Prej me shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebsh zhvillohet e konsumohet atje n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ciklike kjo p\u00ebrplasje politike kostante.<\/p>\n<p>Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs autoritarizmi i Berish\u00ebs ka ndryshuar, duke marr\u00eb format e koh\u00ebs, format e pozicionit dhe statusit t\u00eb tij, format e reputacionit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe SHBA. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb logjik\u00eb, edhe aradh\u00ebt e kontestuesive u jan\u00eb larguar shablloneve, kan\u00eb ndryshuar stil. Por dikotomia apo konflikti baz\u00eb n\u00eb PD ka mbetur po ai q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht pauzave apo periudhave t\u00eb vdekura. \u00cbsht\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr respektin e munguar, p\u00ebr rregullat e munguara t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjet\u00ebs\u00ebs, p\u00ebr diktatin e kryetarit n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka, p\u00ebr karrier\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb parti.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim fare ishin an\u00ebtar\u00ebt student\u00eb t\u00eb Komisonit Nism\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Shinasi Rama, Blendi Gonxhe, Tefalin Malshyti e tjer\u00eb. Ik\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb Azem Hajdarit Pastaj ishte Neritan Ceka protagonisti dhe viktima politike ekselente e p\u00ebrplasjes me mend\u00ebsin\u00eb populiste t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1991; pastaj zbriti n\u00eb aren\u00ebn e Kuvendit Gramoz Pashko me nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb paharruar n\u00eb form\u00eb manifesti p\u00ebr merit\u00ebn e nep\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur dhe t\u00eb fyer nga mediokriteti, pastaj n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 1992 Arben Imami, Arben Demeti, Perikli Teta, Ridvan P\u00ebshk\u00ebpia, Shahin Kadare, Pre\u00e7 Zogaj dhe me shum\u00eb se gjysma e stafit t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs &#8220;Rilindja demokratike&#8221; paraqiten apo p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn &#8220;mocionin&#8221; e famsh\u00ebm, dokumentin politik me serioz q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar kund\u00ebrshatr\u00ebt e mi, si\u00e7 u shpreh Berisha disa vite me von\u00eb kur po pajtohej me mocionist\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Vala e kritikave, kontestimeve, konfrontimeve, largimeve dhe shizioneve rifilloi pas nj\u00eb pauze t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr me t\u00eb ndjerin Petrit Kalakula, vazhdoi pastaj me Dashamir Shehun dhe grupin e ministrave n\u00eb vitin 1997, me Genc Pollon e Tritan Shehun dy vite me von\u00eb, me liberal\u00ebt e rinj n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2005 pas rikthimit t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb dhe Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb pushtet, me Spartak Ngjel\u00ebn dhe Gilman Bakallin n\u00eb vitin 2007, me Mero Bazen dhe Besnik Mustafajn, me mua s\u00ebrish n\u00eb vitin 2009, me Bamir Topin dhe disa prej mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij pas vitit 2009 p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur s\u00eb fundi te Mark Marku dhe Selami Xhepa, q\u00eb po artikulojn\u00eb kritika n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, pa ndonj\u00eb shkak, interes apo emocion konkret personal.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori ka patur liberal\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar zbutjen e partis\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb toleranc\u00eb e moderacion. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb trajtuar me ashp\u00ebrsin\u00eb me t\u00eb madhe. Ka patur nd\u00ebrkaq sektar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsimin e partis\u00eb dhe k\u00ebta zakonisht jan\u00eb &#8220;l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb shprehen&#8221;, jan\u00eb injoruar me dashje ose jan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar sa p\u00ebr form\u00eb. Ka patur kontestator\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngritur z\u00ebrin kur partia dhe Berisha ishin n\u00eb kulmin e fuqis\u00eb, sikurse ka patur t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb shpatat kur partia ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb apo n\u00eb humner\u00eb. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto tregojm\u00eb larmin\u00eb e dukuris\u00eb, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb t\u00eb merremi me to. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit kontestimet e \u00e7do ngjyre kan\u00eb patur t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim baz\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e karrier\u00ebs n\u00eb PD.