Asnj\u00eb nga llojet, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb leximin dhe dijen si ana tjet\u00ebr e p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb jet\u00ebs, nuk do t\u00eb barabiteshin p\u00ebr shembull me ato fshataret (q\u00eb Hesse-ja i p\u00ebrmend te \u201cLeximet e \u00e7astit\u201d) q\u00eb i vetmi lib\u00ebr q\u00eb kan\u00eb lexuar n\u00eb jet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Bibla.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb sot ata q\u00eb krenohen se nuk lexojn\u00eb apo q\u00eb nuk iu p\u00eblqen leximi. Mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb kjo pjes\u00eb e rebelimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, i natyrsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr zhvillimin e individit q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet pa v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb apo n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje bazat e tij (paraardh\u00ebsit, edukimin, Zotin).<\/p>\n<p>Arb\u00ebn Xhaferi (1944-2012) tregoi nj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr librat q\u00eb kishte lexuar n\u00eb jet\u00eb. \u201cShekulli\u201d e kishte intervistuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar, Dita Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Librit. Intervista u botua m\u00eb 22 prill 2007 me titullin \u201cArb\u00ebn Xhaferi: Librat otoman\u00eb na thaheshin n\u00eb tavane\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ai akoma ishte president i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb (PDSH), por n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e dominonte rr\u00ebfimin p\u00ebr edukimin t\u00eb tij nga librat me mendimin e tij politik. E themi k\u00ebt\u00eb sepse p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politikan kjo do t\u00eb ishte gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb. Por n\u00eb rr\u00ebfimin p\u00ebr librat e tij, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh rr\u00ebfim p\u00ebr fatin individual, Xhaferi i b\u00ebn vend edhe z\u00ebrit t\u00eb fatit kolektiv, t\u00eb cilit nuk mund t\u2019i shmanget ai si njeri q\u00eb e ngrysi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis mir\u00ebfilli t\u00eb pafavorsh\u00ebm shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Studimi i modeleve t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshin Tiran\u00eb-Prishtin\u00eb-Tetov\u00eb, q\u00eb ndoshta do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, do t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje ndryshimin e thell\u00eb q\u00eb ekzistonte mes p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre modeleve. P\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs-diktator q\u00eb erdhi nga Lufta partizane (Enver Hoxha, 1945 deri n\u00eb vdekje); udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs (nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr president\u00ebt e viteve t\u00eb tranzicionit) q\u00eb vinin nga akademit\u00eb ushtarake t\u00eb Lindjes komuniste (Alfred Moisiu).<\/p>\n<p>Kosova kultivoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin intelektual, i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Ibrahim Rugova, q\u00eb vinte nga bota e mendimit letrar dhe filozofik, pa\u00e7ka se e ashtuquajtura rezistenca e tij paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, mbetet e hapur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim kritik. Nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb, me Arb\u00ebn Xhaferin njoh\u00ebn modelin e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit q\u00eb edhe ai mendimin e tij politik e ngrinte mbi sferat e filozofis\u00eb e t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, por q\u00eb duke u p\u00ebrpjekur ta njoh\u00eb Ameb\u00ebn etnike n\u00eb Maqedoni, kultivoi si asnj\u00eb nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb nj\u00eb dialog intensiv e afatgjat\u00eb me realitetin shqiptar n\u00eb Maqedoni, duke mbajtur port\u00ebn \u00e7el\u00eb p\u00ebr nga Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>Intervista e m\u00ebposhtme ribotohet si homazh p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs q\u00eb u nda nga jeta m\u00eb 15 gusht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb libri i par\u00eb q\u00eb keni lexuar? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pyetja juaj hap nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb hidhur t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs son\u00eb, q\u00eb, desh\u00ebm apo s\u2019desh\u00ebm ka l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn dhe identitetin ton\u00eb. Pyetja juaj m\u00eb kthen n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore t\u00eb hi\u00e7it, t\u00eb fillimit nga zeroja, n\u00eb vitet pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb kur shqiptar\u00ebt formalisht kishin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta identifikojn\u00eb veten si shqiptar\u00eb, por t\u00eb kurthyer brenda kodeve jugosllave q\u00eb dita dit\u00ebs e p\u00ebrthanin shtratin kulturor shqiptar, duke hapur k\u00ebshtu rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb asimilim t\u00eb ngadalsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb pahetuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pashmangsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve nuk kishte libra n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e mbret\u00ebris\u00eb jugosllave kjo gjuh\u00eb, ashtu si n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn otomane ishte e ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Librat