Kamerat i ndoq\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebruan protestuesit nga qendrat e banimit, nga ata u nis\u00ebn dhe u bashkuan n\u00eb pikat e takimit, kur mor\u00ebn autobuzat, kur u kontrolluan nga policia, kur organizator\u00ebt b\u00ebnin p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mesazhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb qarta, p\u00ebr ta mbajtur n\u00ebn kontroll q\u00eb kjo protest\u00eb t\u00eb mos degjeneronte nga provokator\u00eb kurrsesi n\u00eb dhun\u00eb. Ne teleshikuesit i ndoq\u00ebm \u201elive&#8221; n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale se si nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, bile edhe nga Shqip\u00ebria u b\u00eb organizimi, me shum\u00eb disiplin\u00eb, me shum\u00eb qet\u00ebsi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shum\u00eb dinjitoze, deri tek pika kufitare e Dheut t\u00eb Bardh\u00eb apo Merdares, si shprehje legjitime e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar kur shohin dhe besojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkelura apo t\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbura t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs m\u00eb frym\u00ebzojn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb respekt, sepse kan\u00eb vuajtur si askush dhe prap\u00eb kan\u00eb mbijetuar, pik\u00ebrisht sepse tek ata nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fashitur kurr\u00eb ndjenja e protest\u00ebs, dikur kund\u00ebr pushtuesit nd\u00ebrsa sot p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb implementimin e marr\u00ebveshjeve q\u00eb Kosova dhe Serbia n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushura n\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n<p>Protesta e Vet\u00ebvendosjes u anatemua q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim nga politika dhe u pa me dyshim edhe nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, sepse ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fshir\u00eb nga kujtesa ajo q\u00eb ngjau m\u00eb 2004 kur gjith\u00e7ka degjeneroi n\u00eb dhun\u00eb, flak\u00eb e zjarr. Por Kosova ka m\u00ebsuar e nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsime, ashtu edhe lider\u00ebt e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Hashim Tha\u00e7it iu dha rasti p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb goditjen rivalit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb vet\u00ebm pik\u00ebrisht tek thembra e Akilit, tek siguria dhe stabiliteti i shtetit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke parashikuar nj\u00eb skenar t\u00eb tipit t\u00eb 21 janarit 2011 q\u00eb u ekzekutua n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kur u sulmuan institucionet e shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Por protesta e 14 janarit 2012 e Vet\u00ebvendosjes \u00ebsht\u00eb 180 grad\u00eb e ndryshme nga ajo e 21 janarit 2011 q\u00eb u ekzekutua n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Ata q\u00eb iu bashkangjit\u00ebn Vet\u00ebvendosjes m\u00eb 14 janar e b\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa ata t\u00eb 21 janarit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur nj\u00eb shtet an\u00ebtar t\u00eb NATO-s, sipas modelit afrikan, n\u00eb vende me diktatura t\u00eb degraduara si Libia, Tunizia apo Egjypti.<\/p>\n<p>Organizimi i Vet\u00ebvendosjes ishte gati spontan. M\u00eb 14 janar qytetar\u00eb nga e gjith\u00eb Kosova u drejtuan n\u00eb pikat kufitare tek Dheu i Bardh\u00eb dhe Merdare. Protestuesit e 14 janarit nuk do t\u00eb sulmonin Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, nuk do t\u00eb sulmonin institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00ebllimi i tyre ishte t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb shtetin e ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga standartet e dyfishta. Sepse liria dhe l\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb standart. Serb\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi. Mallrat serbe le t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe mallrat e Kosov\u00ebs le t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Serbi. Pra marr\u00ebveshja e n\u00ebnshkruar midis dy pal\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb zbatimi, ku reciprociteti \u00ebsht\u00eb kryefjala. Kosova e respekton reciprocitetin me Serbin\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb Serbia. N\u00ebse Serbia nuk e respekton, at\u00ebhere marr\u00ebveshja hidhet n\u00eb koshin e plehrave, nuk ka vler\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr fajin e Kosov\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, t\u00eb manipulosh nj\u00eb protest\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike, si\u00e7 b\u00ebri Tha\u00e7i, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as n\u00eb favor t\u00eb tij, as n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kur atij do t\u2019i duhej q\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar protesta t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrte veprime serioze si shtet, ashtu si veproi n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit q\u00eb shkoi Mimoza Kusari-Lila ministrja e Tregtis\u00eb dhe Industris\u00eb, kur i doli zot nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr masat e reciprocitetit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me Serbin\u00eb dhe Bosnj\u00ebn. A ju kujtohet se si veproi shteti i Kosov\u00ebs, kur Serbia nuk respektoi recioprocitetin? Ia bllokoi mallrat e Serbis\u00eb. Pra, jo me protesta si veproi vet\u00ebvendosja m\u00eb 14 janar 2012, por konkretisht, de jure e de facto.