<\/p>\n<p>Si maten kontributet, si \u00e7mohen vlerat, a ka nj\u00eb korrniz\u00eb kriteresh objektive? Apo p\u00ebrcaktuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme e t\u00eb sigurt mbetet gjithnj\u00eb marr\u00ebdhwnia me kryetarin, konformimi i plot\u00eb deri n\u00eb depersonalizim me t\u00eb, servilizmi ndaj tij, duke p\u00ebrjashtuar k\u00ebtu ndonj\u00eb promovim rrethanash q\u00eb ka edhe ai shpjegimin e vet n\u00eb raport me interesin momental te kryetarit. Nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb jesh shum\u00eb i ditur p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se shp\u00ebrfillja e merit\u00ebs dhe promovimi i tarafeve \u00e7on n\u00eb degradim.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebplasjet ciklike dhe t\u00eb pafrytdhme t\u00eb disa kontestuesve me lidershipin e partis\u00eb i p\u00ebrshkon dhe i shpjegon edhe nj\u00eb fill tjet\u00ebr. Ai apo ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb konfrontuar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb prej dit\u00ebsh me lidershipin p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb karrrier\u00ebs apo p\u00ebr tema t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb liris\u00eb i kan\u00eb injoruar betejat e atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb konfrontuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat arsye.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00ebndon kontestator\u00ebve t\u00eb radh\u00ebs u \u00ebsht\u00eb dukur sikur jan\u00eb ata t\u00eb par\u00ebt, duke len\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se Berisha ka patur t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe ka qen\u00eb i mir\u00eb kur u ka mbyllur der\u00ebn apo ka p\u00ebrjashtuar t\u00eb m\u00ebparshmit dhe qenka b\u00ebr\u00eb i keq vet\u00ebm koh\u00ebt e fundit. N\u00eb fakt Berisha, me ca nuanca t\u00eb vogla, k\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb, ai ose pranohet si i till\u00eb ose nuk i duhej hyr\u00eb fare n\u00eb oborrin e tij politik. Por ai e di mir\u00eb se ka gjithnj\u00eb intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb joshur nga pushteti, q\u00eb me alibin\u00eb e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb mira, jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb sy qorr e nj\u00eb vesh shurdh p\u00ebr t\u00eb stolisur palmaren e tij politike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur p\u00ebr hesap t\u00eb tij grop\u00ebn e kontestuesve t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar apo t\u00eb larguar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, tani q\u00eb Mark Marku ngriti n\u00eb edicionin e radh\u00ebs problemet e njohura t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs dhe frym\u00ebs s\u00eb liris\u00eb n\u00eb PD, nj\u00eb &#8220;Daniel&#8221; i ri, &#8220;Danieli 10 apo 20&#8221; po sheh nga Berisha, po afrohet drejt Berish\u00ebs, po b\u00ebn gjeste sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtori n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, po pret nj\u00eb lajm prej Berish\u00ebs se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. Ka gjasa t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt dhe t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga i nj\u00ebjti areal me zotin Marku. K\u00ebshtu edhe gropa q\u00eb krijon largimi k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit mbushet, edhe ironia shijohet.<\/p>\n<p>Mbetet t\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb se PD dhe Berisha, si\u00e7 po duken nga ndonj\u00eb shenj\u00eb e vog\u00ebl, kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se antikonformist\u00ebt jan\u00eb shp\u00ebtimi i saj. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn &#8220;Danieli 10 apo 20&#8221; do t\u00eb marr\u00eb telefonat\u00ebn. Ky nuk ka kujtes\u00eb, ose b\u00ebn sikur nuk ka kujtes\u00eb. Nuk e di ose b\u00ebn sikur nuk di se \u00e7&#8217;po thot\u00eb zoti Marku. E t\u00ebrheq pushteti pavar\u00ebsisht sa i kalbur \u00ebsht\u00eb nga brenda. Duhet t\u00eb shkoj ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj, i thot\u00eb vetes duke p\u00ebrkedhelur mendimin se vet\u00ebm ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i aft\u00eb t\u00eb ndreq\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ata t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb ngren\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn kan\u00eb qen\u00eb inat\u00e7or\u00eb. Berisha n\u00ebnqesh me mejtimet e &#8220;danielit&#8221; t\u00eb ri. Pas disa vitesh edhe ky mund t\u00eb rrebelohet, por deri at\u00ebher\u00eb Berisha do t&#8217;ja ket\u00eb marr\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t&#8217;i marr\u00eb.
