Ish- presidenti Bamir Topi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim shp\u00ebrthyes p\u00ebr Top Story, thot\u00eb se ftohja me Berish\u00ebn erdhi q\u00eb pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2005, kur Berisha zgjodhi t\u00eb fliste me Lufter Xhuvelin n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb komunikonte me Topin p\u00ebr kabinetin e ri. Topi tha se atij i \u00ebsht\u00eb propozuar at\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb post i ul\u00ebt, ai i ministrit t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Topi tha se Berisha tentoi t\u00eb dredhonte kandidimit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr president n\u00eb vitin 2007. Topi pranoi nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb zjarrt\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara votimit t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb erdhi si presion ndaj kreut t\u00eb PD.<\/p>\n

S\u00ebrish presidenti ia vuri fajin Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndryshimin e protokollit, q\u00eb e la Topin pa fjalim lamtumire n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n

Duke komentuar 21 janarin, Topi tha: \u201cE kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb mesazhin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb para dy dit\u00ebsh, q\u00eb institucioni i presidentit asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk prodhoi konflikt. 21 janari \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i konfliktualitetit politik.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb e sh\u00ebmtuar akoma ishte tentativa p\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuar institucionet, si\u00e7 u b\u00eb edhe n\u00eb adres\u00ebn time. Bamir Topi akuzoi Berish\u00ebn se tentoi ta dridhte n\u00eb vitin 2007, kur u vendos p\u00ebr kandidimin e tij p\u00ebr postin e presidentit. \u201cAsnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kam qen\u00eb un\u00eb ai q\u00eb kam k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhem president. Ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb i kreut t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs. Pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord q\u00eb un\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj ofert\u00ebn, i kam q\u00ebndruar deri n\u00eb fund. Por propozuesi e dredhi,\u201d tha Topi.<\/p>\n

Ishte Lufter Xhuveli q\u00eb u ftua p\u00ebr diskutime. Berisha foli m\u00eb par\u00eb me zotin Xhuveli se me mua p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb,\u201d tha Topi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKy ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb moment i hidhur n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet brenda PD, q\u00eb vazhdoi me nj\u00eb komunikim t\u00eb tensionuar.<\/p>\n

Topi b\u00ebri akuza t\u00eb r\u00ebnda se vendi po rr\u00ebshqet drejt ngjashm\u00ebrive me komunizmin.<\/p>\n

\u201cAta kan\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb protokollin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb em\u00ebruar institucionet. Me nj\u00eb mazhoranc\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb mund t\u00eb em\u00ebrosh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb strukturat e shtetit.<\/p>\n

Mendoj se nuk po shkohet n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur.<\/p>\n

Administrata \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb po politizohet. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer tek presidenti, nuk ka zgjatur shum\u00eb, 24 or\u00eb m\u00eb pas jan\u00eb pushuar. Ata nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb presidentit, ata jan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime qeveritare. Kjo drejtori varet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga kryeministri.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb deri tek kuzhinier\u00eb, jan\u00eb thirrur dhe jan\u00eb pushuar. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb frym\u00eb primitive e sjelljes me shtetin,\u201d tha presidenti duke theksuar se kjo t\u00eb kujton diktatur\u00ebn komuniste.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb PD nuk ka z\u00eb. Z\u00ebrat e vet\u00ebm jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb urdh\u00ebrohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur zjarr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb anatemuar, deformuar,\u201d tha Topi.<\/p>\n

Ish- presidenti konfirmoi nj\u00eb takim me zotin Gazmend Oketa p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr rolin e tij n\u00eb partin\u00eb e re Fryma e Re Demokratike.<\/p>\n

Presidenti theksoi se akuzat p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjimet jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, por nuk duhet t\u00eb mbeten thjesht akuza, por duhen hetuar e zbardhur.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb momentin q\u00eb i kam d\u00ebgjuar, sigurisht q\u00eb jam tronditur sepse nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb rruge, por nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb q\u00eb vjen nga Komisioni i Siguris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n