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe veprimet e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u mir\u00ebprit\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm nga populli i Kosov\u00ebs, por edhe nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, nd\u00ebrsa Mimoza Kusari-Lila u shpall gati heroin\u00eb. Tani m\u00eb 14 janar vendin e saj e zuri Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n<p>Pra \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndryshuar tani? Ka ndryshuar se n\u00eb ver\u00ebn q\u00eb shkoi ishte qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb mbante q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebshme ndaj fqinjit t\u00eb saj problematik, nd\u00ebrsa tani qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019i bashkangjitet Vet\u00ebvendosjes, e fokuson Albin Kurtin si nj\u00eb person problematik q\u00eb rr\u00ebnon jo vet\u00ebm imazhin e Kosov\u00ebs por edhe rrezikon stabilitetin e saj. Pra qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs duke e trajtuar Albin Kurtin k\u00ebsisoj i humb pik\u00eb vet\u00ebm vetes t\u00eb saj. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e tregoi 14 janari, t\u00eb cilin ne e pam\u00eb \u201elive&#8221;, se si qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs iu bashkangjit\u00ebn thirrjes s\u00eb Albin Kurtit pa marr\u00eb parasysh t\u00eb ftohtit dhe acarin dhe pa marr\u00eb para sysh thirrjet e faktorit politik komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrballja midis policis\u00eb dhe Vet\u00ebvendosjes, arrestimet, shkopinjt\u00eb e gom\u00ebs, gazi lotsjell\u00ebs, pompat me ujin e akullt n\u00eb kulmin e dimrit dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb gur\u00ebt e protestuesve ishte ajo q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb evitohej me \u00e7do kusht, por u duk qart\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb krye se Policia e Kosov\u00ebs kishte marr urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar se e ka n\u00ebn kontroll situat\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, t\u00eb ngresh shkopinjt\u00eb e gom\u00ebs e gomat e ujit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjak\u00ebsh e arrestosh deputet\u00ebt e parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Policia e Kosov\u00ebs i tejkaloi kompetencat e veta, sepse t\u00eb protestosh \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb legjitime dhe policia e shtetit ushtron komptetencat e saj legjitime vet\u00ebm kur protestat degjenerojn\u00eb n\u00eb dhun\u00eb apo guerrilje urbane. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk kishte asn\u00eb lidhje me 14 janarin e Vet\u00ebvendosjes t\u00eb Albin Kurtit.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse 14 janari i Vet\u00ebvendosjes t\u00eb Albin Kurtit shprehte indinjat\u00ebn legjitime p\u00ebr mosrespektimin nga ana e qveris\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes bilaterale t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes t\u00eb lir\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn, ku nd\u00ebrsa Kosova e respekton k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, Serbia e shkel, dhe qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs b\u00ebn sehir, hesht e rri urt\u00eb, si qingj i but\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa angazhon policin\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe tregon dh\u00ebmb\u00ebt kund\u00ebr Albin Kurtit, Vet\u00ebvendosjes e protestuesave! Po \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhet k\u00ebshtu?!<\/p>\n<p>Hashim Tha\u00e7i b\u00ebri figur\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb para nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve, por jo para popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, sepse nd\u00ebrseu policin\u00eb kund\u00ebr Vet\u00ebvendosjes, protesta e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku p\u00ebrfshihen edhe institucionet e shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, pra edhe vet\u00eb qeveria e Hashim Tha\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebvendosja e kaloi nj\u00eb provim, sepse t\u00eb protestosh \u00ebsht\u00eb legjitime, por protestat kurr\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb nga funksioni q\u00eb kan\u00eb, dhe Vet\u00ebvendosja arriti q\u00eb ta ket\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll dhe t\u00eb mos toleroj\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj provokotori t\u00eb filtruar n\u00eb rradh\u00ebt e saj. K\u00ebt\u00eb provim e kaloi edhe Albin Kurti me bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tij t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb edhe ata deputet\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs. Ata i ik\u00ebn imazhit t\u00eb keq t\u00eb krijuar prej 2004.
