Ai ka artikuluar s\u00eb paku tri probleme serioze t\u00eb pushtetit. Problemin e inkurajimit dhe shp\u00ebrblimit t\u00eb eunuk\u00ebve, problemin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb personave me dosje, qofshin k\u00ebto dosje sigurimi apo korrupsioni, dhe problemin e spekulimit me Tiran\u00ebn nga Lul\u00ebzim Basha, sidomos n\u00eb prishjen e Parkut Komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb, e cila nuk mund t\u00eb zgjerohet atje ku duhet, pra n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit dhe po zgjerohet atje ku nuk duhet, pasi duhet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb park.<\/p>\n<p>Artikulimet jan\u00eb serioze dhe t\u00eb th\u00ebna nga nj\u00eb deputet i PD-s\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Por kultura e debatit politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka degraduar keq, dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb inkurajimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb debati mbi teza thelb\u00ebsore si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb zoti Marku ka p\u00ebrmendur, ne kemi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje t\u00eb debateve t\u00eb fikura brenda PD-s\u00eb, q\u00eb inkurajohen jo vet\u00ebm nga kultura politike e asaj partie, por dhe e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>I vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rrezik, Marku duket se do t\u00eb frenoj\u00eb val\u00ebn e goditjes nga brenda partis\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij duke u paraqitur si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i zonj\u00ebs Topalli dhe duke ngritur n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb debatit politik disa aspirata personale t\u00eb saj. Fjala vjen ai thot\u00eb se ishte dakord q\u00eb zonja Topalli t\u00eb b\u00ebhej presidente, q\u00eb nga tri kandidat\u00ebt q\u00eb u propozuan, dy ishin ish-an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs dhe nj\u00ebri me probleme me dosjet e Sigurimit, dhe foli qart\u00eb si nj\u00eb z\u00eb i PD kund\u00ebr masakr\u00ebs urbane t\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu fillon dhe problemi i par\u00eb. Aq n\u00eb siklet \u00ebsht\u00eb Marku n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, dhe un\u00eb e mir\u00ebkuptoj, sa i duhet t\u00eb shpik\u00eb nj\u00eb Jozefin\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb Bamir Topi zhg\u00ebnjyes q\u00eb vala e fanatik\u00ebve t\u00eb frenohet dhe t\u00eb mos i l\u00ebshohen p\u00ebr ta shqyer kudo q\u00eb ta shikojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb zonja Topalli. Kjo e legjitimoi n\u00eb fakt para Berish\u00ebs luft\u00ebn e grupeve brenda PD-s\u00eb. Por tezat q\u00eb ngre Marku, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebs formale q\u00eb duket se mb\u00ebshtet Jozefin\u00ebn, jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb gj\u00ebra p\u00ebr PD sa rr\u00ebzojn\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb Jozefin\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Fjala vjen kur Marku thot\u00eb se PD-ja nuk fiton me besnik\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk ngjallin besim, prek seriozisht zonj\u00ebn Topalli, e cila e ka model t\u00eb saj k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb pune t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb pyesim publikisht zotin Marku n\u00ebse zonja Topalli i mb\u00ebshtet kritikat e tij? N\u00ebse po, ky do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb hap i madh p\u00ebrpara i guximit politik t\u00eb Topallit dhe i dinjitetit p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjur rival\u00ebve brenda PD-s\u00eb me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn monedh\u00eb. Por ajo q\u00eb un\u00eb druaj, dhe m\u00eb duket gati e sigurt, \u00ebsht\u00eb se zonja Topalli nuk e mb\u00ebshtet Mark Markun dhe nuk ka p\u00ebr ta mb\u00ebshtetur at\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse Sali Berisha e nxjerr nga listat e kandidat\u00ebve disa muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebr arsyen e thjesht\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb parti kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb shanset q\u00eb nj\u00eb debat t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet p\u00ebr vlerat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb p\u00ebr PD. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb keqkuptim i madh i gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb i provojn\u00eb k\u00ebto debate aty brenda. Ajo parti funksionon jo si\u00e7 duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb, por si\u00e7 do Berisha t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb. N\u00eb rastin konkret kritikat e Markut jan\u00eb rast tipik i heqjes s\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimit nga kryeministri p\u00ebr nj\u00eb deputet t\u00eb tij. N\u00ebse zonja Topalli hyn n\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur Markun dhe Berisha dor\u00ebzohet, at\u00ebher\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb ri brenda PD-s\u00eb nga unitarizmi i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb pluralizmin e klaneve, e cila mund t\u2019i krijoj\u00eb kok\u00eb\u00e7arje Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe problemi kryesor. N\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb Mark Marku ka ngritur probleme q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrkasin nj\u00eb klani dhe q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb veto t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar. Keqkatandisja e nj\u00eb deputeti, jo p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb para se t\u00eb flas\u00eb brenda PD-s\u00eb t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb bodigardin politik se sa efektin e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb tregues i s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb tregues q\u00eb flet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa kritikat e Markut. Por ajo q\u00eb ndjej un\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq. Q\u00eb as Jozefina Topalli nuk do t\u2019i dal\u00eb dot zot k\u00ebtyre tezave, n\u00ebse ato merren seriozisht nga Berisha. Pasi ato n\u00eb thelb nuk jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr rival\u00ebve t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Topalli, por kund\u00ebr tutorit t\u00eb saj. Ndaj kam frik\u00eb se Marku nuk e ka pyetur zonj\u00ebn Topalli kur ka folur dhe ajo do b\u00ebj\u00eb sikur nuk ka faj kur t\u00eb mos e mbroj\u00eb.