e periudh\u00ebs otomane, t\u00eb shkruara me shkronja arabe thaheshin n\u00ebp\u00ebr tavanet e sht\u00ebpive tona, nd\u00ebrkaq libra n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, por atyre t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr shkollat fillore nuk kishte. Pyetjes suaj q\u00eb m\u00eb kthen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb zymt\u00ebsis\u00eb, q\u00eb me \u00ebndje do t\u00eb doja ta harroja s\u2019di si t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjem, ngaq\u00eb me pavet\u00ebdije kam harruar shum\u00eb\u00e7ka nga kjo koh\u00eb. Me gjas\u00eb libri i par\u00eb q\u00eb kam lexuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb fillimeve absolute duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb ai i Haki St\u00ebrmillit \u201cSikur t\u00eb isha djal\u00eb\u201d, pastaj \u201cPse\u201d-ja e Sterio Spases, \u201cKarvani i bardh\u00eb\u201d i Azem Shkrelit etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pranoj se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore nuk kam nostalgji, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb reminishenca traumatike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Librat e par\u00eb ishin tuajat apo t\u00eb babait?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb them t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn besoj se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb shok\u00ebve. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ne nuk kishim mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e zgjedhjes. Shqiptar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj periudhe ishin t\u00eb ndar\u00eb me mure kineze. Pas vitit 1948 marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ishin t\u00eb ngrira, nd\u00ebrkaq relacionet me shqiptar\u00ebt e viseve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, t\u00eb survejuara eg\u00ebrsisht. Kultura shqiptare ishte, sidomos n\u00eb vitet \u201850 n\u00eb gjendje kromatoze.<\/p>\n<p>Ushtrohej nj\u00eb trusni sistematike p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur shp\u00ebrnguljen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Turqi. Autoritet jugosllave heshtazi e zbatonin marr\u00ebveshjen e fsheht\u00eb jugosllavo-turke, ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb turko-greke t\u00eb Lozan\u00ebs p\u00ebr pastrim etnik p\u00ebrmes shp\u00ebrnguljeve masive t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb ne jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk kishim mund\u00ebsi objektive p\u00ebr zgjedhje, por as d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr lexim. T\u00eb shkuara t\u00eb harruara&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb gjen n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn tuaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00e7ka. Libra t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar me dor\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn osmane me shkronja arabe, libra autorial\u00eb a t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbo-kroate, natyrisht libra t\u00eb autor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00ebve apo t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe libra t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb angleze dhe aty-k\u00ebtu fr\u00ebnge q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare ose \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb kan\u00eb patur ndikim n\u00eb formimin e opinionit bot\u00ebror, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb Semjuel Hantingtonit, t\u00eb Fukujam\u00ebs, t\u00eb Bzhezhinskit, t\u00eb Habermasit, t\u00eb Brodiarit etj. Kam edhe libra n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i kuptoj, madje edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn kineze ku jan\u00eb botuar artikujt e mi ose parath\u00ebniet q\u00eb i kam shkruar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbajtja e bibliotek\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb heshtur flet p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn, interesimet, nivelin arsimor t\u00eb nj\u00eb familjeje, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn kohore kur \u00ebsht\u00eb form\u00ebsuar ajo. Nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn time kan\u00eb mbisunduar libra t\u00eb autor\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbo-kroate. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb intensivisht p\u00ebrktheheshin libra t\u00eb autor\u00ebve bot\u00ebrore, qoft\u00eb nga fusha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, filozofis\u00eb apo shkencave t\u00eb ndryshme. Cil\u00ebsia e p\u00ebrkthimeve ishte n\u00eb nivel. N\u00eb gjimnaz isha i lidhur pas racionalizmit t\u00eb Rene Dekartit, pas p\u00ebrsiatjeve aforistike t\u00eb Blez Paskalit, m\u00eb von\u00eb me autor\u00ebt e sistemeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha filozofike, kryesisht me Kantin dhe Hegelin, nd\u00ebrkaq G\u00ebteja m\u00eb ndihmoi q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoja m\u00eb mir\u00eb filozof\u00ebt e periudh\u00ebs antike, harmonin\u00eb mes elementeve dionisiake dhe apolonike n\u00eb qenien e njeriut dhe implikimet e k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrsiatjeve te Shopenhaueri, Ni\u00e7eja e deri te filozof\u00ebt modern\u00eb t\u00eb eskatologjis\u00eb t\u00eb formatit t\u00eb Osfald Shpenglerit, konceptet e t\u00eb cilit sot p\u00ebrpunohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme prej autor\u00ebve shum\u00eb popullor\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb S. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ky profesor na detyronte q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb madje edhe zgjedhjen e 170 foljeve t\u00eb \u00e7rregullta t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge. Mbaj mend se n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, n\u00eb vitet \u201960 dinim m\u00eb mir\u00eb gramatik\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge sesa at\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Ky profesor, autodidakt, i nj\u00eb qyteze provinciale na detyronte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb dallonim Gerundivin prej participe present-it. Kur ligj\u00ebronte shkrumbohej, kur na pyeste shkumohej. Ishte profesor dhe pedagog i madh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ka ndodhur t\u00eb lexoni shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb ndryshme nga ato q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonit? Kur ndodh kjo \u201crutin\u00eb\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kur isha n\u00eb studime t\u00eb filozofis\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd, niveli i ul\u00ebt i leximit m\u00eb krijoi nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb madh: kureshtjen p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet elementare q\u00eb nuk i dija, por q\u00eb ishte dashur t\u2019i dija. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb vuaja nga leximi ekstensiv, e humbja toruan nga leximi i librave t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb fusnotat e librave primar\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kujtoj se kam arritur t\u2019i thyej disa barriera t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs intelektuale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keni patur lexime lineare n\u00eb kuptimin e fush\u00ebs? P\u00ebr shembull Eqrem \u00c7abej pasi kap\u00ebrceu rinin\u00eb lexonte shum\u00eb pak fiction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Njeriu, kur d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb arrij\u00eb sukses n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e caktuar, detyrimisht b\u00ebhet rob i leximit linear. N\u00ebse nuk ke k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim, at\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebhesh erudit, intelektual me dije universale, q\u00eb cinik\u00ebt mbase me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e cil\u00ebsojn\u00eb si mosdije universale. Sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjasave, un\u00eb i takoj grupit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Lexoj \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb nevojitet p\u00ebr ta kompletuar vizionin, bot\u00ebkuptimin tim. K\u00ebto dit\u00eb, bie fjala, i shokuar nga intensiteti i vedetizmit, t\u00eb protagonizmit t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve, pata nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb rilexoj disa libra mbi psikologjin\u00eb e personalitetit dhe m\u00eb besoni tani m\u00eb mir\u00eb i kuptoj manifestimet dhe proceset e ndryshme politike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A ekziston sipas jush \u201cgjenocidi\u201d ndaj librit, dhun\u00eb ndaj k\u00ebtij lloji nga ana e editoris\u00eb, shijeve, qytet\u00ebrimeve, bot\u00ebs moderne? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebn gjenocid do ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoja me fjal\u00ebn konfuzion. N\u00eb bot\u00eb sot botohen m\u00eb miliona libra. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb dallohet, t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli shapi prej sheqerit. Pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e k\u00ebtyre librave, t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo fushe qofshin ato, jan\u00eb me afat t\u00eb skaduar dhe nuk hapin nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb re, apo nuk thellojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb ekzistuese. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e para. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb krijon konfuzion \u00ebsht\u00eb kapaciteti i ul\u00ebt intelektual dhe financiar i sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb reja botuese. Privatizimi i \u00e7do gj\u00ebje, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb tranzicionit ka privatizuar edhe kriteret dhe standardet si n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimit t\u00eb librave ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb diskografis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Profiti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb interes primar, saq\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb nuk analizohet misioni destruktiv i librave t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb botohen me para dhe interesa t\u00eb huaja. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare censura rigide \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me liberaliz\u00ebm ekstrem q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfill asnj\u00eb kriter dhe interes t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. Kam shpres\u00eb se kjo faz\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me krijimin e sht\u00ebpive serioze botuese q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprim me sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e ngjashme botuese jasht\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mendoni se t\u00eb lexuarit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do lexim vetvetiu nuk iluminon dhe nuk fisnik\u00ebron.
