shkrimi mbante titullin \u201cHidrocentralizimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb po p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u201cPanorama\u201d Lubonja shpreh shqet\u00ebsimin e tij lidhur me shkat\u00ebrrimin e territorit dhe pozicionin p\u00ebrball\u00eb pushtetit dhe opozit\u00ebs dhe rrug\u00ebt e daljes nga kjo situat\u00eb. \u201cDuhet nj\u00eb projekt i besuesh\u00ebm nes\u00ebr t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrrohet vet\u00ebm shoferi i makin\u00ebs\u201d thot\u00eb Lubonja.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr publicistin partit\u00eb kryesore kan\u00eb vendosur llogoret e tyre duke hedhur n\u00eb frontin tjet\u00ebr cilindo q\u00eb i kritikon, nd\u00ebrsa denoncon interesat ekonomike mbi t\u00eb cilat l\u00ebviz dhe vepron politika n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Ai thot\u00eb se e &#8220;priti me trishtim, pasi thelbi i shkrimit meritonte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje serioze, institucionale dhe jo nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje plot me insinuata dhe sulme ndaj personit\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKa shum\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb q\u00eb e ngre k\u00ebt\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim.- vazhdon Lubonja- Thelbi i shkrimit tim \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka nj\u00eb vizion zhvillimi t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm afatgjat\u00eb, por interesa klientelare biznesesh t\u00eb tipit \u201cKafsho dhe ik\u201d q\u00eb kan\u00eb kapur dhe komandojn\u00eb politik\u00ebn&#8230;. I kujtoj kryeministrit q\u00eb dhe ai vet\u00eb kur ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb e sulmonte k\u00ebt\u00eb industri t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs si industria e pastrimit t\u00eb parave t\u00eb pista.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb them se po aplikohet me lejet p\u00ebr HEC-et i nj\u00ebjti model falimentar i lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit, po kalohet nga politika \u201c nj\u00eb pallat nj\u00eb vot\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb HEC nj\u00eb vot\u00eb\u201d apo \u201cnj\u00eb fabrik\u00eb \u00e7imentoje n\u00eb nj\u00eb vot\u00eb\u201d. Meq\u00eb m\u00eb cil\u00ebson si eksponent i opozit\u00ebs un\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjesha kryeministrit se do t\u00eb isha shum\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur sikur opozita t\u00eb fliste m\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn q\u00eb flas un\u00eb por fatkeq\u00ebsisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>I pyetur a \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rotacion dhe a vjen zgjidhja pas saj Lubonja p\u00ebrgjigjet:<br \/>\n\u201cUn\u00eb jam i mendimit q\u00eb kjo qeveri duhet nd\u00ebshkuar sepse ka d\u00ebshtuar dhe po i del situata gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb jasht\u00eb kontrollit. Nuk po kontrollohen dot m\u00eb as zjarret e le m\u00eb kriminaliteti q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i friksh\u00ebm. Ndoshta kryeministri takon vet\u00ebm njer\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur dhe xhepaplot\u00eb, por mua m\u00eb rezulton se pasiguria e s\u00eb ardhmes dhe pyetja gjith\u00eb frik\u00eb \u201cKu po i rrisim f\u00ebmij\u00ebt?\u201d po pushton nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq jam shum\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se duhet nj\u00eb projekt i besuesh\u00ebm nes\u00ebr, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm shoferin e makin\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb makina vazhdon t\u00eb ec\u00eb drejt humner\u00ebs.
