1. Shqip\u00ebria impenjohet t’i bashkohet Jugosllavis\u00eb me bashkim personal.<\/p>\n

2. Kryetari shtetit shqiptar do t\u00eb jet\u00eb AhmetZogu, q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb njoh dinastin\u00eb Karagjorgjeviq.<\/p>\n

3. Qeveria Jugosllave, megjith\u00eb mjetet diplomatike dhe ushtarake, do t\u00eb njoh Ahmet Zogun si kryetar shteti…dhe i atribuon menj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut vjetor t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n

4. Ministria e Luft\u00ebs Shqiptare do t\u00eb anulohet dhe Shqip\u00ebria heq dor\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtri Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

5. Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebri aq t\u00eb fort\u00eb sa t\u00eb mbaj qet\u00ebsin\u00eb e brendshme t\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar e shfarosur \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb ngritur kund\u00ebr Ahmet Zogut dhe kund\u00ebr regjimit t\u00eb vendosur prej tij.<\/p>\n

6. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebri do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe oficer\u00eb rus t\u00eb ish ushtris\u00eb t\u00eb Gjeneralit Vrangel q\u00eb tashti ndodhet n\u00eb Jugosllavi. Qeveria Jugosllave do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb at\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebri me mjete financiare dhe arm\u00eb.<\/p>\n

7. N\u00eb xhandarm\u00ebri mund t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyere dhe oficer\u00ebt jugosllav\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria Jugosllave do t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb dy vendeve.<\/p>\n

8. Midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Jugosllavis\u00eb do t\u00eb stabilizohet nj\u00eb bashkim doganorn\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs akordohet liri e plot\u00eb e importimeve dhe eksportimeve t\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb dy vendeve. Edhe transiti n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes kufijve t\u00eb dy vendeve do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lir\u00eb p\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebt e dy vendeve.<\/p>\n

9. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e jasht\u00ebm Jugosllav\u00eb do t\u00eb ngarkohen edhe p\u00ebr interesat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila heq dor\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb zyra diplomatike dhe konsullata t\u00eb sajajasht\u00ebshtetit.<\/p>\n

10. Qeveria shqiptare duhet t\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb pran\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs t\u00eb Ambasador\u00ebve n\u00eb Paris q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq pretendimin e saj p\u00ebr sovranitetin mbi Manastirin e Sh\u00ebn Naumit dhe Lokalitetet e Vermoshit e Kelmendit q\u00eb mbeten n\u00eb zot\u00ebrimin e Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

11. Kisha Ortodokse Shqiptare do t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga Patriarku i Kostandinopojes dhe t\u00eb bashkohet Hierarkis\u00eb Ortodokse t\u00eb Beogradit, k\u00ebshtu dhe Myftinia Myslimane Shqiptare do t\u00eb varet nga ajo Jugosllave.<\/p>\n

12. Qeveria shqiptare do t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga nj\u00eb politik\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsisht komb\u00ebtare dhe nuk do t\u00eb interesohet p\u00ebr elementin shqiptar jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb veta. Ajo impenjohet ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj q\u00eb t\u00eb mos pranoj\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e saj kosovar\u00ebt dhe elemente t\u00eb ditur dhe t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb dhe segmentet e tyre kund\u00ebrshtare t\u00eb politik\u00ebs jugosllave.<\/p>\n

13. P\u00ebr \u00e7do koncesion q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vendevet\u00eb tjera, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00eblqimin nga Jugosllavia.<\/p>\n

14. N\u00eb qoft\u00ebse Jugosllavia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb me Bullgarin\u00eb dhe Greqin\u00eb, Qeveria Jugosllave, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb rekrutoj\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nj\u00eb ushtri prej 25mij\u00eb vullnetar\u00ebshme q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00b4i p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb frontin bullgaro-grek. N\u00eb rast gjendje lufte midis Italis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb kundrejt Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ushtria, jugosllave do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb okupoj\u00eb gjith\u00eb tok\u00ebn shqiptare p\u00ebr t’i siguruar k\u00ebshtu Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjith\u00eb tok\u00ebn e saj nga invadimi eventual italian ose grek.<\/p>\n

15. Qeveria Shqiptare nuk mund t\u00b4i deklaroj\u00eb luft\u00eb asnj\u00eb shteti pa p\u00eblqimin preventiv t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

16. Ky traktat \u00ebsht\u00eb sekret dhe nuk mund t\u00eb zbulohet e t\u00eb shtypet pa p\u00eblqimin e dy pal\u00ebve”
