Kryetari i Partis\u00eb Socialiste, Edi Rama, i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb ceremoni, takoi gotat me Nishanin dhe e uroi p\u00ebr detyr\u00ebn e re<\/em><\/p>\n

Jo pak her\u00eb ishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se Bamir Topi<\/strong> fliste duke heshtur. Dhe n\u00eb fakt ashtu ka ikur nga detyra e tij si president. Dukej si nj\u00eb ceremoni e akullt, ku presidenti n\u00eb largim p\u00ebrcillej pa fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb oborrin e presidenc\u00ebs kan\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur zyrtar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit diplomatik\u00eb, artist\u00eb dhe drejtues t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare.<\/p>\n

Nishani ka hyr\u00eb nga dera e pasme e presidenc\u00ebs, s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur \u00e7do v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kishte n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb presidenc\u00ebs ka organizuar nj\u00eb takim me Bamir Topin, q\u00eb nuk ka zgjatur shum\u00eb. M\u00eb pas t\u00eb dy dol\u00ebn tek hyrja kryesore e presidenc\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebto momente u luajt himni komb\u00ebtar, shoq\u00ebruar nga gj\u00ebmimet e topave. Plot 21 t\u00eb tilla. M\u00eb pas pran\u00eb presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, Bashkim Dedja, q\u00eb i ka dor\u00ebzuar atij Kushtetut\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nishani l\u00ebvizi vet\u00ebm dy hapa me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. P\u00ebrpara tij u vendos nj\u00eb podium dhe ai nisi t\u00eb mbante fjal\u00ebn e rastit.<\/p>\n

\u201cSot ndjehem i privilegjuar, madje m\u00eb i privilegjuari q\u00eb jam zgjedhur n\u00eb postin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Por q\u00eb nga ky \u00e7ast mbaj p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb mundshme q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb individ n\u00eb lidhje me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shtetin.<\/p>\n

Me besimin tek Zoti do p\u00ebrmbush \u00e7do detyr\u00eb e detyrim kushtetues,\u201d tha Nishani.<\/p>\n

Presidenti ka b\u00ebr\u00eb fal\u00ebnderime p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur shtetin q\u00eb kemi sot, q\u00eb nga rilind\u00ebsit e deri tek politikan\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre 20 viteve tranzicion.<\/p>\n

\u201cGjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 100 viteve, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb kaluar koh\u00ebra t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, na \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur edhe t\u00eb mbijetojm\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojm\u00eb pushtime t\u00eb egra e t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb diktatura \u00e7njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n

D\u00ebshiroj q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment solemn t\u00eb p\u00ebrkulem me nderim p\u00ebrpara rilind\u00ebsve tan\u00eb dhe vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn identiteti yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar e kulturor do ishte rrezikuar seriozisht. T\u00eb p\u00ebrkulemi p\u00ebrpara patriot\u00ebve t\u00eb Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit q\u00eb hodhi hapin e par\u00eb vendimtar drejt krijimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb pavarur shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Sot i ngrem\u00eb n\u00eb piedestal burrat q\u00eb n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Ismail Bej Vlor\u00ebs p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsuan flamurin e kombit dhe shtetit ton\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur. Sot kujtojm\u00eb me nderim t\u00eb madh p\u00ebrpjekjet e b\u00ebra nga Mbreti Zog i Par\u00eb p\u00ebr konsolidimin e shtetit shqiptar. P\u00ebrulemi p\u00ebrpara sakrificave t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim, q\u00eb nderuan kombin ton\u00eb,\u201d tha Nishani.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeriudha e diktatur\u00ebs e goditi r\u00ebnd\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparim, por nuk e vrau ndjenj\u00ebn e liris\u00eb n\u00eb shpirtrat tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjet e b\u00ebra k\u00ebto 20 vite p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb vend demokratik meritojn\u00eb respekt e mir\u00ebnjohje,\u201d vijoi presidenti.<\/p>\n

Nishani foli disa her\u00eb p\u00ebr vlerat dhe fizionomin\u00eb evropiane t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se integrimi evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb pritshm\u00ebria e madhe e jona. Ai vler\u00ebsoi se nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri evropiane \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi ku t\u00eb drejtat mbrohen nga ligji dhe drejt\u00ebsia.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe vijm\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb 100 vjetor t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb si nj\u00eb komb i lir\u00eb, nj\u00eb komb q\u00eb kemi ofruar bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn, paqen e harmonin\u00eb,\u201d tha Nishani, q\u00eb ka d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje e fal\u00ebnderime p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, ata t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs se Preshev\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Nishani e mbylli fjal\u00ebn duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se vet\u00ebm duke zbatuar ligjin e detyrimet e tij \u201cdo t\u00eb mund ta shp\u00ebrblej\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e madh nga qytetar\u00ebt e mi dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n
